Clean. Friendly. Had an order made fresh for me I read bad reviews but didn't see a reason for them

Good food and they got it to me quickly. They also had samples of different drinks and it was fun to try them all.

Worst place ever. Took 10 minutes + just to get order in, parked us. Then got our orders wrong NEVER GO HERE ITS HORRIBLE

Honestly i'm really starting to get aggravated with this Panda. Everytime I place an online order, I request teriyaki sauce to have with my teriyaki chicken.... IT DOESNT HAPPEN! I don't want to eat dry chicken, it doesn't even make sense. My question is why make a special request box on your online page but then doesn't even give what is requested. I would just go to the store and pick up my food but i'm not able to do so. I do love the food but I honestly wish you guys could give all that is requested. I'm about to drop this panda and order from another, it's really disappointing. They even put it on my receipt but I don't receive the sauce! The food tastes like any other Panda Express, I enjoy it as a very quick easy to stop and snack when I'm out and about. The employees are courteous and every time I've been there they are well stocked. Love the food but the experience at specific location makes all the difference on frequent visits. This location is more convenient from my place but now I have to travel further to lindale mall I tried and tried again at this location but either the employee is short with me or very difficult to understand. My last visit was when I had enough half the options were gone and the entree portions consists of 2-3 meats rest covered in veggies to hide the lack of meat, so very disappointing I get less but still have to pay the same I'm completely done with this location!! read more

Just ordered online and got a confirmation that the food would be ready at a specific time. We showed up a few min late to give them time to make it. When we showed up there was a line of people ordering that walked in and was served their food asap. Our food was 33 minutes after the said order time while people who walked in got their food before us! If I could give a 0 stars for their service I would. read more

This panda used to be very good. Now when you order the pick up time is always wrong and when you try to get someone's attention in the store they are on there cell or ignore you. The noodles are always good but the customer service needs help, our pick up time was 830 and when I went in and asked they said it still needed noodles. At 842 we received out food. Service was very poor, workers seemed to be off and lost in space which is concerning because I did receive my order but it was cold. They also didn't leave a fortune cookie. I got pepper chicken but they must be out of chicken today because it was mostly celery and onion. Flavor ok, but really miss the chicken. Who manages this place? I go because it is convenient for lunch while at work, but every time something goes awry. Cup lids fall off, spilling drinks. They rarely give soy sauce. And today at 12:23, the rice is not ready, its cooking, not just the white, the fried and the brown too. Really? It's lunch time, keep it going. Geez! Unbelievable! Ordered the veggie side due to dietary needs and was told it would be an extra three mins. No problem right! Wrong! As I sat there watching car after car go through the drive-thru and started counting 20 mins later and 17 cars I went back through the drive-thru and told them I was parked until I got my order! Panda Express has disappointed me on several occasions, but tonight was just awful. I went through the drive through and ordered a bowl with a side of cream cheese rangoons. The girl that was taking my order said, in a very displeasing tone, that they were out. I then said not to worry about it and then she said, in the same displeasing tone, that they actually did have some. I then drove up to the window and she just held her hand out without saying a word to me, indicating she wanted my card so I handed it to her. She then handed me my food and still did not say a word. I don't understand how disrespectful one person can be. Then, to top things off, my food was cold and two out of three of the rangoons had NO cream cheese filling in it. Mixed veggies are always good. I do wonder why it's called mushroom chicken when I never get any mushrooms. Not one! Should be called zucchini chicken. There's always plenty of zucchini in there! Employees are always very friendly and my food is always hot. Portions are a little on the small side but it is delicious so I don't mind too much. I will continue my quest for mushrooms in the mushroom chicken, hoping maybe some day I will find one. I'll just keep ordering the plate with two entrees in order to stray away from being too disappointed. I swear you guys had to have read my review. About half the time the drive through employee has their mask pulled down with their nose exposed. I try to avoid going during mealtimes or whenever it's busy because they usually have me pull ahead to wait. Whenever this happens: (1) the order is ALWAYS wrong, (2) they clear all the cars in line behind me before bringing the food out. It's usually a 10-15 minute wait. read more

It blows my mind how many times I have went through this drive thru & they ask me to wait 10-15min for an item. I understand it happening once, but this is a common occurrence now. First time eating at a stand-alone Panda Express. Just like the mall, the food is pre-made and ready when you come in. They seem to make in small enough batches that things get turned over quickly so nothing looks like the overcooked and grey-like entrees at most Hy-Vee Chinese Express at 2:00. Even though I stopped in for a late lunch the items all looked fairly fresh. I had the 2-entree plate and went with the safe Kung Pao chicken (good even re-heated) which had a decent spice to it and flavorful veggies to compliment the chicken. The star was the Bejing Beef which was surprisingly good. The "crunchy" beef reminded me of my all time favorite Ginger Crispy Beef from Sushi House. Ok, not of the same quality but very tasty none-the-less. Prices might be a little more than Hy-Vee, but their recipes are much better and they seem to put more emphasis on this since it's their main/only gig. I'd go back. read more

By far the most understaffed place to order lunch. Just awful. Dine in or drive through, plan on waiting forever.

In general I have come to like panda express however the last two times I personally have gone they are always out of something. First of what kind of Chinese food place runs out of rice and crab ragoons. A friend of mine has also gone to this particular site numerous times and they are always out of at least one thing she has gone there for. The food is good however I just don't understand running out of key things on the menu on any given day. And I will point out our visits have been sporatic too not always late at night sometimes during the day and so forth. We asked after our most recent visit how come they are always out of things and all the attendant said was Uhhh my manager forgot to order them. (crab ragoons) ! Don't bother! My kids love rice, so I thought it would be an easy win - drive through at 11:30 on a Saturday and half their menu wasn't ready yet. I was told it would be 10-20 minutes before any shrimp, brown rice, or breaded chicken options would be ready (including the featured shrimp item). No milk or juice options for the kids meals, and I couldn't tell which items were spicy and which were not (apparently orange chix is spicy!). After telling me none of my first 4 choices would be ready for a while, and me making compromises to meals the kids would most likely not like, there was no effort whatsoever to compensate with a complimentary item or explain the problem. YUCK! If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would. Service was slow and the manager was incredibly rude. DON'T GO HERE! I think the managers name was Ruifen and she was scolding the workers in front of me while I was trying to check out. Disgusting. Although this is by no means authentic Asian food, it is still a disgrace. I thought hyvee had the worst American Chinese food, but rest assured hyvee, Panda Express takes the cake. The chicken is soggy, the sauce tastes like ketchup, and freshness is an afterthought. I knew I would regret eating here, and after one bite I decided to toss the rest out and get food elsewhere.
