    Short on chicken pieces

Gave me a 4 piece when I ordered a 5 piece. 2 bbq sauces for 3 chicken orders, and one that was busted open, half gone and crusted over on the other ones.

50.00 on food for not even halfway full mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Don't even answer the phone. Never again.

Paid $50.00 for a 16 piece chicken with 4 large sides the only sides I could have mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I get 2 of ea that aren't even close to 50% full. They did not give me a receipt either nor do they answer their phones.

The containers not filled all the way, They're like a little more than halfway.

pulled up here after work to have a go at some local hot doggery and was thoroughly unimpressed…read morewith the truck. but I'm here for hotdogs so I don't really care how trucky the truck is; as long as the menu and health department tag are current I'm good. BTW: nice menu boards :-) list of dog options and stuff on the one side, burgers and stuff on the other. I'm generally not a fan of jumbo-sized Chicago dogs because they wreck the topping ratios so I went with the emerald green - not sure how caramelized onions, bacon, and jalapeno cream cheese make anything emerald or green but it eats well and waffle fries will add some heft (choice of ketchup or fry sauce) dog arrives in a compostable box with a paper wrap. 1/4 pound sausage is good and beefy and likely kosher unlike the bacon bits; onions were fully caramelled and soft and flavory but the cream cheese needs to be more jalopy. slightly miffed that corn dogs are only a Monday thing but they are and other than that it's hard to complain about the product so I won't.

The hot dogs are great there but today I had the most bizarre experience with the girl who opened…read more So I get there at 10:55 am. No biggie cause they open in 5 mins. The girl working there saw me and rolled her eyes but says "I'll be with you in 5 mins". Ok cool. Not sure what the eye rolling was about but ok. 11 rolls around and so I go up to order and she's giving me the death stare and I'm like "is everything ok?" She says "SPEAK UP". And I'm like "wow what's with the attitude?" She says again "SPEAKUP!" At this point I'm like this person woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something so I tell her to turn her music down she had on and she says "ITS POLICY WE ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP ON". And I ask "lady why all the attitude? I literally just want a hotdog" and she says "IM PREGNANT!" Umm ok. I left because wth was that. I hope the owner reads this and follows up cause that girl is seriously crazy and did not seem like she wanted to work and took that out on a customer.

If you're doing a proper tour of the Tri-Cities and somehow miss Tapp'd in West Richland, you…read moredidn't just take a wrong turn... you skipped one of the best stops on the map. Tapp'd hits that rare sweet spot where it works just as well for a date night as it does for a full blown game day hangout. The headline feature is the self serve tap wall, which is basically permission to become your own bartender without the awkward small talk. When your glass runs dry, you don't wait around, you pivot. Try something new, double down on your favorite, live a little. And if beer isn't your thing, the bar staff can mix a cocktail that reminds you why bartenders exist in the first place. Now, the food. This is where people get blindsided, in a good way. The Quesabirria Tacos, Asada Street Tacos, and Taquitos de Pollo aren't just "good for a bar," they're flat out legit. The kind of food that makes you pause mid conversation and reconsider your priorities for a second. Service deserves its own shoutout. We were there on a Sunday night, and our server didn't miss a beat, checking in, keeping things moving, and somehow making it all look effortless. Worth noting: same ownership as Tri-City Taps, which explains why the formula works so well, great drinks, great food, and service that actually cares. Bottom line, if you're local, this should already be in your rotation. If you're visiting, this is one of those "don't leave town without it" spots.

The concept is cool. The technology is terrible. I got a beer and the tap blew so it "poured" 6 oz…read moreof air, and of course counted towards the bill. It must be on a timer not a flow meter. Anyway, they made it right before I left by taking some off our bill, but you better pay attention or your gonna pay for air too.
