    Everything is just wrong with this wingstop. Our whole family loves wingstop but hate the service and the wait time . Just today once again . We ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait. Time given was 20 minutes . Waited 20 minutes and drove to the wingstop , waited 45 more minutes in store for two 10pcs combos !! There was about 8 workers , one cashed you out , one opened the fridge to get the wings , the other put the wings in the basket , the next person put the basket in the fryer , then another would check them , next guys would take them out and than let them cool down , lastly the next guys would bag them up . We get home , missing fries , the combos had 8pc not 10! Also , tables dirty , flies everywhere, workers cussing in front of customers . Who ever this franchise owner is needs to check up on their store . It's garbage all around.

    Great indoor and outdoor seating options right downtown. Beyond burger was done just right and BALEBREAKER IPA was the highlight.

    Worst experience ever. I order the food at 7:28 pm and they have it ready at 9:37z food was COLD. Never coming back to this place.

    Drove 50 minutes out of our way, placed an order an hour before close just to arrive and then lose our order. Wouldn't recommend.

    Ordered $46.75 worth of food at this location in Kennewick. We quickly showed the cashier the credit card receipt with time and date then the manager also, they stated sorry we can't control the money you gave us, you need to take it up with cooperate. You are the fourth customer today with an issue BTW. Let's not shutdown our app lets keep running a broken product. Remember not our problem.... cooperates problem! Let me tell you that I payed your store with your address. To say sorry not our problem go away and spend two hours on the phone trying to recoup your funds, lets me know that you do not want my business or anybody that I share this with business.
