They are always quick and very nice. To get the freshest food make sure you are there right when they open and during busy hours.

My boyfriend and I get takeout here. I always get the orange chicken & sweet fire chicken. Love them both. Lots of food for a great price.

Disappointed! Went tonight (6/30/16) at about 6:30. Server was very unpleasant. Don't remember her name, but she was a petite young girl. Definitely acted like she did not want to be there. When she spoke, we could barely hear her. It was bad enough they ran out of chow mein. Seemed like we waited for a very long time and with her poor attitude, we changed our minds and walked out. This place needs to improve or we won't be going back. P.S. - As I mentioned they ran out of chow mein. Stay away!!! Can I give zero stars on account of me getting sick from here!I am positive that my food poisoning is due to this place. I did not have breakfast and only can soup for dinner last night. Ever since I had my lunch, a few hours later, I have EVERY food poisoning symptom. And yes I'm in the rest room on and off all day. Horrible painful stomach cramps and very nauseous. I used to like coming here. The staff is very nice and always have a smile on their face, but I'm sorry my pain from this whole day is not worth it. The food is good just like any other Panda Express. It sucks that they have become stingy when serving you food like Angus Steak, they fill up your plate with tons of rice or chow main but they almost count the amount of beef your getting, keep in mind the chunks of beef are already tiny and they try so bad to get the vegetables only, it's a minimum of $10 dollars for this dish and this is just for the small bowl. well, been sitting in the drive-thru and haven't moved for 11 minutes. called the store and the girl that answered said everyone is waiting for chow mien because they ran out and are currently making more.. but not sure why it has taken more than 10 minutes to do so. seems like kind of bad planning to not have enough chow mein in the middle of the afternoon when it is an item that goes with nearly every dish they serve. it's like mcdonalds running out of fries.. it just shouldn't happen. not very good management of the current shift today. very glad i am not on a schedule and just out running errands. read more

I came to the drive threw around 10:00pm and ordered a bowl of fried rice and orange chicken with a side of ragoons and sweet and sour sauce. She asked me if I would be okay waiting 5 minutes or so for the orange chicken, i said yes and pulled forward to pay. I needed to repeat my order at the window because apparently is was not entered, i payed and they asked me to pull forward and park while a wait a few minutes for my food. After 15 minutes she came out and handed me the wrong order, as it was the car's next to mine waiting as well. She had me repeat my order and I specifically mentioned the sweet-and-sour sauce because they usually leave that out, and went back inside to a empty restaurant. Another 15min and she came out with my food. The ragoons were mixed in with the orange chicken in the styrofoam container and there was a small red to go box filled with more orange chicken which I believe the ragoons should have been in. And there was only chili sauce no sweet and sour. I pulled back through the drive through and asked for sweet and sour for the 3rd time and they said they were out (which could have been mentioned 30min ago when I paid) . At this point is was 10:30, and were all clearly messing around inside. My food being warm was the only plus. Ragoons were soggy, no sweet and sour, and extra 30min wait. read more

There is no sense to order online and your food is not ready at pickup. Not just one time but this has happened the last four times . When I tried to talk to the manager she walked away.. Now I going to the new Chinese restaurant right across rom the Mexican restaurant in town center. The food is delicious. They have lo mein and they offer free delivery to falcon ridge and black hawk. Worst PandEx EVER! The person in the speaker can barely speak English (usually I'm lax on this front, but it's hella-frustrating when that interferes w/getting my order right!) which brings me to...THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT!?! I have given this place a chance cuz I Luv me some PandEx and it's the closest one to my house, but this is the last time...I have had it!!! And to top it off...there is always an ungodly wait time in both the drive thru and inside. The worst part about the drive thru, once you are in there is NO RETURN...seriously, you are trapped as you can literally not get out of the line until after the window!! Hopefully management or someone will see this and by some random act of business savvy correct the wrongs. Until then, I am driving the 15mins out of my way to go the the PandEx off 79 where their drive thru does not hold you hostage, the person at the speaker understands your order, and the order is correct! We've eaten here about 5 times, and have always been very pleased with our meals, the friendly and capable service, and the dining room atmosphere. Food has always been fresh, hot, and nicely prepared. Portions always generous as well (the large 3-entree meal is easily enough for 2 people). our favorites are orange chicken and the walnut shrimp, but we've also really liked the broccoli and beef, and the Angus steak and mushroom. Rice has always been cooked perfectly. If there is better Chinese fast food in the Pflugerville/Round Rock area, I'm certainly not aware of it. Looking at some of the low reviews, many focus on drive thru issues. How about getting off your fat asses and walking inside?? problem solved. read more

