They have a serious dislike for the military yet are supposed to be military friendly, have no idea of what true credentials look like and apparently can't handle anyone with knowledge of how to run a kitchen! I had by far the craziest experience today may 8 Today for lunch when I visited this location to eat. As I was eating I heard the employees start to argue. The manager at the time was outside fixing the door when one employee stormed by yelling the slur F****G FA**OT. At an employee Appalled I finished my food and waited for the employee who yelled and stormed outside to be finished talking to the manager. I explained I wanted to talk to the manager and he agreed. I explained what the employee said as he walked out and he immediately dismissed me stating" I didn't hear him say this" of course he didn't . As I first stated the employee said this before he walked outside where the manager was fixing the door. When I explained to him that he then told me the employee who said it wasn't referring to a homosexual employee. I explained to him that it didn't matter the orientation of the employee who it was said to but it is a SLUR and furthermore it is unacceptable verbiage to be used in an establishment . Not only was this employee unable to regulate their emotion causing the outburst and storming out which made a scene but the language used was DISGUSTING. I explained to the manager that I wanted to talk to them rather leave a review and until I mentioned contacting the district manager the manager initially didn't seem to bothered about the interaction or language being displayed at the location he both hires and manages for. Is Panda Express not inclusive? Because that is the indication I was given by both the employee actions and the managers defense for the employees language. The delivery was fairly fast because my address was 20 minutes away from the store but I thought it could've been prepared a little faster. I got the sweet fire chicken which is similar to sweet and sour chicken and it was great. The orange chicken is a little strong flavored and a little spicy. The honey walnut shrimp is outstanding and all three entrées were fresh. The fried rice comes with vegetables and scrambled egg but no meats ever. The rice was normal and good. The lo mein noodles come with a little bit of onions and are kind of boring and kind of taste a little bit like a super plain boring and dry flavor, and texture is weird? You cannot order lo mein noodles from here with a meat and many vegetables included because you have to order an entrée and then you eat the noodles with the entrée. This is not real lo mein, it's just lo mein type noodles which are a little bit sweet and a little bit dry and kind of boring and plain flavored! I think this company could do a lot better with their noodles because it's kind of a mainstay of Chinese takeout food? I got Fortune cookie's but no soy sauce packets or mustard packets or sweet-and-sour - for egg roll packets. I'd say the service and delivery was a nine out of 10, but the food was a seven out of 10. Some items are really good here but most items are better ordered somewhere else? I would say just stick with your local family owned Chinese takeout that you love and don't try this fast food panda express Chinese because it's expensive and not the greatest taste. They have an oddly configured drive through and apparently think it is okay to trap cars in it when they decide mid-line to close the drive through, yet continue serving the orders they've already taken. The drivethru has gotten my order wrong so many times and always the same issue. They keep forgetting to put teriyaki sauce on my grilled teriyaki chicken. I was extremely excited to have a Panda finally show up close to me, but they might as well have not even put one in... Half the time I go to grab food, they have half the food options empty and say it will be 20 minuets for more which is unbelievable considering they are supposed to have fast service for their entire menu offerings. The other thing that bothers me about this location is that the employees have been on occasion, very rude. Tonight's visit just tipped me over the top though. I arrived at just a couple minutes past 9pm, knowing that the drive-through is open until 10pm, but there were quite a few cars in the drive-through, so I decided I would just go inside instead. Walking in, I noticed that one of the employees was going out the side door with a large pot and heading to the grease pit to dump whatever that was. I thought that was a bit odd considering they were still open for almost an hour still. Once inside I see that the rest of the employees are cleaning the line and there is almost NOTHING available for order. What WAS left was obviously dried out and not what I would have considered appropriate to serve. When I asked to make sure that I was not wrong about their hours, I was told that in fact they WERE open until ten, but was told "what you see is all we have available for the rest of the night." Which I honestly feel is unacceptable whatsoever... This brings me back to my point, while I was originally very excited to see that a Panda Express finally opened near me, I reiterate, THEY MIGHT AS WELL HAVE NOT OPENED ONE AT ALL if this is the way they're going to handle their business. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied customer here, and I know that I'm not the only one... 2/5. Look...as a Chinese person, when I go into a place like Panda Express, I'm not here to get the authentic dishes. I'm here for the orange chicken, the chow mein, and the beef and broccoli. I know it's not gonna be GREAT, but this place doesn't do it well either. Food: I've had their chow mein on three separate occasions. All three times, the noodle was raw in the middle and super greasy. Guys, I thought your chefs were "authentically trained" and what not. Do I need to hop back over there to show you how to use a wok? Heat the wok up first. Then use the laddle to stir the oil in. Swirl a bit. When everything is hot, then put your raw noodles in. You can't be throwing noodles in a wok with cold oil boo. What you doin' man??? That's not chow mein, that's an oil sponge. The beef and broccoli is hard to mess up, but sometimes the beef tastes a bit sour. That ain't right. From time to time, I also get their steamed veggies, which tastes either mad salty, bitter, and/or greasy. Value: It's not super expensive, but I got skimped on the orange chicken one time. It did not feel good. Service: Slow. One person takes your entire order, the other people stand and watch you. It's kinda awkward. read more

