Stopped in for a late lunch on Tuesday. Food is good. Typical Chinese fare. Good variety and food is tasty. Ordered fried rice, mixed veggies ( half portions of each ). Prawns with honey walnuts, string beans and Chicken and General Taos Chicken. Got all that and a drink for about $11.00 and shared the meal. Restaurant was clean and service was good and friendly. This is a good place for fast food Chinese but you have to eat it right away otherwise it goes bad really fast and doesn't taste the same. They do claim to have no MSG and use fresh vegetables which is a plus. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and you're always able to try any of the items. Sometimes if you come closer to closing time they will only offer you what they have left since they don't want to whip up a new batch which can be disappointing. But hey it does the give you a quick Chinese fix. They also offer appetizers like egg rolls, wontons and hot and scour soup for an additional charge. This location can be a bit busy since its located in Factoria Mall surrounded by Newport high school and a bunch of offices. Luckily, parking is free but they are tight spaces. read more

Today I found myself in an uncomfortable situation: I had ten minutes to grab dinner to go in Factoria and fast food wasn't an option. I settled on Panda and I'm surprisingly glad with my choice. Those big bins of fresh produce filling the refrigerators when you walk in balance out the greasy and MSG-laden food. We got there in the middle of a rush and even still we were able to get exactly what we wanted in 6 minutes. The workers were friendly and very energetic. I love seeing the worker who is at the wok. I was happy to see the healthy favorites like broccoli beef and green bean chicken were being purchased more than the other flavors. When they run out of something at Panda they scream out what it is, and the wok man takes over to save the day in under 5 minutes flat. Keep it up! I will be back. read more

The food is as expected from a Panda Express. The wait is typical as well. The best time to go is around 5pm before the rush. The staff is pretty quick at packing the food for customers. The customers looking and deciding on what they want is what holds up the line. The amount of food given depends on the person serving it. Regardless, a two entree and side meal is plenty of food for me. The bowl is enough but I think is over priced considering the amount of food compared to what you get with the two entree and one side option. I do not frequent this place. I come here for a hot quick meal or when I'm craving their kung pao chicken. read more

Beware, if you come here on weekdays, especially Wednesday which is a half day for Newport High School up the street, expect a long line of high school students. This Panda Express has fresh food and fast service. The food quality is way better than Safeway Deli. The servers are friendly and efficient. I haven't been to other Panda Express in years as we usually go to a sit down restaurant for Chinese food. For fast food Chinese it was good. With that said they didn't have Beef Brocolli a standard. Most of the entrees were fried, except for Chicken with Green Beans. If your looking for healthy options you may have to choose mixed veggies for a side, because the Entrees are all fattening but good. read more

But, being a front facing employee, one shouldn't show that they hate their job or their life. Especially if you're wearjng a shirt that says "Make Happy". Double check the closing times if you are going late. Yelp listed the closing time as 9:30pm and it closed at 9pm. The Panda Express website lists 9pm weekdays, 9:30pm weekends and 8:00pm on Sundays. We enjoy Panda Express, but it's a little bit of a drive from Bellevue for us. So, imagine how disappointed we were when we got there at 9:15pm (after checking on Yelp) and it was closed. read more

I've always ordered through Grubhub so that's what I'm basing my review on. I've found that their policy for delivery isn't too bad with a minimum of $10. That being said, their food isn't all that great. It's mediocre at best. Their honey walnut shrimp is probably the best thing I've ordered. I went by about 30 minutes before closing without any significant expectations given the time. They had my favorite dish available, the eggplant tofu, and were generous with the portion since it was near the close of day. Briana was very kind and helpful and made sure I got chopsticks and my cookie. Even though it was late, she was cheerful. I don't recall the name of her coworker but she was working diligently to clean the glass and make sure there were no smudges. She clearly took pride in her work. I was impressed by the amount of flavor that I received in my chow mein today--as normally I do not get enough soy sauce or moisture in the noodles. I ordered Chow Mein, Broccoli Beef, and Orange chicken and they all tasted splendid. Again, this is coming from someone who is not a big fan of panda express. A pretty good place to eat. My favorite foods here are the orange chicken and chowmein. Sometimes there is long waits, but it's worth it. Usually the floors are pretty clean. If they are not, it's not their fault. Lots of kids go there to eat. If you are doing Pokémon go at Factoria, you should stop by to eat some lunch. read more

