pls backdate this review to the first few days when this place opened. i live close by and love visiting panda on the west coast. hollered up my friends and ganged up to go to the amazing joint. it turned out to be a nightmare. i never thought spending less than 10$ on a meal can be costly, and i am among the spendthrifts in my group... but i got my answer in this joint.. the food was chewy and rice tasted old. how can they mess up within a few days of opening the place? sweared never again.. this place sucks. fellas, go at your own risk. and pls dont judge panda express chain based off of what you experience here... this is the only rotten fish in the panda pond! lol! read more

I finally went to this Panda Express after missing the one I used to frequent in D.C. and I was not disappointed! The food is fresh and tasty and the service is both fast and friendly. I highly recommend the orange chicken and walnut shrimp. You get SO much food for so little $$$. read more

I took my boyfriend here cause he's never been to panda express. He got the chili shrimp and Beijing beef. I got sweet fire chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chow mein and steamed rice. He said the Beijing beef was dry and he had fried rice and it was also dry. The chili shrimp was not good either and was extra fee as well. The chow mein was COLD and dry....honey walnut was an extra fee and it tasted and looked like it has been sitting there all day. It was soggy. The sweet fire chicken ( which is my FAVORITE) tasted weird. It didn't taste right and tasted over cooked cause I could barely get my form through it. read more

Hard to explain, but its like americanized version of americanized chinese food. Breading fell off of shrimp, my chicken was supoosed to be sweet and spicy, and was overly sweet, and not spicy. Had a big order, and they messed it up 3X. (Had to wait for some of the order to be made) Just stick with your local take out, much better. Probably will not be back. I ordered my food at 12pm to be ready at 1230pm, i got there at 1245pm and they didn't even have the order ready nor where making it. They kept telling me they would get around to me. When i asked for a refund the manager Papisya refused to come over and turned her back and would not speak with us, and just kept ignoring us and the other customers. The cashier was also very rude and kept being ignorant and coping an attitude.This is not the first time that i have had a problem with your establishment, your company is a real let down and treats their customers like crap ! read more

They have got to use the lowest quality of all ingredients. Nothing is fresh. Beef is gristle chicken is fat, or empty fried batter. Lo mein is flavorless and full of onions. This place just opened and if it continues to keep itself clean and fast paced it will remain 5 stars. The food was fresh and hot, they have a variety of certain chickens and beef and seafood as well. Rice and noodles all as side dishes, foods made fresh daily. The restaurant was very busy but kept food coming out fresh, and they kept cleaning the tables and floors really quick so other people could be seated quickly. I came in on a Saturday around 12, and three was no line. The staff were sitting around talking and they saw us and said, "hi welcome to Panda". They really didn't recommend a lot but they smiled. A family of 6 came in behind me and 3 others, and 6 staff were sitting down laughing at something. I wondered why they were just sitting there waiting. When we got our food, and they rice was over cooked. It was bland, so I used the teriyaki sauce and it made better. There was a big healing portion of rice, and two sides of meat. I think that it should be 2 sides and 1 main. There rice was a main. The good was warm not hot. By far the best thing was small portion of Honey Walnut Shrimp. read more

I have been to this location multiple times, and each time I take the time to do the survey on the back of the receipt to let Panda know how great the staff is there. All but one occasion I have mentioned the employee that helped us by name because they are so kind. The food is good, too. Can't go wrong with the orange chicken or sweetfire chicken, and the rotated specials have been great lately. We will keep going back here for sure! read more

Ordered over a $300 catering, called and confirmed 5 times they could be here for a company lunch by 11:40 so I could set up. It is now 12:15 and food has yet to arrive. Tried for the first time last night and wasn't impressed. Food was good enough cafeteria style eating not so much. Portions nearly adequate but not enough for a hungry man at the end of the work day. Definitely room for improvement. read more

My wife and I ate there this afternoon, the food is terrible, the lo mein was stringy and dry, the chinese beef was as hard as a rock. We were really hoping that we had a winner in this place, since we live right around the corner. Very disappointed, I would be embarrassed to serve food like this. Made a purchase online and went to pick up the order. My order was not prepared. I was told their online order system had crashed. I ask for a refund, was then told they had to get the system had to come back up before the payment system could process the refund. They took my transaction info and contact number and have not refunded me my money after a week... I had to contact my bank!!! read more

