As taco bells go this is one of the better ones in the area. Most of the others leave too much liquid in the meat causing it to seep through the shells and stick to the wrappers. I appreciate being able to eat a taco rather than cleaning up a mess. When able to produce the same product but at a higher quality the establishment should be recognized. I went to this location and ordered bean burritos with no onions, salsa and a drink. When pulling to the window I received only my burritos. When I asked for my other items I was given extreme attitude, which is also normal for this location. When I looked at my burritos all of them still had the onions inside. I turned around and asked if they could please fix the order. I was given a "coupon" to use for their mistake. That seemed nice since I hadn't asked for any compensation. When I went to use the coupon the following month I then realized the coupon had expired TWO YEARS AGO. I know not to expect too much from a fast food establishment. I ordered Friday night and everything was terrible except pico de Gallo, For years this Taco Bell has been exceptional but Friday nIght's order was so terrible I won't be going back anytime soon. Ordered a cheese roll up which was a roll of dough with maybe 1 tsp of cheese and paid $1. The new chipotle taco for $1 was inedible, cheese was too hot to eat. Ordered 2 fiesta potatoes and 1 bean burrito since my fiancée is vegetarian, and one naked chicken chalupa for me. We went in the drive thru and received a sealed paper bag. Once we got home 15 minutes later, we found the incorrect items in our bag. We instead found a Crunchwrap, a 5 layer burrito, and a hard taco, all with beef. Food decent for what it is but that day so called "general" is a completely lacking people and customer service skills greatly. Cleanliness wise the parking lot has had for the past several days 2 Blue Trash Dumpsters in the middle of the parking lot with all three dumpster doors wide open. Came through here when my family and I wanted to get something quick to eat on the way to the beach. We went in and there was no one at the cashier for about a good 5-7 minutes. When someone showed up, they finally gave an order to a couple (both order some type of drink) and they immediately looked at it and said it was the wrong drink. The cashier stood there like a fish out of water and stared at the drinks like it was going to magically fix itself. Once the cashier fixed their drinks, he finally came up to take our order. He wasn't paying attention and took another woman's order that came in 5 minutes after we did... We quickly left before we ordered anything because my family did not want to stay at Taco Bell for an hour, as it was going to seem that way since the service was slow as crap and the cashier didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. read more

I got food from there last week for my family my food was good I had the triplelupa box. BUT my mom had a taco salad and the lettuce was soaking wet and she couldn't eat it and the extra tacos we got were soggy. They also forgot 2 tacos and I had to go back just for them to forget 1 of the 2 tacos they forgot in the first place after they told me they put it in the bag I guess that was my fault for believing them. So my family goes through the drive-thru, and ordered 6 meals with no meat, the man taking our order wasn't able to correctly take our info even after repeating 3 and 4 times explicitly stating that we do not want meat. Service has been very poor lately (over the past six months). Several times they have forgotten items whether it's a side item or something in the actual food. This morning there was no bacon in my breakfast crunch wrap or my grande scrambler. My wife also did not have pico de gallo on her fiesta potato griller. Just a few weeks ago they forgot our cinnamon twists and forgot dorito tacos on another occasions even though it was paid for and on our receipt. This is a second time that this place made my order wrong. I ordered Chalupa Chk Sup, but I got Beef instead. I really disappointed for this location service. It looks like to me that they never pay attention to customer order at all. I drove about 2-3 miles from my house to get food from this plac. I called to speak to manager that she just ask my name & said I will get my order for fee next time when I come in. I told her that I'm not driving back there today to get in because it's about 2-3 miles to drive there. I ask her if she just refund it to my card. She said I have to come in & see what they can do. The drive thru staff is always humorous and never get the order wrong even though I can be annoying with my order.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I'm literally leaving this location right now. They are the most unprofessional, disgusting group of human beings working tonight. Everyone on the clock right now should be FIRED. I stay away from fast food places because of these exact reasons I'm going to explain. My spouse and I ordered tacos and specifically said NO LETTUCE AND LIGHT CHEESE. My wife said it 2 TIMES. The woman over the intercom sounded as if she hates her job and was completely miserable taking our order. I wanted to tell my wife to pull off based on that alone. However, we were extremely hungry and decided to just go through with it. We pull up, get the food and drive to the parking lot next to the location. My wife takes out her burrito and what does she find? Tons of LETTUCE AND TONS OF CHEESE on BOTH TACOS. We immediately become upset because we made it VERY clear what we wanted. I tell my wife to drive back to the store. I go to walk in and an morbidly obese Caucasian woman rudely says, "The lobby is closed I can't let you in." I said, "I really need to speak to the manager." She rudely replies, "WELL, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU." She immediately turned around, goes in and shuts the door, while one of her coworkers looked at me then runs in past her. She saw the bag of food in my hand and never asked what's wrong, never said, we'll be glad to assist you through the drive thru in a polite concerned manner. My spouse drives back on line where we had to wait for 2 cars to complete their order before we can explain the issues with ours. We finally get to the window, and explained our food had lettuce and way too much cheese and we want our money back. The cashier Yesica snatches the bag out of my wife's hand and shuts the window. She didn't say I'm sorry for your trouble, let me make it right and fix this for you, NOTHING! After she took her precious time refunding the money, she comes back to the window hands us the refund and was about to close the window. Before she did, I said, "Excuse me, you guys are extremely rude and unprofessional." I continued to say, "You guys ruined our food and don't apologize or even try to resolve the issue." Yesica replied, "I was cleaning the board, I was going to say sorry." My wife replied, "You should've said sorry when you snatched the bag out of my hand. You were about to close the window and say nothing." Yesica replied, "Okay." We were so angry I told my wife to drive off. I was so disgusted with the heavy set woman and Yesica's display of unprofessionalism. The heavy set worker was standing at the edge of the counter looking at us through the window. She was doing absolutely nothing. I'm shocked and amazed as to how this store is open for business. I'm going to post this on as many outlets as possible. People must know they can't spend their hard earned money with people who could careless about them. I tried to call the store to speak to the manager and no one bothered to answer the phone! I'm so upset that I wasted my gas and time driving to this place. This store completely ruined our mood. Not to mention, we had to drive and find food elsewhere, which wasted more of our time.
