They have an extensive cocktail menu, appetizers, and plenty of mains truly a menu where there's something for everyone. Think classic, down home American cooking in a casual, no frills setting. Our table sampled a little bit of everything, but if you order one appetizer, get the fried pickles! I'm a sucker for that cornmeal style batter and the sriracha ranch was the perfect touch. For my main, I ordered the loaded wedge salad and when I say this thing was HUGE, I mean it! It was practically an entire head of lettuce, so definitely expect leftovers. The wedge was cold, crisp, refreshing, and delicious. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, the kind of place where they call you darling and greet you with a smile. I wanted to share a rather disappointing experience that my boyfriend had at the Greenfield Panda Express last Friday around 8:30 PM. It was quite concerning, and frankly, it has influenced my decision to no longer take my business to this particular location. He used the drive-thru and placed an order for a plate, which included the orange chicken, the premium honey walnut shrimp (for which he understood there was an additional charge), and fried rice. Upon arriving at the window, he was informed that there would be a delay for the shrimp, which he accepted without issue, especially given their operating hours and our living not far from the restaurant. Subsequently, while waiting, he was then informed that the orange chicken was unavailable at that moment and was asked if he wished to wait or select an alternative. Again, he opted to wait, anticipating a reasonable timeframe. After paying for his order, he noted that a receipt was not provided, though he assumed it would be included with the completed meal. His food was then brought to the designated waiting area approximately five minutes later in a non-branded Walmart shopping bag, an unusual occurrence that he was willing to overlook at the time. However, upon arriving home, we discovered a significant discrepancy with his order. The bag contained only one portion of the honey walnut shrimp, a serving of noticeably dry fried rice, and the orange chicken was entirely missing. Furthermore, the receipt was nowhere to be found. He promptly contacted the store to explain the situation - that he had paid for a full plate including orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and fried rice, but only received the latter two items and no proof of purchase. He requested the opportunity to return and collect the missing portion of chicken for which he had already paid. The response he received from the employee on the phone was unhelpful and, regrettably, dismissive. He was informed that there was 'nothing he could do' without a receipt. My boyfriend reiterated that a receipt had not been provided at any point. The employee's response conveyed a distinct lack of concern or willingness to assist. This was a decidedly negative experience characterized by an inaccurate order, a lack of professionalism, and a refusal to rectify their error. The fact that the food was presented in a shopping bag from a neighboring retailer raises questions regarding their operational standards. Moreover, the dismissive attitude and lack of any attempt to resolve the issue over the phone were quite disappointing. Considering this incident, along with some previous less-than-satisfactory experiences, I must admit that I no longer feel confident in the service and quality of this particular Panda Express location. I believe it would be beneficial for management to consider comprehensive retraining for their staff to address issues concerning order accuracy, customer service protocols, and basic professional conduct. My boyfriend's recent visit was a regrettable waste of time and money, and as a result, I will be hesitant to consider this establishment for future business. read more