I visited this location & was disappointed to say the least. I contacted the company via email & both Renaud (DM) & Grace (Customer Relations reached out to me). I sent them both the following recollection of my experience & never heard from them again. I hope that this series of incidents was just a fluke & that customer service is typically better than this. I know a lot of people enjoy eating here so I hope they have a better experience then I did. I don't think I can bring myself to give it another shot when there are so many other restaurants to choose from. I apologize for taking so long to reply to your email. Like I think I mentioned in my previous email I was happy to see Panda Express on the east coast & was very excited to try them. Below was my experience at your restaurant as best as I can recall. We walked in (myself, my husband & 2 children) & they weren't very busy. We went up to the counter looking around trying to figure out how things worked. No one said hello or offered assistance even though we were clearly standing there confused at the counter area for quite some time. My husband finally approached someone & was able to order our food. He asked for my son's rice to be put in a separate container from his other selection so it would be easier for him to eat it without him accidentally spilling out of the container while he was trying to use his utensil. The person getting our order ready said they couldn't do that & if they did they would have to charge us for a whole other meal. We weren't asking for more food, we were just asking for it to be separated. While putting my other son's order ready (chicken and green beans) my husband saw that they only put 2 small pieces of chicken on his tray & mostly all green beans. When my husband asked for another piece of chicken the person preparing the tray said they weren't allowed to do that. They also never asked us if our order was eat in or to go & they packed all up in to go containers (we didn't realize at first, since we had never been there). When we noticed how all of the other diners had plates, we asked for some, but never got them. The napkins were out & the straws ran out also (I understand that those things happen & it was probably just that no one noticed it yet to refill them). We went up to the counter to tell them they were out of napkins & they gave us some, but did not refill them. At the end of our meal we needed a bag to put our leftovers in so my husband went up to the register area to ask for one. I believe the person who was the cashier was eating at one of the tables (I did not have a problem with that, she has to eat sometime), there was at least one person back by the cooking area, & I did not notice anyone over by the area where they pack up your meals. My husband stood there for a minute or so waiting to get a bag. No one acknowledged him so he just reached over the counter & got a bag himself & no one said anything (maybe they didn't notice, or maybe they didn't care). After we had walked out of the restaurant we realized we did not get the cookie that was supposed to come with the kids meals (2) we ordered. We didn't bother going back in to ask for them because it wasn't worth the hassle after all of the other issues we had. On a positive note though:  my husband accidentally ordered a spicy dish for my 4 year old. He took my son up to the counter so he could pick something else & the person behind the counter let him taste a couple items to see if he would like them & reassure him that they weren't spicy before we puchased something (we didn't ask for that, they offered, which was really nice of them). Also, the spring rolls were delicious! Most of the other things we had were great also, although I wasn't a fan of the fried rice. I would also like to mention that the restaurant was very clean. Last night was the third visit to Panda Express. It has always been a good experience. No other Chinese takeout can match Panda Express. Usually the take out Chinese restaurants have column after column of choices but they all taste the same and have the same vegetables. Prices are reasonable and staff have been patient, polite, and helpful. I look forward to my next visit. read more

It took me 20 minutes to go through the drive through and there weren't many cars in line. When I got to the window to pay I was told that they were out of fried rice. I was told it would be a five minute wait. 10 minutes later I still did not have my order so I went inside. There was a big pan of fried rice for those that were ordering inside. Very slow service. Took about 30 minutes to get through drive thru. Would have drove off long before I got to the point where I could order but they trap you in the line by a large curb. Will never come back again. read more

I love this Panda Express! The food is delicious, hot, full of flavors, very reasonably priced, easy to get, and filling. The service is very friendly and consistent. They offer new things now and again. The vegetable side is excellent! The atmosphere is easy going. The drink choices are great. I only need them to add won ton soup and I may move in. read more

They always run out of food and have long lines of people waiting. They rush to get food out and over cook or under cook the food. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for some orange chicken and by the time I got it my chow mein was cold and the chicken was over cooked. If I could rate this how I want it would be more like negative 5 stars!!! My fiancé and I decided to eat here after seeing a movie.... yeah I passed up Suki Hana which was a mistake. When we got in line everything seemed ok...I ordered my food the woman tells me it will be 4 extra mins for the honey walnut shrimp.. I say ok and continue to travel down the line when the other woman (standing right next to the 1st woman) says, "we ain't got that" I said "ok, well she said 4 minutes" ... She continues to say "well I'm sorry she told you that... We ain't got it". I have no idea why she's not taking this up with her co-worker instead of the customer...I can't see the inventory?!?! So I order something else .. I get to the register the cashier asks me dining in or take-out? In mid sentence the previous customer who already paid jumped right back in front of me.... And told the cashier that she rung her up wrong. I get no "excuse me..." "One second..." "My apologies..." Just a plain rude interruption which left me standing right there waiting another 10.... Yes 10 min transaction for the previous customer's refund. Not to mention the entire time we are going down the line that every single person opened my food and talked all over it... Trying to figure what's inside it when they write what's inside the damn container. When we finally get to our drinks 3 of the drinks on the fountain drink machine were out of order. There were no napkins where they should have been and we were given zero napkins when paying for our food. The strange thing though, is that we asked a worker for napkins, and they were definitely Shop Rite store brand. And... No-one ever filled the napkin dispenser. I am guessing that they underestimated their needs, and are only giving them out to people who ask. The sweet tea was so damn sweet we almost had a heart attack sipping from the straw. The beef was hard and dry, and the orange chicken literally tastes like a McDonald's nugget with orange sauce on it. The lo-mein was dry, stringy, and mostly cabbage. The pepper chicken consisted mostly of celery and onion. Soooo darn ridiculous. I could have went to the mall... Got better service and twice the amount of food. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!! read more
