This place is a joke. Bad customer service and most of the employees have horrible attitude. If you don't like your job then just quit.

I still eat at this Panda but I am always a bit hesitant because the food often tastes slightly burned -- not completely inedible, but disappointing enough to avoid. Meanwhile, the spring rolls, egg rolls, and cream cheese rangoons are often seriously over-fried -- way too browned and crunchy rather than crispy. As a rule, I don't trust drive-thrus for buffet-style food service anyway, but here the drive-thru is exceptionally irksome. It is jury-rigged with traffic cones and chains to block much of the parking lot, making it difficult for eat-in diners to navigate in and out of the few remaining parking spots. It is easy to get trapped. Finally, the soft-drink selection is meh. So many places now have either the freestyle beverage machines, or a much better choice of soda and tea dispensers, but the choice here is basic. read more

This place sucks. The food is ok but the drive thru is horrendous and you will be there like 40 minutes as they seem to take an order from one car and serve it. 9/18/19 @ 9:29pm I go through the drive through as I know its late and I have 2 kids with me. The person on the intercom informs me if what that have and I order my food. She was very nice and patient with me. I get my food and I have to say for almost closing she had the best customer service I have ever seen. Just moved to the area , have been there twice and both times our orders were wrong. First time there we tried to go inside to order, doors were locked in the early afternoon with a sign saying drive through only due to employee shortage. Went thru, picked up, dot home and 1/2 the order was wrong, including not giving us a drink that was ordered. Second time we ordered online and picked up. No different , 1/2 the order was wrong. The receipt was correct, but the order was not. Ordered 1/2 rice, 1/2 chow mein, received all chow mein. Ordered black pepper chicken , received beef ..... UGH ! So, if we have the time to walk in and order and watch, we will, but, drive thru & online is done . Won't be doing that again with there prices. read more

Seems more miss then hit with this location. Tonight they forgot a side order. Almost home before I realized it. Thought I saw everything in the bag. Gotta check before you pull off..... Out of sweet and sour sauce "for the night", out of chicken egg rolls "for the night". The slowest most unorganized panda I've ever been too in my 29years of living. The only good thing about the place is it's clean. if you want panda good luck getting your food with in a hour you might as well pitch a tent and live there for a couple days before you get your food. Can't understand the teeny bopper behind the drive up kiosk. Botched my order asked her to repeat it back because I can't understand a word she's saying. I told her it was muffled. Let me start by saying if it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would! They're not proactive in getting their food made so when something's running low a SMART manager would get started on it! Not wait until you're completely all out then tell the customer it's a 10 min wait! Management is very unprofessional, constantly messing up orders through the drive through because they have to wait until what you want is made. If you can't tell by all the other ratings this place is not worth it right now! It needs new management!!! This is ridiculous.... Workers with bad attitudes when they make a mistake is just bad for business. I ordered broccoli beef from panda earlier and when I looked at it was all broccoli. Not mad just wanted what I paid for. When i took it back in to get more beef. The lady walks off telling me well it is a 2 to 1 ratio. I have a pic you can judge. I wasn't rude or demanding. Yet I get treated with disrespect and made to feel like I was in the wrong. Now I'm just pissed and clearly not valued so my money will just go else where. Very disappointed, again. Placed a pick up order at 5pm Sunday. When I walked in there were tables staged for waiting to pick up to go orders (social distancing). Stood there for at least 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Then another customer comes in and walks right up to the counter and gets his order. After he leaves I go to the counter and ask why they have the area staged if they aren't using it. No response. Totally ignored. Got home. The spring rolls were burnt AND soggy. So they were over cooked and left to sit steaming for who knows how long. The Beijing was rock hard and tasted like charcoal. It too had clearly been sitting for a long time. Same with the noodles. Horrible customer service. Horrible quality. I know most restaurants aren't that busy right now. You'd think they would go above and beyond with excellent service and quality. Not this place. If I could rate it 0 stars I absolutely would. At this point I don't know who to contact to get my money back considering I have tried calling MULTIPLE times to get a refund and no one will answer. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through and also made sure that it was past the pick up time the app told me when my food would be ready. I was then told that it's still not ready and that I needed to park out front and come inside even though I had just waited in line for over 15 minutes and specifically went through the drive thru due to the fact that it's raining outside. I have also picked up mobile orders in the drive-through many times before. When I received my food I didn't get my full order, the portions are absolutely not what they should be for the price you pay, (had 4 pieces of chicken) and the workers had an extreme attitude. I also noticed that as I was checking my food in my car in the parking lot the panda express employees were coming out and bringing food to customers in their car but yet I was told that I needed to come inside to get mine?? This location is horrible. Quality of food is unsafe. They are either serving undercooked food one day. Then old food that should have been trashed. Instead they serve it to customers careless about making people sick! Spend $30 to just throw food in the trash to avoid getting sick. They refuse to exchange for fresh food and refuse a refund. This must be the worst fast food restaurant in the area. I sat at the speaker to order and kept getting told it would be just a few minutes before they could take my order. After 10 minutes, someone finally asked for my order. She botched it up so badly that I told her to just cancel the order. The 3 cars in front of me in the drive through had already gotten their orders and had gone. So the least amount of time I spent at this place was driving past the pick up window and getting to another restaurant. Problem is that I have a $25 gift card and nothing to do with it. I ordered my food through the drive-thru, it was a bowl with white steamed rice and honey sesame chicken they told me to pull forward it to park because the chicken was going to take a little while I then waited about 15 minutes one of the employees comes out to me and tells me that they don't Have honey sesame chicken. I said OK that's fine I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else... I go through the drive-through I pull up to the window I asked for my refund back they asked me for the receipt the employee never gave me a receipt after I took off to go park for my food and then they proceeded to tell me that the honey sesame chicken is ready do I still want it at this point I did not want it I just wanted my money back to go somewhere else because I just wanted to feed my daughter she no longer wanted panda anymore. This was the grossest Panda Express I've ever had. First thing,they ran out of everything. I mean EVERYTHING. The only thing they had was orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Everything else was gone. Secondly, there was no veggies or white rice during a dinner rush. Strictly only fried rice and chow. Because there was no white rice, I had to choose between those two. I frequent this location, since the food is decent and it's less than a mile away. However, I've been there multiple times and for one reason or another, they are out of one item I order. The reason for my poor review is that I'm always told, flat out, "we're out". I've worked in the fast food industry for as long as I can remember, and I know this answer is unacceptable. If alternatives are not able to be offered, the staff should inform customers how soon it can be replenished. That's just basic business sense. I normally wouldn't care, but this is at least the fourth time in two months this has happened, and it's just not acceptable. I hope the others in the franchise are better than this, because I'm sure they've lost a lot of business in the wake of this. read more