Was a panda lover up until today's experience. I received a coupon for a free entree and when I asked what all was included she explained that it was three entrees and said the premium items were included in the free meal. Which sounded AMAZING! After getting up to the cash register I found out that the coupon excluded the premium dishes and I ended up paying a lot more than I was willing to for a "free meal". In addition to this meal now costing a fortune, the portions were extremely small. The lady behind the counter was sampling the food so I think she took my portion and ate it. Glad I was able to pay for her lunch. And to top it all off, my fortune cookie didn't even have a fortune. read more

Wow...what the HECK happened to this location? I am deeply upset with my experience here last time i came in & forgot to talk to a manager afterwords. But thought i'd update my review because it's been 3 years. My bad experience was back in May or around then. When walking in the girl at the counter was cussing at a new employee & was extremely rude/crude & i couldn't believe she would use such foul language in front of customers. SHE JUST DIDN'T CARE! I believe she was either a assistant or at least someone who seems to know what they were doing. She was at the counter with another guy. The guy was being very kind and polite to us while she was cursing in the back because of his slow performance. This women had a very unique name but forgot it, i wrote it down somewhere at one point. She's Asian & short with a round face & looks like she's in a bad mood most of the time. The server who served us was tall, African american. He had accidentally dropped the cutting knife on the floor & she just exploded, picked it up & sped off like a bat out of H*LL! Then came back, scolded the guy in front of us at the meat counter & the guy just took it. I SAID SORRY TO HIM! Because he didn't deserve it. He was new, he was trying & didn't put the knife on the counter right. I wanted to stop her & tell her to chill but the place was crowded with people & i didn't want to make a scene like she was making so i left in a huff with a bad attitude because of her poor attitude & extremely unprofessional behavior! If you need to talk to someone or scold them, you don't do it in front of customers! Now that i told you that experience, i'll let you know how i feel like this location has gone down hill since then. The food is ok & hasn't been tasting so great as of recently. Since there is such a high demand at this location because it's always crowded & is located inside of a mall, it's a very small panda express for Bellevue's growing population. They are constantly making food & wait times have since increased. I had to wait 20+ minutes for my food after i had to wait already 10 minutes in line to place my order. This happens far too often here. The staff are awful besides that one lady mentioned above. No one is ever grateful anymore like they use to be & it could be that they're not getting paid enough (i feel you there) but there is no reason to give horrible customer service. I bet the cooks in the back are thankful they don't have to deal face to face with customers. The place feels stressful both on the customer side & employee side. Overall i'm sad to say i no longer come here & after dealing with that crazy women being so rude to her own staff & rude to me for acting that way while i was standing just 5 feet in front of her on the other side of the counter, this location gets 1 STAR! I do not recommend coming here even if she was fired or moved on. I may stop by on a wim but i will not go out of my way to eat food from this location. I've taken my money elsewhere. read more

We came for their hot & sour soup. My spouse had a particularly stressful, tiring day and soup is her comfort food and she loves the hot & sour soup. No longer on the menu - what? Chinese food and no soup? Plus they advertise new Chinese bbq spareribs all over the restaurant. We both decide that's what we want. Except the store is out. sigh Then to make matters even worse, I order Beijing Beef - get home and it's tougher than all git-out. Really bad choice today to have dinner at what used to be one of our favorite spots to come for dinner. We won't be back; I am that upset. Really hate when my wife is not happy and she (and I) was not happy tonight. Total waste of our dinner dollars. This store always seems to be out of something - I don't get it. Perhaps their manager needs to go back to Restaurant Manager's School and learn how to order appropriately. read more

I don't usually eat here, but I was starving today so I decided to get some egg rolls as a snack. The girl behind the counter was very friendly. The store itself definitely looked like it could use a deep cleaning (in the dining area). The food looked standard, and the serving area seemed clean. The egg rolls were just meh, nothing special. Maybe if they were hot instead of semi warm they would've tasted better. If nothing else if they were hot they could've burned my mouth so bad only a little of the taste would've come through. read more

They are amazing always getting me in and out the door pretty quickly even with a long line of ppl in from of me it didn't take very long till I was at the front of the line. Have eaten here before and generally service is good and food generally is. Tried it last night just before 8pm. They were out of some entrees and sides. And by out I mean out, nada, none to be found in the restaurant. Did get the entrees I wanted but as for the side, it was not to be. What made the visit so bad though was the attitude of the server who just didn't care. There was no offer of an apology or any concern at all. Apparently it was a bad day and it showed. This is a great place for grabbing a quick bite. There are actually a few healthy options with the veggies (ok, might be in some oil) and chicken stir fry. Still better then a ton of carbs. Its pretty tasty also! does not seem to be quite and crowded as all the other places to grab food in Factoria and they have a great variety! read more