Very slow drive through on this one compared to others... but this time I ordered the 2 entree with orange chicken and then paid extra for surf and turf... got home and the Surf and Turf was completely BURNT! This location never puts beef in the beef and broccoli, the plate with 2 orders of beef and broccoli came with 2 tiny pieces of beef. Not once, but several times. Ordered orange chicken, it came with no sauce, seemed and tasted to have been sitting there forever. There was no parking by TJing which is a much better value, fresher food. Chicken and shrimp were ok. Service lacking. Noodles were stale ((chewy)). Staff fixed my kid's meal and it disappeared. When I mentioned it to the mgr. she stated that she didn't charge us for it rather than trying to find out what happened. This is one of the worst Panda Express I've been to. Every time I order teriyaki chicken they don't ever put any teriyaki sauce on it or even ask if you want it. Teriyaki chicken is just that. They dint it any on it when they cook the chicken so only way is to add sauce. I asked them why they always forget sauce and they told me we dontever give teriyaki sauce unless you ask for it. Also they totally skimp in the food there. You have to literally be there while they serve it and make sure they give you enough. You ask for all chow mien and the barley give you half. Itslike that with all the food they serve. So if you have a place other than here it's well worth the time to go there instead. Gave this place 4 months to change but never does so not worth going there. They don't even deserve one star but it makes you give one Also staff there is so gloomy and not very social. I just can't with this Panda anymore. I've had some decent food during the day, but the night food is just atrocious!! Two visits ago, my bf comes home and my bf broccoli was suddenly this sweet beef with peppers that tasted like sweet fried donkey ass smothered in sauce. Straight in the trash. Last visit, I had to make them cook some string bean chicken as I refused to eat string beans with no chicken. Tonight's visit was a waste of gas. My bf had to make them cook string bean chicken because it looked gross. He requested double teriyaki bc everything looked bad. I get home and the only thing edible was the bf broccoli. The string beans were basically raw making me wary of eating the chicken and getting food poisoning. The mixed veggies...straight up raw. Like off the veggie plate and warmed up in the microwave for 45 seconds raw. I'm literally going to have to stir fry them myself in my wok for them to be edible...meaning that I could have just stayed my black ass home and made stir fry myself! Not sure about the bad reviews but my experiences here have always been great. It does get busy during lunch and dinner hours so there might be a line or not enough tables insides, but that probably also means people like eating here. Beware of ordering panda bowls at this restaurant. The bowl is advertised as a side and an entree. They forget to inform you that you will actually be getting a bowl of rice with an "entree topping" because that is really all the entree you get, about enough to cover the top inch of the bowl. If your "entree topping" is one that also contains veggies, you will get that as your one inch topping and it will be hard to find evidence of the meat. For $5.90 a bowl and by filling the bowls with cheap rice, Panda Express is making a killing. They don't need my business. read more

I am not usually a big fan of Chinese Food where you order plates- I guess I like buffet style only because I can see everything and if I don't like it I haven't wasted my money. I went through the drive-thru. We ordered one of the 3 entree plates- Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Sweet and Sour Chicken with Steamed rice. The husband and I weren't overly hungry and this was enough to feed both of us a decent amount of food. It all tasted fresh and pretty good. The price is the only thing that holds me back- it's not overly expensive per say but when we didn't get drinks and only what they consider a one person meal it was just under $9. Very dissatisfied with the drive thru service had a miscommunication on the amount of bill and tried to speak with Barbara at the window and she just closed the window and walked away.
