I always get fresh food and if you see my review on 68 Wendy's you'll know why I come here! The male manager that usually works nights is awesome and one night even mixed two drinks in the freestyle for me. Today I went in there was a young red headed girl she was so good with the young kid infrint of me patiently taking her order then was super nice about having to make my drink for me cause they were out of what I wanted up front and she gladly mixed 2 flavors for me and stirred it before handing over. Ive seen this place have some friendly employees but im really impressed with this one! I hope she keeps this attitude forever it was amazing! read more

This location was "steady busy" from our arrival to departure. Despite that, staff kept the dining room impressively clean and presentable at all times. Front end manager "Chet" (U.S. Army Veteran) was the epitome of a "why, yes, of course we can do that for you" style of customer service talent. To my observation, he's an exemplary ambassador for the Wendy's brand. Our various food items were well prepared and tasty. We WILL be back. Job well done. read more

Every time I order here they don't have something. It's 7:20am and they don't have any coffee made yet. WTF they know people drink coffee in the morning. And it's always can you pull forward. Then they don't give you all your food after waiting 12 min. They have to go back in and get your drinks and that takes another 6 min because they waited until the car beside me order was ready so they didn't have to make 2 trips out. read more

8pm shift on a Thursday...HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service! One worker was freaking out because someone hadn't done something right that he needed. He's getting all worked up and having a fit in front of us. "Take a c-a-l-m, deep breath..." his coworker is telling him. "Don't take any more orders. Just catch up on all these." This all happened right at the cash register. They completely ignored that we were standing there waiting to order. At minimum, acknowledge customers and apologize. Let us know it might be a minute or two. Don't argue in front of us. We waited a minute or two, then finally left and went to the Wendy's on Rd 68. SO MUCH BETTER! Our order was done in no time flat! Got up to the drive thru and lady there took for ever to greet us and when she did greet us it was to tell us to wait even longer. There were no cars in front of me so I don't under stand why the wait was necessary, and by the time she talked to us to take my order it was extremely rude and rushed. Our family stopped here while traveling. The service was abysmal. Our daughter wanted to order a cheeseburger and fries, but the worker refused and ended up giving her a different combo meal. Store at 2311 N. Court St in Pasco WA was worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. Took 3 minutes for employees to decide who was going to even acknowledge me, soda machine out of 90% of flavors and store employees running around the store, fighting against each other to open/close the the door going into the kitchen and hopping and sliding on the counter to get from dining room into cash register area. We stopped to have lunch here today and the manager and cashier went above and beyond the average "customer service" you normally see these days. Our food was brought out quickly. The cashier was super nice and easy to talk to. The manager came around to every table and asked how our food was and if there was anything else he could do for us. Just not normal these days. I am a uber eats delivery driver. Every time I come to this location I wait for ever to get the food, regardless of how busy or what time of day. Today, I stood there at the window waiting, the line emptied and the cashier walked away and started stocking. He got two orders ready, so I didn't say anything thinking they were super busy. Finally he comes up and asked me who I was here for, and when I told him the name, he goes "oh let me go check that in". I've never had a fast experience here. They take FOREVER, but I've never had something wrong (yet). If you're willing to wait and chill, drive thru is the place for you! I wonder if they serve the dine-in customers first or they just take their sweet-ass time OR don't prep enough for the day. Management in the end is to blame, however. Sigh. read more

This place was opened by the "higher power" in the universe to test our patience and remind us we don't always get what we want (or order). I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato and granted there wasn't a tomato, but they didn't put anything on it and then put mayo instead of ranch. Wtf? I paid $9 for a plain chicken sandwich that didn't have anything I wanted on it or that was advertised. I just don't understand how people can't do their jobs and the staff is so rude. Never again! If you're coming to Wendy's expecting gourmet food, please remind yourself that this is fast food and not going to be top quality compared to a sit downnplace. That being said, this is the fastest food ever! I work near court and I've tried it all. They have my food to me faster than they can swipe my card and I never feel rushed getting back to work.
