Terrific experience with Victory Junk Removal from start to finish! From my initial phone call with Julia to prompt responses to questions and request for quote, to Chris and the crew arriving on time, everything was stress-free. They gave a very fair, upfront estimate, worked quickly, carefully and efficiently, and even swept up the area completely after hauling away all the heavy items. Highly professional, kind, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!" read more

I couldn't be happier with the service from Victory Junk Removal. Chris, the owner, and his helper removed debris from a large tree that had to be taken down after it was damaged this past winter. They also hauled away an old pool wall, a wheelbarrow, and various other junk around the yard. What really impressed me was how meticulously they cleaned up the yard afterward. They didn't just remove the junk--they took the time to leave the area looking neat and tidy. Chris was personable, professional, and never rushed the job. Communication was excellent from the initial quote through scheduling, the price was very reasonable, and they arrived as promised. It's refreshing to work with a locally owned company that takes such pride in its work. I would absolutely use Victory Junk Removal again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. read more

After this past winter, our pergola suddenly collapsed with much of our outdoor furniture trapped beneath it. When we needed the structure and damaged items removed, we reached out to Victory Junk Removal. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were also able to schedule us quickly. They took everything down safely and efficiently, cleaned up the deck from tree debris left by the recent storms, and even rearranged our remaining furniture to make the space look presentable again. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely kind and professional. If we ever need junk removal services again, Victory Junk Removal will absolutely be our first call! read more

I had asked South Brunswick Community on FB for recommendations for a junk removal service and Victory Junk Removal was recommended in the majority of comments. Julia in the office/scheduling is friendly and helpful. Chris the owner and Mike his co-worker are phenomenal! I actually had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstance and she was amazing in getting me rescheduled in a timely manner. Chris called me 1/2 hour prior to arrival and was on time. We walked through house as items were in different rooms and I wanted him to know what I had so he could access how he needed to load truck. My Dad passed away and I didn't have room/need for several items. They were sensitive to my situation and just made the downsizing easier for me. I had (2) large 70's dressers, a heavy wood dresser, bed frame, mattresses, recliner & TV console table, from the time they arrived, they were professional and methodical on getting to work and getting job done. I even had a box of leftover flooring that was under the bed being moved and they put it in a closet for me. I could not have asked for a better experience. The professionalism, care and fair pricing is just a few reasons to use them!! I have already booked them for taking things out of my own home and referred them to coworkers that may need assistance. Thank you!! read more

I just had victory junk removal come to take some pieces of furniture and from inquiring to booking to them showing up loading out my furniture, every aspect of dealing with them was a pleasure! Julia, the person who gave me the information and booked my pick up was super polite and helpful. The guys that came, there were three, were so professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend victory and will be using them again in the near future, I can't say enough good about them. read more

After 28 years in the same office space, our business relocated from East Brunswick to Springfield. I had been dreading the task of clearing out all the outdated computer equipment, old office furniture, and general clutter that had piled up over the decades. With only a few days left before our lease ended, we needed help--and fast. Enter Victory Junk Removal, who made the process smoother and more stress-free than I ever could've imagined. I knew we were in good hands the moment Julia picked up the phone. She was incredibly kind, courteous, and accommodating, managing to fit us in for a walkthrough the same day I called. Chris and Julia came by that evening, and I was immediately impressed by their professionalism, patience, and calm demeanor. They were also warm and approachable, and clearly cared about doing right by their clients. Chris sent over a detailed and fair quote by email the next day, and we booked them on the spot. On cleanout day, Chris and his team were already on-site and ready to go before we even arrived. They worked efficiently and wrapped up the job in just four hours, thanks in part to Chris bringing along an extra crew member, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was Chris's integrity. After we had signed off on the quote, one of our employees ended up removing 13 office chairs on his own. Without being asked, Chris adjusted the final price to reflect that change--something he was under no obligation to do. That kind of honesty is rare and a clear reflection of the integrity he brings to running his company. Chris maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. He helped turn what I had feared would be one of the most stressful parts of our move into one of the smoothest. It's also worth noting how thoughtful they are behind the scenes. Chris and Julia try to recycle or repurpose items whenever possible. Chris even mentioned his fondness for rescuing plants! That attention to detail and environmental care is just another reason I'm glad we went with them. There are plenty of junk removal services out there, many of them big-name chains. But I always try to support local businesses when possible. Victory didn't disappoint. They're a local gem that combines top-notch service with genuine thoughtfulness. I recommend them without hesitation for any job--big or small. read more

