Kevin from Radford Restoration was such a blessing!…read more After water leaked through the roof of my condo, my upstairs ceiling was a mess. Being part of an HOA, I was told the inside repairs would be my problem. I had no idea where to turn, or how to start this process, so I reached out to my local FB page. Kevin was one of the first to offer to help, providing his website and even DMing me immediately. I got a flood of comments but chose to give Kevin a call first. This was the best decision I could have made. Kevin was extremely forthcoming, friendly and unbelievable helpful. He took the time to talk with me and even offered to go to my condo asap to look at the damage. He went over the same day and called me immediately with his thoughts and advice. I never felt pressured to work with him or that he was rushing me to make a decision. In fact, it was just the opposite. He told me I could call him anytime and ask him any questions I had even if I don't use him. Spoiler alert, I totally used him. A no brainer! From start to finish, Kevin came through for me. He showed up on time, his crew was respectful of my property, he communicated every step of the way, took photos, and even went above at beyond by being the middle man for me with my adjustor and insurance company. I was super stressed at the beginning of this journey but Kevin took all of that off my hands. Kevin and his crew completed all the needed repairs in the upstairs loft and bathroom areas that were affected and were in and out in 3 days tops. They left the house immaculate, took every precaution, and made this whole process a breeze. I can not recommend Kevin enough and will sing his praises to anyone who will listen. Bottom line: Kevin is my go-to guy now and he should be yours too.

Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

I hired Out Of Order Cleanouts because the wind decided to rearrange my yard in a way I did not…read moreapprove of. Limbs too girthy for me to dispose of were scattered about, and the place looked like nature had lost its temper. I reached out through Yelp Projects and was introduced to Dominic, who responded quickly and spoke in the reassuring language of a man who knows exactly what he is doing. He gave me a quote that felt fair and honest to me, which is rarer than it should be. Then he arrived and did the work with a kind of quiet thoroughness that restores your faith in people who show up when they say they will, which is also rarer than it should be. The limbs disappeared. The mulch appeared. Order was restored to my little patch of existence. While he was there, I asked him about tackling some large old planting boxes that had outlived their usefulness. He said yes, gave me another fair price, and returned the following week. The boxes were demolished and removed, the yard cleaned up, and everything left looking better than it had in quite some time. Throughout all of this, Dominic communicated clearly, worked diligently, and carried himself like someone who takes pride in what he does. On top of that, he is simply a good and interesting human being, which is not a requirement for the job but certainly makes the experience more pleasant. I would recommend him without hesitation for demolition, clean up, or general landscaping. I expect I will find more reasons to call him again. Five stars, because Dominic brings order to chaos and makes it look easy even when you know it's not.
