I still eat at this Panda but I am always a bit hesitant because the food often tastes slightly burned -- not completely inedible, but disappointing enough to avoid. Meanwhile, the spring rolls, egg rolls, and cream cheese rangoons are often seriously over-fried -- way too browned and crunchy rather than crispy. As a rule, I don't trust drive-thrus for buffet-style food service anyway, but here the drive-thru is exceptionally irksome. It is jury-rigged with traffic cones and chains to block much of the parking lot, making it difficult for eat-in diners to navigate in and out of the few remaining parking spots. It is easy to get trapped. Finally, the soft-drink selection is meh. So many places now have either the freestyle beverage machines, or a much better choice of soda and tea dispensers, but the choice here is basic. read more

I visited the drive-thru on September 3, 2026, at approximately 4:05 PM and placed an order totaling around $60. After receiving only part of my order, I was told several items were missing and asked to park in Spot #2 while they completed it. By 4:20 PM, I was still waiting with no food or update. I eventually had to go inside the restaurant myself to find out what was happening, and I still did not receive my complete order until approximately 4:40 PM. A 35-minute wait for a drive-thru order is unacceptable, especially when spending around $60. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of communication. No one provided an update or explanation while I waited. After all that time, the only response I received was an apology. I understand restaurants get busy, but customers should not have to wait 35 minutes and then go inside just to follow up on their order. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue. read more

This place is the absolute WORST! We order once a week from Panda, and this location, for some reason, we can't change the location to deliver from another store in the area so we are stuck with them. How HARD IS IT to add teriyaki sauce to a delivery order when chicken teriyaki is ordered? We've added it on the app, and we've added it in the notes. The only thing we haven't done is send a carrier pigeon to ASK FOR TERIYAKI sauce. I've called in the past and have gotten nowhere. The managers absolutely Do. Not. Care. They will placate you. We just want teriyaki sauce packets with our teriyaki chicken! Panda Express. Do better Your customers are not asking for the world. We are just asking for sauce for our chicken like you've asked us to, on YOUR app. We've asked for the sweet and sour. NONE. We've asked for the teriyaki. NONE. Is each sauce packet taken out of your employees checks??? Is that why we can't get ONE. DAMN. SAUCE. PACKET? that is requested??? If you are offering delivery, at least DELIVER what is ordered by your customers who have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to ask for sauce. Panda. We aren't asking for your first-borns. We are just asking for sauce. That's. It. read more

Went through the drive through and asked for a beef and broccoli / teriyaki plate with chow mien and fried rice. Instead they gave me honey sesame with teriyaki, when I told them that was NOT what I ordered they gave me a new plate with "beef and broccoli" the entire plate was just broccoli and a table spoon worth of beef and no fried rice...This is not the first time this has happened either. read more

Well it's Panda Express what do you expect. Manager had an attitude when he decided to write my whole order on one container. Then for upset when I asked him to read it back to me. Secondly the food was flavorless like they used too much water to rehydrate it. Orange chicken was soggy with no sauce. Chow mein tasted like it was cooked in sink water, noddles were dry and stuck together. Place was clean but everything else was terrible. read more

Ordered at 9:40 meaning the place was open for almost 2 hrs and the orange chicken looks burnt, dry, and it has no flavor. The teriyaki chicken tastes funny and the sauce doesn't taste right either, so check expo date plz. And why does the honey walnut shrimp taste burnt. Nothing in my plate tastes the same as any other Panda Express, very disappointing especially since I was craving it. read more

Panda Express - Bigger Plate - Chinese Near Me - Buckeye, Arizona

Wish I could half a star but man, my girl ordered food from yall and it was a bigger plate and yall skimped on it like if you guys were closing terrible portions. You guys started rationing and giving crappy portions like chipotle and acting like you guys couldn't handle servicing food in a container like yall suck for reals. Do better Also after posting this I read the other comments and realized that you guys have done this in the past and you should just close this location down, your workers don't care about there jobs and obviously show it. So do us a favor and close down so another restaurant can take your place and be better. read more

All my food is good after standing in line 20 mins taste frozen still smh was crowded but rather wait for cooked food

if I could give this location zero stars I would. Workers gave issue about picking up mobile order in drive-through. Stated I had to bring my screaming children in my car inside on this over 100° weather day. not only this, but they said that I had to wait for greens to be made. I waited over 45 minutes and still no help. Workers here don't seem interested in helping out the community. Again another business just here for a clock in clock out. Michael, the manager was of no help at all. And thought the whole situation was funny. read more

Last Sunday 6/11/23 my boyfriend had Crab rangoons had black/brown sludge at bottom, he's been having horrible diahrrea, vomiting, fever, hot and chills, intense stomach pain and cramping. The crab cheese rangoons had brown/black slime at the bottom of them and didn't notice till after eating. There's picture for proof this is not normal, or okay at all. NO ONE WOULD EAT THEM THEMSELVES HOW COULD YOU SERVE THAT PROUDLY?! It's now Thursday and he's still sick. They gave me a refund after I called corporate. We will never ever ever ever be coming back here again. It's a shame he loved panda so much and can't even stand the thought or be willing to trust them again. read more