At the start of our mammoth house-clearing project, I would never have imagined I'd be giving a "junk removal" company 5 stars and wishing I could add another, but this company deserves it. So I'm posting this wherever I can. Emptying a very, VERY cluttered family home filled with many happy memories but also literal tons of STUFF (and I mean literal), was incredibly daunting and emotionally draining. Then Chris came for his initial walk-thru to provide an estimate and so much of that stress fell away. From start to finish of the job, he was professional but empathetic, efficient and non-judgmental with such a calming and upbeat demeanor, it was like getting therapy at the same time. Amazing. The knowledge that Victory works with Habitat and other donation centers, plus metals recycling and other facilities, to keep items out of landfills, was hugely reassuring, both because of the sentiments attached to a lot of the items plus our concern about leaving such a big footprint. It was a deciding factor for us. The day of the haul-away, it was 95 degrees and 80+% humidity. Such a crap, crap, crappy day to move so much heavy furniture. Sooooo much furniture! And so many stairs. Yet, not one word of complaint from any of his team of four, just smiles. They were like well-oiled moving machines crossed with Wall-ee. They even broom-swept everywhere, wisking away the major levels of grime & mouse poop from areas that hadn't seen a vacuum in 50 years, a chore I'd been truly dreading. We couldn't be more grateful and pleased. And just so RELIEVED. I truly thought it was going to be impossible. They were a referral from our realtor and such a huge help during this very difficult period, we wanted to pass it forward to any of you in a similar spot. read more

Some days you get lucky. Backyard garbage really piling up and this company was great. Came immediately, on time, and rate was very reasonable. Had settled on one price, all over phone, and when I wanted to add on some really heavy items, the upcharge was minimal. Very pleasant, cleaned up afterwards. My new go to company. Like I said, I got very lucky. read more

Excellent and pleasant service junk removal service, based out of East Brunswick NJ. The cost was actually lower than what had been estimated! Victory Junk Removal provides a quote in advance based on photos that you email to them. The quote is non-binding, as you can always add or delete items. in our case, the crew decided that the items for removal could be packed easily and tightly on the truck and take up less room. As a result, the actual cost was lower than the estimate. This is in contrast to horror stories we have read online about other junk removal services when the on-site cost was considerably higher than the prior estimate. The only minor hiccup was with the delivery time. We had asked for a 12-2pm window. At 1:15pm we got a very apologetic call that the crew was still in line at the recycling center from a prior pickup and would be late. They gave us a call at 2:15pm that they were coming over and were at our house at 2:30pm. We also received text reminders sent to us the day before and the morning of the pick-up. So while they came to our house a little later than planned their communications were excellent. No question that we would use Victory Junk Removal again. read more

I live in San Diego, but was selling my mother's house in NJ and needed to find someone to help clear out 40 years of stuff. Chris and Victory Junk Removal to the rescue! I looked into those "hunks" but since they became a franchise, they got expensive! Chris responded quickly, communicated with me regularly (since I was 3,500 miles away), and did it all for less than HALF of what the other guys wanted to charge. What I also liked is that Chris and Victory do everything they can to keep stuff out of landfills by donating to charities, thrift shops, and bringing items to recycling centers. As a California guy, I appreciate that. If you need to get rid of some junk, call Victory Junk Removal. If I sound like a commercial, it's because they made it easy to write all these nice things. Thanks Chris! read more

I was doing a clean out on my sisters home before selling. Chris came by (owner), he took pictures of all the stuff i needed to get rid of and within 2 hours he gave me a great quote. His guys came by on time and kept me aware of where they were by text..I really liked that. Filled a truck full of mostly used furniture and junk from a shed. Could not have gone any better, I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs junk clean outs, hauling. Also they are a green company and will try to donate what they can to keep out of the dumps. My "stuff" took up less space on truck than anticipated, I got a discount from my original quote ( where else do you see that kind of honesty and service?) read more

I was really happy with the job that Chris and Marvin did. They arrived on time and cleared away everything while minimizing the mess. They cleaned up when they were done and also took a lot of small miscellaneous junk and garbage that I hadn't asked about when I got the estimate, but that didn't change the price they charged. I would be very happy if every business I dealt with operated the way Victory does. read more
