Just put your code in (I have to look it up every single time, but still, easy). You can also get in through your app, but I never remember to set that up. -There is usually a push cart right by the building entrance, just where you need it. -Usually very friendly staff roaming the area and very helpful team when I've needed to call in. The not so greats. -The door to the building where my unit is in has been busted for as long as I've been there. -They hiked my rental fee without much warning after only a few months. If you think you got a great deal (which I did), be aware that it won't last long at all. I was able to call and they brought it down to a slightly more reasonable rate, but that pissed me off a bit. -I wish there was better lighting in the buildings or any at all in the spaces! I need to remember to bring my own to keep in my unit, but oh man is it tough to see in there. To recap, it is a convenient and clean space with a friendly staff, but the rental fees will go up. I do recommend, but just be aware that you might need to move to a more affordable facility eventually.

They took such care with my mom's belongings. They put cardboard down so they didn't track mud and leaves on the rug. They hung blankets on doors so furniture wouldn't get scratched and doors wouldn't get marked up. They work so efficiently and professionally. They were friendly and very helpful. They seemed friendly, and provided decent pricing. Had two issues with them... the person pricing the move and the person scheduling the move are not the same person. One time I received a message saying that my date was available. When I called to confirm, I was told that the date was not available. This happened a few times. Anyway, we finally squared away the date. Movers came on time and walked through the house with me, to confirm what was being moved. I had a couple of issues with one of the movers, but nothing that I could not take care of. The main staff person was great. He knew how to take apart and reinstall the bed frame, etc. Would definitely use them again... although I hope we don't have to move any time soon.

But this company made my experience so smooth and wonderful. First off, the booking process was seamless. On the day of the move, the three movers and truck came earlier than expected, which was great. They started bringing my things down almost instantly, and even packed up some of my clothes and leftover items with their boxes. Overall, they handled everything, especially the fragile items, with such care and attentiveness. They even offered to reassemble some of the furniture that they had to break down to fit into their truck. They also finished in record time, before the time frame they initially blocked out. It might've been because I was only making a local move, but the whole process was so quick and was finished within a little over an hour. I would definitely use this company and their services again if I ever needed to make another move in and around NJ!
