Had another major issue with an original area that prompted me to call them originally. Didn't address the original problem and shingled right over it leaving the same unsightly appearance. When asked why this wasn't addressed and fixed at the time of laying the shingles son and father team gave poor excuses and kept absolving themselves from any responsibility. Did offer to fix it at a cost over 2,000. to "fix" it. Question was why didn't they address it before replacing the shingles! Avoided direct answer and kept repeating pat answers. Result: It looks as bad as it did before the roofing was done! Totally unacceptable to charge me over 15,000 and leaving me extremely stressed over this! They completely failed to measure during their initial inspection.To make matters worse, they charged me $300 just to reinstall my old sink due to their own mistake, and then aggressively tried to pressure me into signing a "completed work" form for a botched job, which I refused to sign. I paid my full invoice ($700 total--$400 for valves that were actually installed, and the $300 sink fee) under protest just to get them out of my house.Management refused to refund the $300 labor charge caused entirely by their own team's failure to verify dimensions. They raked the first layer and put it in bags and hauled them away, put antimicrobial fogger, lime was distributed throughout the whole basement and the old 12 foot sewer pipe (that was left behind by the contractors that replaced the pipe) was cut into pieces and hauled away. They came and did a great job and one of the best parts was they could not have been nicer. It was a big foul smelling mess and they cleaned it up and restored it.