I ordered a 12 count crab Rangoon's and 4 apple pie fillings. Came home and found that the order was not fulfilled. I called and spoke with the manager Micheal. He just said he would replace the items, but what about driving 15 min. I placed an online order with notes and everything. I will not be eating here again and going to a different location. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. I am disappointed I dropped $70 on this shitty ass panda. I have never had Panda suck before, changing locations is a good idea. read more

okay the reason for the 2 stars we have been to this location multiple times and we had not had an issue until tonight it's ONE employee (girl) who you can tell does not want to be working, and causing problems, our order of 3 plates were wrong had to get down and go in to let them know other employees were so nice and just added the missing or wrong sides. Thinking it was the only issue we came home. once we get home looks like half of my plate is missing. 2 pieces of broccoli was all I got nothing else, by that I mean no meat half the rice was missing (moved the rice to show how little they served) not worth driving back 20 min to correct. it's late and I'm hungry. Moving forward I would rather drive 45 min to another location....... read more

The girl in the drive thru had a bad attitude when she told us there would be a wait, we waited 20 min for our food and were not given what we wanted because the kitchen was "closed" even though they said it would only be a wait. I am pretty sure they gave us the scraps of what they had. We asked for super greens and gave us chow mein instead. We asked for kung Pao chicken and string bean chicken and they gave us Beijing beef. Our soda was flat and no fortune cookies. If they would have told us they couldn't take orders anymore, it would be a different story and simply just would've gone somewhere else. Paid $30 to get the opposite of what we wanted. No wonder this place has a low rating. read more

Today when we went, they were out of plates so they were gonna give us our portions in their portion containers, we knew we were already gonna get ripped off because of how small the containers are, but this is what my husband got one of his sides... literally two pieces of meat??? Not sure if it's the time that we've gone, but I will now be not going to this location ever again. read more

Payed extra for a premium dish but in reality should've been a discount. I ordered a bowl and they gave me one shrimp and two pieces of beef. Bowl was full of chow mein and vegetables little to no protein that I payed extra for. I don't know what the heck I did to deserve that, it was kinda insulting what they served me. Three people asked me what was the name and I kept showing them the receipt and telling them the name but they ignored me and started working on something else. Some lady comes in and finally says something to the manager for a problem she had with her online order. He did not care at all, not even an apology to why it took forever to get her order. I finally tell him that i've been waiting on my order and he was trying to find it and here we go again that they didn't see the name. Finally, he figures out they ran out of receipt paper, first off he was rude and did not care at all. read more

Would give negative stars if i could. Ordered teriyaki chicken, there was absolutely no teriyaki sauce on the chicken or any packets given when asked. We spent $78 for the family pack. The boxes were only half filled with food and the lo mein was half cabbage half noodles. This place deserves more credit. I came in with a big group and their managers Alex and Michael were very accommodating. They were happy to work with our group and got everyone in and out in no time. I have been coming to this panda for over eight years. The customer service and the quality of the food has continually gone down. I don't always stop by because I'm afraid that the food will upset my stomach or the customer service will irritate me to the point of me walking out. My dad refuses to stop by because he got horrible horrible service the last time he was here and that was over year ago. He is not on Yelp, but he told me the story about the manager and how he would not help or attempt to accommodate the wrong order that was given by their staff. The manager could have apologized or at least given him the correct order but he refused and told my dad there was nothing he could do. Now that I know what is going on, as I mentioned before, I stop by only because there was no other place open in the neighborhood and did not want to drive further out into town for dinner. The bowls where they keep the food court touching other food that spilled over and it did not seem like it was being kept clean. I have two children and they had completely run out of small cup medium cup lids. So when I went to the register to pay, I specifically said to them since you don't have them I suppose you are going to replace it with the next available size so that my kids can have their drinks with their meals. The person at the register looked at me like I was crazy and I must have been the only person that had requested that option but they went ahead and gave me the next size cups. I don't know how soon I will return but I hope that he gets better because their star rating is getting lower and lower. read more

Strore on Watson, Buckeye, Az. I've eaten at numerous Panda Express's over the years and have had pretty consistent good food until now. I ordered 2 sides 4 entree's which included fried rice, chowmein, broccoli beef, kung pao chicken, Beijing beef and fire cracker shrimp. The chow mein was so dry and had absolutely no flavor. I swear the broccoli beef had only 6 pieces of small beef and huge spears of un cooked broccoli. The kung pao chicken had no flavor and or any type of spice at all. The fire cracker shrimp was good but there were only 6 shrimps in the box. That's over a dollar a shrimp and It was full of veggies that had no business being in there.
