I was craving a fried chicken bowl. I was in drive thru. I ordered the bowl and a large mountain dew. I get to the window it was $12 for my bowl and a large mashed potato and gravy? I told him I ordered a large Mt dew not potatoes. He gave me a drink but since I had touched the bag, as he handed it to me thru the window I was forced to keep and pay for the other. We asked for no corn or cheese in the famous bowl since one of us is allergic to corn. We then reminded them at the window no corn in the famous bowl. When we got to the park the famous bowl had corn and cheese in it. I was slightly irritated but understand mistakes happen so we drove back to KFC and explained the issue and then they gave us another famous bowl with just mashed potatoes. No gravy, no chicken, no corn and no cheese. Went in for some Crispy chicken, had a coupon. When I asked for Crispy first I got an eye roll then was informed that they would have to cook it. I said no problem, who passes up fresh chicken? Then when I also added some strips I got another eye roll and said they'd have to cook them too. Well no biggie, I'm already waiting on the chicken. So after waiting over 40 minutes the person who was filling my order informed me that all they had was original. What?! What was I waiting on?? When I asked to speak with the manager he really didn't seem to be very sorry that he didn't have any crispy to sell. Mentioned that it wasn't in his "projection" to sell that much food.
