Horrendous service. Went in with a party of 5 and 2 of us got there shortly after. We sat for 30 minutes no acknowledgment, no menus, nothing. The part of our group who got there prior ordered an appetizer at 10:10 and their food order at 10:20. By 11:10 still no appetizer or any type of attention from our server despite making eye contact with her multiple times. She was tall, white, and had a bun. When we asked to cancel the food we never got the server caught an attitude and said "oh but you wanna add new people." which just tells me she purposely ignored us. This is a restaurant, it's ridiculous for the server to get mad because a customer walks in, especially on a slow night. Highly unprofessional, take your business elsewhere. Upon arriving to Buffalo Wild Wings, we were greeted by the host Neveah very rudely with an eye roll. She said there was a 25 min wait which we did with no problem. Two of us came back after those twenty five minutes and she looked at her watch and rolled her eyes again. The atmosphere here today felt full of unnecessary tension, we were very polite from the start to the end and got nothing but eye rolls and short response attitude definitely needs work. I'm giving this place two stars. The food was as expected nothing too special. Of course you pay what you expect. We waited over an hour and 20min for food and didn't even get one item we ordered. The unusual thing was that there was a private party in the patio, which the staff along with manager (Maegan) kept joining from time to time, also, it was very clear that food and drinks were being brought to party goers from outside. Lastly, the manager was bringing alcoholic beverages from the bar. I highly doubt that they were being added to a bill and it seemed sneaky. When food came I asked for silverware and she made a comment that I should use my fingers. My fries were cold and the entire atmosphere was uninviting. Ordered online delivery via Uber Eats, for about 8 people. They did not send any sauces, celery, carrots, or several other items that I ordered extra and paid for. I called, and their response was that they consider sauces and vegetables to be "free" items, so they don't have to send them with delivery orders if they don't want to. Note -- the order forms asked me specifically what "side items" I wanted, and several items they did not send were items I indeed paid for. Show up, waiting areas are packed. I asked and it's. 30+ minute wait for 2 people. As I look around, almost every single table I can see is open. 30ish tables open. I ask the receptionist why people aren't being seated with all the open tables and she just tells me "she has to follow the system" and gets very defensive. After telling her I understand she doesn't make the choices and I'm not mad at her, she sighs and tells me about how everyone always yells at her and it's not her fault, she just does what she has to. Reading the reviews, service couldn't be that bad. Well I was wrong. The restaurant is over half empty, no one was at the front to greet. When there was an employee that walked by they didn't acknowledge anyone. This is some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. With this many negative reviews the fault lies directly on management. They should not be in this industry and are an embarrassment. Once we were seated over 20 minutes later it took an additional 15 minutes for the server. But this we had so much time invested we just decided to stay. Doubt management actually reads the review, considering all the one star reviews! After many mistakes we've decided it was time to leave a review. We love the idea of Buffalo Wild Wings but it feels like somethings always wrong with our meal! We have a newborn at home so we've been ordering takeout. On multiple occasions we get home after pick up (which btw is pretty far from the restaurant and BWW never meets it pick up time expectations) and something's missing or wrong with our order. 1. No season on wings! 2. Forget our side of fries 3. Put sour cream after requested no sour cream (I hate sour cream, ruined the whole plate of nachos) 4. Forgot the marinara sauce and salsa that come with the $18 sampler platter 5.
