We go there because the food is pretty good. Well today we went through the drive thru and they have a new automated ordering system which is fine. I placed my order and when I paid, the guy asked what sauces I wanted and I said "teriyaki, sweet and sour and soy sauce". I just got home and checked and he didn't give me a single sauce. I never liked Panda Express as I always found their chicken squishy but I was picking up food for my roommate and he got the two entree meal with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, which I didn't know they had. When the cashier handed it to me, it smelled absolutely rotten. I couldn't believe how bad it smelled I had to open a window in the car. Once I gave it to my roommate, who loved Panda, he was astonished at how bad it smelled. I just thought I was being unfair. He couldn't even try it due to the smell and we tried to give it to the dogs, but they were repulsed by it and my mutts eat anything ... Or so I thought. He said the orange chicken was okay .. it was just the teriyaki. We didn't want to drive back and were put off by getting anything else from there. I suspect the chicken was legitimately rotten so I'm glad my dogs didn't eat it. My family and I come here at least once a month and like the walnut shrimp. However they have this "would you like to donate" thing they try to get you to give them more $. I went there this past Sunday and when the girl behind counter rang it up she asked if I wanted to donate to some thing or other and I said "no thank you". she gave me a mean look and pushed my food towards me and I asked if they had fortune cookies and she ignored me and walked away. very disappointed that they won't give you sauce or fortune cookies unless you donate to whatever they are trying to get you to donate to. read more

I have never been a fan of Chinese food because it usually upsets my stomach. My family however, are a huge fan of this place. So one day I decided to get some food from here and now I am hooked. I can imagine like other Yelpers have said where they mix up and mistakenly not get your order right when busy. Because it does happen at every location. One thing though sometimes it's feels like a pain ordering through drive through and sometimes it's great to order through the drive through from my experience here. We come here often because my 3yo likes "panda". It's fast food so I don't usually have high expectations but this location has generally been consistent... today was a little bit of a let down. I went through the drive thru and they forgot my crab rangoons so I hade to go back through the drive thru which wasn't too bad since it wasn't incredibly busy and they were quick to fix that mess up (always check your bag!). My son usually gets the cub meal - beef and broccoli. We just got home and there is no beef, just broccoli which is disappointing. I do appreciate that they cut up the noodles smaller for the cub meal - never noticed that before. We probably won't come back here for a while and when we do, we'll likely dine in instead of drive thru. read more

I love panda express. I have always loved panda express and this is a panda express! The food taste like all the other panda express I've ever had. the service is very fast and efficient and I have never gotten my order wrong. I wouldn't say the people are friendly but they get the job done and I don't need to chitchat while people are giving me food. If I ask for more sauce, they give me more sauce. if I ask for more cookies, they give me more cookies. I can't see how this could be done wrong. They seem to be working very hard to keep customers happy here. I have always satisfied and never had a reason to complain. The quality was amazing this time (typically it's not and I'm shocked I came back honestly) but the kid serving at 9pm 01/21/21 lied and said they were completely out of their chow mein. If you're craving orange chicken or Mongolian beef, definitely come here because their prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are decent. New parents of 4 month old twins and just finished up Holiday shopping. Well it was a success! This is the worst customer service EVER. Was there again tonight for a pickup, there was a very loud argument between a customer and an employee. Customer was trying to order food and after 10 minutes of waiting got mad. Employee smart mouthed him the entire time. I waited 15 min to get someone to talk to me. I called out several times and was ignored. Finally someone asked what I wanted-said I wanted my order that was supposed to have been ready at 4:15 (now it's 4:32). Was told it was being made. But all employees went to the back so no one was doing anything. Finally someone came out and I asked again and was told someone already picked it up. Did I want them to fix another order? Don't go here if your Hangry! Worst place to get food at Stone Hill. This is a shopping center with plenty of options like chik fil a, Whataburger, In and out. I chose Panda since most people frequent the other Fast Food options. What a mistake... I have an hour for lunch and I've stood in line for 30 min waiting to order. 2 cars have driven through the to go line and 6 people are waiting in the sun trying to order at the window. I've tried ordering on line but they don't care you still have to wait in line to tell them your there for pick up.
