Rob returned multiple times to check on us and to bring additional equipment. He made sure that the moisture meter results were in line with the standards until he presented his invoice for payment. He documented and explained his work. I'd send him to my older relatives, clueless about water remediation, in a heartbeat knowing that Rob would be honest and attentive.
