Either we had a late fee (were weren't late), a start up fee, a restart up fee, fees for extra bags, etc. In January we said whatever our bill was were were paying PLUS the following bill - we still had fees! We canceled our service and when they came to get the bin they threw the garbage on the curb across the street! Absolutely horrible service!!!!!
