I used Palmieri Movers for my recent local move and they were great to work with. I reached out to them about a month before my move, and they came in-person to do an estimate. I did notify them during the estimate that my husband and I would move the majority of the small items, and the estimate was only a half an hour off (estimated 6 hours and it was 6.5- the total time also includes their travel time to/from Bridgewater). We have used Palmieri Movers six times over the years and they are always fantastic. We just used them for a short, but large, townhome to townhome move. Ryan was our lead and he and his team were amazing. The staff is always friendly and accomodating and very careful with our possesssions. They take the time to make sure things are placed where you want them even if it means moving them around a couple times. The only issue we had with this move is it took an extra hour of time and we were charged for it which hadnt happen in the past. It was a hot day and rained hard at one point which slowed things some. We also think the original estimate was off some but that the overall cost was still reasonable so we are still giving them a 5 rating. read more

Every single person who then hired them was thrilled. Palmieri is yesterday's news. It took years to get my house built and get my stuff out of storage. REMOVALL had to repack a lot. The wring kinds of boxes were used and much was badly packed. There are boxes for China, and boxes for shows. Very different thicknesses who knew? I do now. My new movers rock. I have moved several times the last 3 years. This was by far the worst experience.The mover who came for the estimate, undervalued the move and gave me a low quote. The move was twice the amount quoted mostly because the company is not a packing company as I indicated I needed, and I was charged crazy money for boxes and "terrible packing". Some items were lost in the move and some were broken due to poor packing.THe company took no responsibility. If you just want movers they may be ok, but not packers. read more

We used palmeri movers for our move. First they under quoted even after we had someone give us a quote. Then they arrived with three guys and stated they needed at least two more or they wouldn't finish and stated I would have to pay additional for each guy that arrived. Also stated I would have to pay for each hour after the initial quote so the quote ended up climbing significantly. The service was good, nothing was damaged. Overall - I'd recommend Palmieri Movers, but the move was not without issue. TIP - GET AN IN PERSON ESTIMATE - some of the men on the job even told me that the online estimate process always results in errors/bad estimates. With that said - they were on time, incredibly polite, and very hard working - very limited breaks. We had minor damage at both the old/new houses - the NEXT DAY - the painter was out to do the spackling & touch up painting. Also - the guys were incredibly patient and helpful when my elderly father-in-law arrived, they helped him (with his walker) up the rock driveway (as the moving truck prevented them from pulling right up to the walkway) and were genuinely concerned with his safety - that's going above and beyond. read more

Can't say enough about everyone at Palmieri! Absolutely spectacular experience! Both days, packing and loading the truck, were so nice! They dealt with us being very anxious. At one point the foot to one of our pieces of furniture fell off and they said they would fix it before delivering! These clowns were recommended by a local Facebook group. Initial call went fine. Wife scheduled a day/time for them to come and give an estimate. They never showed up, didn't call that they weren't coming, wife called several times to find out what's going and left messages but never received a callback. I called the last time. I managed to get someone on the phone all they gave were excuses and BS. My wife waited by the window and her phone and nothing. They lost our business due to their unprofessionalism.
