This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been in - they should just close down permanently it's so bad. I had one bad experience, before I ordered drive through and they actually gave me boxes of rice. I went back asked for my money back and one of the employees was laughing at me and I told her it wasn't funny. Even the manager was pissed off at me. Disgusting people. I came back today and they were out of most items and said it would be an hour for white rice. So I ordered noodles. I ordered teriyaki chicken and they said it would be 7-8 minutes I would wait. The girl said to drive around front and they would bring it out. I parked and waited ten minutes. Waited ten more minutes and nothing. I went inside and the cashier was nice and said I'm so sorry let me check. She came back with my food and said they didn't want to hear it and asked if I would like a free drink. I said I actually ordered one but looking at the receipt she didn't add it so the girl gave me a free drink. Needless to say I get home and the chicken I waited 20 minutes for was BURNT so BAD it looked like steak. My bad I should have checked my order before I left. This place doesn't care about its customers or service. The only one worth keeping is the cashier. If you're craving panda don't get here unless you want to oh $8 for burnt chicken. read more

Customer service was poor! As the young lady was fixing my food she picked up the bowl and her finger was in my food. I kindly asked if she could discard the piece of meat that she touched. She immediately had a attitude answer with a rude tone after which she took the piece of meat out and put it in the trash. If I'm paying for food that I have to eat and your finger (no gloves) touch my food...what's the issue if I ask for it to be removed? I could have asked for a entirely new meal. Please avoid this location at all cost! It's not worth your money. The food is bad quality. Nothing taste the same at this location. I had a hair in my food I called the store was transferred to the manager and he said "well if you want me to swap your food you have to bring it here" very rude like if I was lying! I think this Panda Express gets a bad review from people who should visit hamburger joints instead of this restaurant. Some people cannot be satisfied with any fast food restaurant when waiting in a drive up line. Panda Express drive up lines generally are long, so people have to wait, which doesn't do well with their review. I have been using this Panda Express for three years now and I've always been treated well by the wait staff, getting more than I can eat. The food has always been hot and very tasty. I always go into the restaurant, which has always been clean. The staff is always cleaning the tables that are open for patrons. Considering, this is the only Panda Express in Buckeye I will admit I expect to wait longer through drive thru & I had to wait even longer in the parking lot for a new batch of fried rice since they ran out. Which again, I don't mind the wait. What I do mind is getting home after driving 17 minutes (I live in Downtown Buckeye) and finding out my order was incorrect. I get having the sense of urgency to keep the drive thru moving, and having customers wait it's all good. However, there has to be a quality check in place or someone who reviews the orders as they are packing them to take them out to customers. Slow down, and make sure that the wait is worth it and customers are getting the food they ordered. I called Panda Express, but no one answered. I also checked my receipt to check if I ordered correctly or they misheard my order. But, that wasn't the case. My order just happened to be messed up. read more

They messed up my order in the drive thru. I was missing a plate. I call them and tell the girl and she tells me that I need take the food back so they can check it. Let me just start by saying that if I could give this specific store a lower rating, I would. About two weeks ago we went through the drive through on the way home. As we live in Tonopah, this is the closest location to us. When we got home we quickly realized that our whole order was wrong. In my order of mushroom chicken, I had TWO whole pieces of chicken! My boyfriends order was missing an entree, and the food he did get was all wrong. So I called the store and spoke with a manager, where he kindly apologized and offered us 20% off our next order. Flash forward to tonight when I decided to give them another try. I went inside to make sure our entire order was correct. When it came time to pay I mentioned that the manager took down my name so that I could get the discount. The lady said it could not be given to me without a receipt. So I paid for our food and went to fill my drink (lady didn't give me my food until they checked on the discount.) When one of the ladies came back from the office explained that I should have mentioned the discount before paying because refunding the order would be a difficult process (although that was the first thing I mentioned while she was ringing up my order.) I told her not to worry about it as I didn't want to inconvenience her or the rest of the people in line. As I was walking out, one of your employees who was clearly off the clock and eating pizza inside the store (serious health code violation!) decided to start talking about me before I even reached the door, so professional (calling me a fatass is not the best thing to do in uniform, especially with a name tag on!) After reading these reviews, I wonder how you guys are still in business. The manager needs to get this store together before you really start losing business. My family and I frequent this location, and I want to be understanding because the virus has definitely made life difficult, especially for those who have to continue to work in the service industry and are concerned for their health and wellbeing. That being said, I was completely dissatisfied with what we received today. We ordered two plates with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and chow mein. We received extremely burnt teriyaki chicken, which we would have loved to drown in some teriyaki sauce to make it palatable, but were not given the teriyaki sauce we ordered. The one piece of this meal my child likes is the fortune cookies, which we did not receive either. Beyond all of this my soda was flavorless. I find it very offensive to not even be greeted by employees when I'm waiting for an employee to even acknowledge me at the beginning of the line to ask me what I would like. I understand they are busy but it takes more time to look up and stare at me then try and figure out what they were doing after just looking at me with a blank stare than to just say "Hi, we'll be right with you" and mean it instead of making everyone feel we are wasting their time. Just went through the drive through and ordered four simple plates. The gentleman taking our order was rushing us and continued to cut us off (even though it did not appear very busy whatsoever). The lady at the window, Drea, was also very rude to us and even told us to "go away" after I had asked for some teriyaki sauce. This place sucks! Not because of the food or the location. It sucks because of the staff. I've been coming to this location in my travels for a few years now and I've always had a decent experience. But the last two times I've stopped in I've been ignored while standing in plain site of the noodles. Even when I ordered my food they seemed annoyed with me that I'd rather wait the few minutes for them to cook what I want rather than eat something I don't want. Then completely forget about me and several other customers waiting for their food and then get aggravated because I ask if they could finish preparing my food! Do NOT come to this location! The male manager who was working today was extremely rude! Not only was I told by customers inside he was cussing me out to them but he yelled at me when I asked him about not having my Rangoon's and spring rolls, he insisted he did put them inside my bag, so he accused me of lying, just to send another worker to bring them out to me because he DID forget to put them inside. Really bad at the Watson location. Always out of something and takes a long time to make more. Management must not pay attention. Going through the drive though is a crapshoot. Check your order.
