These guys were hired by my landlord for a lead paint remediation job and they were TERRIBLE. They…read moredidn't follow ANY of the EPA's procedures for the RRP rule, OR any of NJ's rules for abatement. They didn't give me the required paperwork, they didn't properly confine the work space, they didn't cover or protect my personal items, they didn't tell me to turn off my HVAC unit, they didn't even keep me out of the work space!!! They dry scraped. They didn't clean properly. They didn't do a clearance when they were done. When they came back to do dust wipe sampling to show that the house was lead safe in order to pass inspection for the town, the guy collecting the sample didn't FOLLOW any of the correct procedures to get a good sample. He didn't wear gloves. He didn't mask of the area he was taking the sample from. He did everything wrong. When I confronted him, he said he would have to "double check" to see if I was right. He doesn't need to. I am. These guys are total frauds and are akin to waste disposal companies dumping toxic waste in the ocean just to get rid of it. God sees your sins.
