From the time we were told pizza was on its way it took at least an hour to deliver. We only live 5 minutes away. We had 6 adults and 3 children who were hungry. I called 30 minutes after they said it was on their way and at that time manager was nice. However After another 15 minutes when I called back the manager put me on hold for 25 minutes and never came back to my phone call. I would not recommend this papa John's to anyone. read more

came in to order a pizza and was really put off by what I witnessed behind the counter. One of the employees had just come in from what appeared to be a smoke break and immediately returned to making pizzas--without wearing gloves. I watched him barely wash his hands (definitely not for the recommended 20 seconds), and I also noticed the paper towel dispenser was hanging open and completely empty. When I brought up my concern to the employee taking my order and asked if the pizza makers were supposed to be wearing gloves, she casually said, "No, we just wash our hands." That didn't sit right with me, especially after what I had just observed, so I canceled my order. I just couldn't bring myself to eat food prepared under those conditions. read more

The food arrived on time, but my pizza was made with tomato sauce when I picked bbq and I found a hair in the food that I know wasn't mine because it was the wrong color. I'm only knocking off one star though because this is the first time I've had an issue like this, and after getting over the hair the pizza was still good even with the wrong sauce. Ordered through a third party. Sure it's OK ish enough. It's a basic national chain pizza. The garlic stuffed crust just tasted burnt. I would skip the garlic gimmick and do regular stuffed crust if you're so inclined. Pizza was cut so irregular I didn't know where to begin. They gave me dough, cheese and cup pepperoni. The food is good overall but the service, is very bad. They take forever to deliver. My mom ordered at 7 and it got here at 8:58. Even when you drive there, they still take forever. Ambiance, It's a pretty populated area so i see why but it doesn't take that long. Won't be getting from here again! read more

Ordered a Supreme pizza to be delivered to my apartment. When it arrived I requested money back for change and the driver has the nerve to tell me he doesn't have change for $40. The pizza was only $25 I was going to tip 20% anyway's now the driver looking at me like he deserved a $15 tip for driving 4miles with one pizza. Either the management is whack for not providing change or the delivery drivers are stone cold thief's. Either way this happens to you, throw that pizza back at them and say no thank you. read more

I can't give it a zero and this is exactly what this store deserves. Ordered our food had folks here sitting in the kitchen, waiting for the delivery. We gave instructions to please ring the bell by the garage door, which is not even 10 feet away from where I was sitting. We have cameras and the delivery driver did not ring our doorbell. The DoorDash representative simply set our food on the ground not even in a bag for Insects and ants to crawl into it. I mean just ANY kind of critters to get on it. Now this is 2023 we take such good care of our animals, a dog bowl is placed on a mat with the food and the water nicely placed in the bowl and we are human. $60 worth of pizzas or and you put our food outside in the elements, not in a bag on the ground, NO PANDEMIC. the papa John's staff said we have more orders to deliver!!!! I will never order from this company again and you shouldn't either because when we called the store that ignorant representative that answered was horrific. This location continues to suck. Tonight my pizza was supposed to have been delivered (via Papa Tracker), but there was nothing. Manager wouldn't pick up the phone. I ended up just choosing the "place an order" selection because they were the only ones picking up. I had to call 3 times. Each time they transferred me to the manager's line, and it rang and rang before the call was dropped and I had to call back. On my fourth call, someone finally gave me a "secondary" number for the manager and was going to transfer me to customer service, when my pizza magically arrived on my doorstep, 1 hour after the app said it had already been delivered, freezing cold and the box damp. read more

I have to go along with the other bad reviews, I was on hold for 30 minutes. You can hear noises in the background but nobody will come and pick up the phone and also got hung up on 8 times. After finally answering it took forever to be made and the worker was sooo rude as if we were the inconvenience. They ended up getting out order wrong even though we said it multiple times. If I could give 0 stars, I would! STAY AWAY! This location is the worst! I ordered last Friday at 5:30pm. The email said my food would be there in 33 minutes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the estimate. At 6:15pm the tracker said delivered. Hmmm, no pizza. I waited 15 minutes and called and got the rudest person who claimed to be the manager, who told me they were extremely busy. When I mentioned that I was going by what their company told me via the tracker, they responded that I was dumb to believe the tracker. After 30 minutes I called back and got a women on the phone that said she was in from another store to help because the location was such a disaster. That is a default when ordering. I went to the store to exchange my Pizzas, to my absolute discuss I witnessed 2 young men handling the Butter garlic sauce and Pepperoncini with his bare hands.