I hate to write an update like this but if I don't say anything, management is never going to take care of the understaffing problem at this location. During the peak dinner hours, one person was dealing with the walk-in line and one person was taking care of the drive-thru. So there was no one working on the online orders. If you go at night be sure to go inside and not through the drive-through they will give you whatever they want to give you the food is typically not fresh and they give you smaller portions because they're just cleaning out what they have left for the day. This was my first time visiting a Panda Express and I've got to say I'm a BIG fan. This location is brand new- and although its location in the greater parking lot/shopping center is awkward, the building is gorgeous inside and out. It was also very clean and spacious inside. My dad and I were still deciding what to order and the staff was patient and friendly- they offered suggestions and even let my Dad split his sides in half so he didn't have to choose between noodles and rice! So sweet. I ordered the Orange Chicken and fried rice bowl. It was fresh, hot, crispy and very slightly spicy - SO GOOD! I have never reviewed a fast food chain restaurant before today. However, I want anyone even considering going to this location to know how absolutely horrible the customer service is here. We've ordered from here multiple times and just yesterday we did an online order to be picked up at 225pm. When I arrived at 230pm the order hadn't even been removed from the printer! When I asked the employee why they hadn't started to make the order she said "we were waiting for you to come"! She then told me it would be at least a 15-20 minute wait! I waited 15 minutes and was then told another 15minutes! I had to get another menu item and leave. Not once did anyone just say "we're sorry, it was a mistake". I've never have sat in line at a drive thru as long as I did here. The one time it was a good 10 minutes and I was the first one there when they opened. I've never been to a Panda Express nor did I check out the menu before pulling up to the drive thru. There was a car in front of me and immediately a car pulled up behind me. There isnt a large variety of items, kind of wish I couldve g ok t off the line but they have a little barrier on the ground. I ended up ordering the Beijing beef with fried rice. An order of crispy shrimp and an order of cheese rangoon. 3 pieces for a dollar and change. They weren't bad. Could've used some sauce. I didnt like my entree. It was bland and wasnt spicy. I much prefer an actual Chinese Restaurant. The girl at the drive thru window was nice, however the car behind me was still way back waiting to place an order. My wait time wasnt too bad but I wouldve been a little upset if I were behind me because of that wait time. read more

An issue about delivery service. I went on to their website an selected delivery. I paid with a credit card and submitted order. It came up as pick-up even though I clearly selected delivery. When I called them to inform them that I wanted delivery, and if they won't deliver the order, I'd like to just cancel it. A manager was not there, and the person that I spoke with could not cancel order. I told them that I do not want to pay for an order that I am not going to pick up. I told them that if my account is charged, I will discuss my experience on yelp. I guess they weren't too concerned, because they charged my account any way. My first time here was pretty good. I was impressed with how clean and orderly the restaurant was. Staff was efficient and friendly. We chose to "dine-in" rather than hit the drive tthru. I was reserved in ordering so I tried the teriaki chicken with brown rice. Something simple and Very tasty! I'd definitely go back again to try some other things. Prices are fairly reasonable as well and I had enough left over to take for my lunch the next day. Their egg rolls are different than what I'm used to getting.....jury is still out on those. My first time eating Panda Express was a blah experience. I opted to go through the drive thru since the dining area looked crowded. My expectations weren't too high since this is Chinese takeout, however based on reviews from other panda expresses the food is actually worth a try. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp bowl with fried rice, a drink, and a side of crispy shrimp which all totaled about $10.25. As far as the actual taste of the food, the shrimp was hot and fresh and I liked that it didn't have that heavy mayo taste that honey walnut shrimp usually has. The fried rice was very bland nothing to tell there, same goes for the fried shrimp. All in all the food wasn't horrible it just kinda reminded me of Chinese food day at a school cafeteria. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go back but If I'm in the area in a few month when the place has a chance to work through the little kinks I'd stop by and try again. One thing that did stick out to me is they have soft drinks and "juice" labeled differently with the latter being .50 more. In actuality they're still serving you Tropicana lemonade from a fountain or fruit punch from the fountain. It wasn't a big deal just something I've never saw before. read more

I've eagerly awaited for the opening of this Panda Express, I had high hopes for their food and I was sadly disappointed. I am not in anyway saying that the staff wasn't hard working or unhelpful, I am purely upset with the food quality. I understand that during a grand opening the food quality might not be great but after the hype has died down quality should go up. That was not the case. The fried rice either had no flavor or too much of a over powering sesame oil flavor. The chow mein is slightly undercooked and dry. The beef and broccoli was highly disappointing. The broccoli was over cooked, limp and didn't have the "crunch". The beef had no other flavor besides the strong taste of ginger. The Shanghai beef was way too over cooked and burned. The mixed vegetables didn't have much of a flavor. I'm not saying I wouldn't eat there again because their honey walnut shrimp and chicken teriyaki is actually really good. Absolutely never returning. They depict that a "plate" is one main and two sides. I guess if you consider rice the main then it was a huge portion of main. But the rice was bland. What I assumed would be the main was a very small portion of Sweet Fire Chicken. The chicken egg roll was crisp but had nothing but mush inside of it.
