I placed my order and when I paid, the guy asked what sauces I wanted and I said "teriyaki, sweet and sour and soy sauce". I just got home and checked and he didn't give me a single sauce. The evening crew does a better Job and I will come back for their food rather than the crew that was there in the morning on 6/5/2026. And when asked about a refund I was told that was not possible. LIE. And when I asked for the manager she came and gave me the refund right away. So not only are they not professionally sound they also tend to serve you raw food that can harm you and your family. I never liked Panda Express as I always found their chicken squishy but I was picking up food for my roommate and he got the two entree meal with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, which I didn't know they had. When the cashier handed it to me, it smelled absolutely rotten. I couldn't believe how bad it smelled I had to open a window in the car. Once I gave it to my roommate, who loved Panda, he was astonished at how bad it smelled. I just thought I was being unfair. He couldn't even try it due to the smell and we tried to give it to the dogs, but they were repulsed by it and my mutts eat anything ... Or so I thought. He said the orange chicken was okay .. it was just the teriyaki. We didn't want to drive back and were put off by getting anything else from there. I suspect the chicken was legitimately rotten so I'm glad my dogs didn't eat it. My family and I come here at least once a month and like the walnut shrimp. However they have this "would you like to donate" thing they try to get you to give them more $. I went there this past Sunday and when the girl behind counter rang it up she asked if I wanted to donate to some thing or other and I said "no thank you". she gave me a mean look and pushed my food towards me and I asked if they had fortune cookies and she ignored me and walked away. very disappointed that they won't give you sauce or fortune cookies unless you donate to whatever they are trying to get you to donate to. read more

I have never been a fan of Chinese food because it usually upsets my stomach. My family however, are a huge fan of this place. So one day I decided to get some food from here and now I am hooked. I can imagine like other Yelpers have said where they mix up and mistakenly not get your order right when busy. Because it does happen at every location. We come here often because my 3yo likes "panda". It's fast food so I don't usually have high expectations but this location has generally been consistent... today was a little bit of a let down. I went through the drive thru and they forgot my crab rangoons so I hade to go back through the drive thru which wasn't too bad since it wasn't incredibly busy and they were quick to fix that mess up (always check your bag!). My son usually gets the cub meal - beef and broccoli. We just got home and there is no beef, just broccoli which is disappointing. I do appreciate that they cut up the noodles smaller for the cub meal - never noticed that before. The food taste like all the other panda express I've ever had. the service is very fast and efficient and I have never gotten my order wrong. I wouldn't say the people are friendly but they get the job done and I don't need to chitchat while people are giving me food. If I ask for more sauce, they give me more sauce. if I ask for more cookies, they give me more cookies. I can't see how this could be done wrong. They seem to be working very hard to keep customers happy here. I have always satisfied and never had a reason to complain. If you're craving orange chicken or Mongolian beef, definitely come here because their prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are decent. This is the worst customer service EVER. Was there again tonight for a pickup, there was a very loud argument between a customer and an employee.
