Please do not get mad at the staff if you order extras on one of your items and expected it to be on the side. Just now, I got home with my order and saw there weren't any the extras I paid for in little plastic ramekins in the bag. I live in West Richland so I was disappointed at first, but calmly accepted that they might have forgotten my extras. Then I actually started digging into my meal. If you order an extra for a menu item, they put the extra in or on the item, as god intended, saving you a step and extra garbage. The staff was nothing, but friendly and professional, and the seating area, bathroom, drink station and everywhere I could see were all immaculately clean. The last thing this fine staff deserves is mistreatment from someone, like me, who is new to their new, inside, take-away ordering system and process. Five stars, excellent overall experience. read more

If someone comes in threatening your employees you should be calling the police not sending them home without an escort off the property for them to be harmed by crazy people. On top of that your one of the most crazy slow stores and not everything is fresh read more

I was very disappointed with my order; the food was cold and there was hair in it. This isn't the first time. read more

Tell the flamer working the window to chill with his theatrics. He was too busy being weird and forgot to charge me for my whole order. Annoying. read more

Me and my gf went for dinner one night and went through the drive thru and upon getting my food, my bag ripped and spilt my food everywhere on the floor. I was given the smallest bag possible for 7 heavy items. I went inside to tell them about their mistake and for them to remake the the food that spilt but the manager I spoke to was one of the rudest girls I've ever interacted with. She told me it was my fault the bag ripped and proceeded to ignore me the entire time I was there trying to fix the situation. I asked for a refund entirely but they couldn't even do that. She told me to come back the next day and I left with no refund or food remade. Absolutely ridiculous. Any other food industry would have remade my food or refunded me. never going back again read more

My sister went to Taco Bell to get me lunch and upon placing our order over the intercom the person taking my order was rude and seemed very rude eager to be done with my order before I had even started to state what I wanted, it wasn't busy at all so that isn't the reason behind the urgency to be done with my order. My order was wrong he didn't listen to any of my requests and I got the wrong protein in my meal. We didn't notice it until we got home, I have allergies so eating the wrong thing could definitely have a bad effect on me. My sister was upset and went back to let the staff know the order was wrong and they gave her attitude and tried to charge her for the change of protein even tho it was the employee who incorrectly placed the order. Overall it seems that the person taking orders needs to practice serving and customer service etiquette, because we had a horrible experience at this Pasco location . read more

It seems they can't read special instructions because every time I come to this place something in my order is wrong. If you want Taco Bell go across town this one isn't worth your time or money ! read more

They are always getting food wrong like how hard can it be to listen to when someone asks for no sour cream especially when one is allergic to it, the night shift has an attitude and disregarding what is being told to them when ordering, read more

One of the best Taco Bell franchises on the side, this one and the one on G Way. Both offer quality food for the type your getting but at least it's not mystery meat. I've never ended up with the squirts one time after eating there over 7 times. read more

I went in tonight and the lady from the window was such a sweet girl. She was so nice I love the night shift & the food was so good.

I don't like to you can't order more than three (3) items or they mess your order up, and get mad they messed up and usually don't want to fix it. I also don't like how they took off the side order of rice!! Without any warning read more

This taco bell has higher prices than all the others in tri-cities I tried here twice and living on a budget this location is not affordable and it is inconvenient when you are use to the same price everytime for the same things except here. I won't be back fast food is skyrocketing in prices how can you work minimum wage and pay that for food fast food is becoming a luxury for the rich instead of lunch for the poor. First he kept telling me the screen was broken andgerang me up wrong 'Ivan' so then i had him read it back to me and he did have it wrong and he fixed it and the screen reflected my correct order and it was first time trying thw locos taco and it was a broken shell. Previously on my first visit it was a tall hispanic manager woman who told me if i didn't like the higher prices I could go to another location. So I decided to try again expecting prices a little higher but then there was also a fee for fresco style. Staff is rude here and high prices. Additionally I was rushed during my order so I didn't even get a drink leaving flustered and upset at the high price. Don't try fresco style anything here there is a fee for it! read more

Decent service but drive thru is a little too long and they have a broken mic so it makes the orders longer. This is a fast food service which means it shouldn't take longer than 10 mins tops it's been a while but food is alright. read more

I agree with everything Shane said about this specific Taco Bell location, and I appreciate the fact that it isn't located in the traffic mess that surrounds the Rd. 68 location. read more

Don't waist your time, the rice in my burrito was so crunchy I thought I was going to chip a tooth. Almost every table was dirty and there was only one party in the restaurant. For some reason their $5.00 boxes (well at least they are in other states) are $5.50. Wasn't impressed at all, especially with all the other Mexican restaurants around. read more

Just tried to order food and the girl at the counter was so rude. She should not be working at a place that involves talking to customers if she can't even do that. "What do you want" "wait me do this first" then proceeded to just be down right blatant rude she obviously doesn't want to be here and I don't want her here either. I usually like this place. She must be new. And rude. read more

When I asked 3 times for no tomatoes because I'm allergic to them why would you put tomatoes one them?! Are you trying to kill people?! Good food, fast service, filled my Baja Blast freeze up more than other taco bells!

I never leave reviews, but I had to this time. Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Trying to eat at fast food places is a nightmare for me. I eat a vegan + gluten free diet and it's always very difficult to figure out how to accommodate my health issues. I usually leave feeling guilty and embarrassed for being such an inconvenience. Feeling the usual trepidation I started ordering at this location. Not only was the cashier friendly and reassuring--she patiently went through my order item by item to make sure I could eat everything on it. Not only that, she went out of her way to write down a list of menu items that are safe for me, complete with ways to tweak/adjust specific things to ensure that all my needs are met. I was blown away by her professionalism and thoughtfulness. Athena, you are a credit to your place of work. You're amazing and you deserve far more thanks than a yelp review. Thank you, thank you! I'll definitely feel good about ordering from Taco Bell from now on!!! read more
