Please do not get mad at the staff if you order extras on one of your items and expected it to be on the side. Just now, I got home with my order and saw there weren't any the extras I paid for in little plastic ramekins in the bag. I live in West Richland so I was disappointed at first, but calmly accepted that they might have forgotten my extras. Then I actually started digging into my meal. If you order an extra for a menu item, they put the extra in or on the item, as god intended, saving you a step and extra garbage. The staff was nothing, but friendly and professional, and the seating area, bathroom, drink station and everywhere I could see were all immaculately clean. The last thing this fine staff deserves is mistreatment from someone, like me, who is new to their new, inside, take-away ordering system and process. Me and my gf went for dinner one night and went through the drive thru and upon getting my food, my bag ripped and spilt my food everywhere on the floor. I was given the smallest bag possible for 7 heavy items. I went inside to tell them about their mistake and for them to remake the the food that spilt but the manager I spoke to was one of the rudest girls I've ever interacted with. She told me it was my fault the bag ripped and proceeded to ignore me the entire time I was there trying to fix the situation. I asked for a refund entirely but they couldn't even do that. She told me to come back the next day and I left with no refund or food remade. Absolutely ridiculous. My sister went to Taco Bell to get me lunch and upon placing our order over the intercom the person taking my order was rude and seemed very rude eager to be done with my order before I had even started to state what I wanted, it wasn't busy at all so that isn't the reason behind the urgency to be done with my order. My order was wrong he didn't listen to any of my requests and I got the wrong protein in my meal. We didn't notice it until we got home, I have allergies so eating the wrong thing could definitely have a bad effect on me. My sister was upset and went back to let the staff know the order was wrong and they gave her attitude and tried to charge her for the change of protein even tho it was the employee who incorrectly placed the order. So I decided to try again expecting prices a little higher but then there was also a fee for fresco style. Staff is rude here and high prices. Don't waist your time, the rice in my burrito was so crunchy I thought I was going to chip a tooth. Almost every table was dirty and there was only one party in the restaurant. I never leave reviews, but I had to this time. Hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. Trying to eat at fast food places is a nightmare for me. I eat a vegan + gluten free diet and it's always very difficult to figure out how to accommodate my health issues. I usually leave feeling guilty and embarrassed for being such an inconvenience. Feeling the usual trepidation I started ordering at this location. Not only was the cashier friendly and reassuring--she patiently went through my order item by item to make sure I could eat everything on it. Not only that, she went out of her way to write down a list of menu items that are safe for me, complete with ways to tweak/adjust specific things to ensure that all my needs are met. I was blown away by her professionalism and thoughtfulness. Athena, you are a credit to your place of work. You're amazing and you deserve far more thanks than a yelp review. Thank you, thank you!