I'm not even here to address the undercooked, crunchy rice and the 17 minutes it took for us to get our food. There wasn't someone available to talk to who didn't look 17 so here I am. JESSICA is so rude! All I needed was soy sauce. It's not my fault it's kept behind the counter. I have completely stopped coming to this Panda Express. 3 times in a row I have been given an attitude, wrong order, or ridiculous wait times. The biggest problem is definitely the attitude. I specifically have asked for chop sticks and the girl in the drive through seems to have a problem with it every time. I get eyes that roll, or an annoyed look and body language as if I'm the inconvenience. Nothing makes you not want to even eat your food after that. Another time, I went inside to order 3 of the 2 entree plates. I asked for all veggie for the main entree. "Steamed Veggies with the carrots". 2 Employees looked at me confused and I repeated againt. They started putting the new "Super Green" veggies and I repeated again I wanted the veggies with carrots. Then I got an attitude and was rudely told they didn't have the steamed veggies anymore and that the super green veggies is all they had now. I would have tried the new veggies if I would have been told about it in the first place or told about the new entree. Which I did try at a different location, and was actually quite good. I left without purchasing anything and left upset. My last complaint is that everytime I order the teriyaki chicken I order the sauce and I always have to ask for it because they don't offer it when you order the teriyaki chicken like they do at all other locations. Every time I ask for it at the drive through they never include it, even if I ask for it. It's my fault for not checking the bag before I leave. I won't have to remember to check since I won't be back. I wanted to add that this is the way you are treated regardless of how nice, pleasant or "easy" of a customer you are. Believe me, I've tried. You shouldn't have to feel like you are walking on eggshells just to get some good food and service with a smile. I wrote to corporate about what I stated above in a survey, and I recieved an automated response. Went through the drive thru just now at this Panda and the worker was very dismissive at the window. I asked if I was able to add at drink at the window and she said "no we don't do that after the order is already taken" and I asked "okay so do I need to come back through the line?" And she responded "I can't hear you I'm on the headset but it's going to be X amount." I gave her my card and she didn't say anything at all when handing my food & card after the fact. I had to park my car to get down and get soy sauce and my drink because I wasn't even offered condiments. When I went in and explained how I just needed to order a drink because I was told no in the drive thru they did not even apologize. I get these kids don't get paid enough to be there but when I worked in a restaurant in high school even I knew how to have decent customer service and manners. Shame because I know some of the workers here are sweet and this is the closest Panda to my home! Really just didn't have the best experience today! read more
