    Standing on the counter in the drive thru is WILD. Also dropped a stack of lids in the process

    Beef and broccoli plate with chow mien

    Went through the drive through and asked for a beef and broccoli / teriyaki plate with chow mien and fried rice. Instead they gave me honey sesame with teriyaki, when I told them that was NOT what I ordered they gave me a new plate with "beef and broccoli" the entire plate was just broccoli and a table spoon worth of beef and no fried rice...This is not the first time this has happened either.

    Ordered at 9:40 meaning the place was open for almost 2 hrs and the orange chicken looks burnt, dry, and it has no flavor. The teriyaki chicken tastes funny and the sauce doesn't taste right either, so check expo date plz. And why does the honey walnut shrimp taste burnt. Nothing in my plate tastes the same as any other Panda Express, very disappointing especially since I was craving it.

    Last Sunday 6/11/23 my boyfriend had Crab rangoons had black/brown sludge at bottom, he's been having horrible diahrrea, vomiting, fever, hot and chills, intense stomach pain and cramping. The crab cheese rangoons had brown/black slime at the bottom of them and didn't notice till after eating. There's picture for proof this is not normal, or okay at all. NO ONE WOULD EAT THEM THEMSELVES HOW COULD YOU SERVE THAT PROUDLY?! It's now Thursday and he's still sick. They gave me a refund after I called corporate. We will never ever ever ever be coming back here again. It's a shame he loved panda so much and can't even stand the thought or be willing to trust them again.

    I ordered a 12 count crab Rangoon's and 4 apple pie fillings. Came home and found that the order was not fulfilled. I called and spoke with the manager Micheal. He just said he would replace the items, but what about driving 15 min. I placed an online order with notes and everything. I will not be eating here again and going to a different location. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. I am disappointed I dropped $70 on this shitty ass panda. I have never had Panda suck before, changing locations is a good idea.

    Today when we went, they were out of plates so they were gonna give us our portions in their portion containers, we knew we were already gonna get ripped off because of how small the containers are, but this is what my husband got one of his sides... literally two pieces of meat??? And we have only gone twice since we've moved here in the food. Just does not taste. Good at all. Very dry. Not sure if it's the time that we've gone, but I will now be not going to this location ever again.

If the main parking area is full, there is additional parking throughout the plaza, making it easy to park and walk over. One tip for customers: be sure to sign up for the rewards program if you haven't already. Many people miss out on valuable rewards and discounts. You can scan the QR code in the restaurant to register using your phone number, email address, and name. Once enrolled, simply provide your phone number when ordering to earn points. If you forget, you can request an itemized receipt and scan the barcode through the app afterward to receive credit for your purchase. For our meal, we ordered: * A Single Deluxe Burger with ketchup and mustard, fries, and their signature Root Beer. * A side of Onion Rings. * A Double ButterBurger with Cheese, grilled onions, ketchup, and mustard, served with fries. * Ketchup and salt packets on the side. We did not see an option in the app to request no salt on the fries, but we were able to request salt packets separately. As a helpful tip, many ordering platforms allow customers to add notes or special requests regarding salt, butter, toppings, or other preferences. Our food was prepared hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. We decided to dine inside, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.
