Very good experience with Falcon! I never used movers before so wasn't sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. We were moving from a 2 bed apartment into a new house and since I'm seven months pregnant, I wasn't much help. I connected to them through Evan who was super responsive and quick to answer all my questions. We had them come out a few days before the move to pack some of our things. Jeremy, Tom, and J. L. worked really fast and were careful with our belongings. They also wore masks inside the house, which we very much appreciated. On the day of the move, Jeremy (who it was clear had a ton of experience doing this), Kevin, and Tom did a fantastic job. It was a hot, humid day and they still wore masks in the house like we asked. They loaded the truck efficiently, were very careful with our belongings, and took them apart and put them together as needed. Great experience with this move! The biggest stress of moving is the moving company you choose. Stress no more! From the representative, Dinesh, who I initially spoke to; next to the Manager, Dmitry; then to the 3 BIGGEST HELPERS: Jermey + J.L. + Brad. They all made this move super pleasant, and speedy. I was shopping for a moving company and stumbled on this one through Yelp. I did my research, and dealt with Dmitry to finalize the move. He was precise and accurate with his quote which gave me assurance on what the price would be. The 3 movers worked THEIR HARDEST! I can't thank them enough for their great efforts. No complaining whatsoever, they moved it all with no fuss! Even asking where to place everything, and not just throwing it all over the place. I chose this company over the others because the price was upfront, and it was hourly. Most movers will give you a higher quote based on all the "extra's" you have, even if it's an extra flight of stairs. This company did not nickel and dime me. My mom moved from Long Island to Rochester, New York. She worked with Dimitri from start to finish and he was extremely professional. He made her move completely stress free. The movers all arrived exactly on time to her location on the scheduled date. They wrapped everything in blankets and taped all of the materials perfectly. She had more than expected and they were able to accommodate her. They also even offered to help carry her garbage downstairs for her. There was a change in plans and she had to reschedule her move for a day later at last minute notice, and dimitri and his men accommodated her no problem and made the change right away with ease. Once the men arrived, they were here earlier than expected which was so helpful. They were friendly, quick and efficient. They delivered all materials without a scratch. They also helped bring materials to my house and lived nearby. The movers set everything up in all rooms. Dimitri even set up the desk in the back room to help my mom which was so nice. I contracted for 3 movers at $135 an hour for 9-10 hours and an additional hour of travel. The distance between the move places was 3.2 miles. There were regular follow ups till a day before the move, however there was no one responding to my calls on the day of the move.... so, why did I need to call??? The very moment the guys came in, their main guy (Mannie) started telling me everything that was trouble with the stuff... 'oh you have stairs... ', 'oh you have tv...' , 'oh we have a small truck, you never told us toh h will have so much stuff...' 'oh, you will need to pay for one more trip...' I just kept shut and listened to everything... I needed my move done.... And then, when he saw I wasn't reacting, he said, "you take care of me and I'll take care of you...", "don't talk to my company, they will charge you a lot...", "they don't pay us well..." and everything..... That's when I tried calling the company and no one responded to several calls... later after the move was move was almost over, he called me to ask if everything was fine... haa! I had to get my move done and get rid of those guys, so I kept up with it... In all fairness, they did a good job with the move... the stuff was handled carefully and there was no breakage... they helped me put everything where it needed to be. But that was because I agreed to 'take care of them' and kept up with his non sense talk... We had to do two trips, competed the move in 8.5 hours... paid at the agreed rate... and had to tip $200 because that guy Mannie wouldn't listen... It could've been much better if the owner or company had been more professii ank in their approach and hired the right people. It's experience like these that people had with cab drivers that led to the rise of Uber and Lyft. There are companies being setup in this domain as well.... good. I hired Falcon Moving in May 2019 after talking to them over the phone for an estimate for a move one month out (mid June is busy season for all the moving companies, but I was able to lock in better rates booking in May). Very professional and humble group of guys. They were true to their word and worked diligently to pack our very full 1 bedroom apartment in NYC for our same day move to Connecticut. We had three guys help. One stayed mostly by the truck to organize the truck when the other two brought our stuff down. Very talented, looked like tetris with our boxes before the big furniture went it. They were careful with our belongings and worked professionally around our anxious dog and newborn baby. They took apart our furniture and put it back together at our new apartment. They also used our moving boxes to hand pack/wrap our oversized mirror. In total we moved about 50 boxes, 3 wardrobe boxes, queen mattress, day bed, large couch, chair and ottoman set, computer chair, 2 dressers, shelves, a large desk, 4 dining chairs, baby changing table, tons of loose items thrown into extra boxes on the day of the move, lamps, dog cage, and baby gear. Everything arrived as it had been packed. I had asked that there be a fixed rate for the drive to CT should there be traffic delays and Falcon Moving had honored that in the contract. They ended up finishing the job early and refunded us money! Great group of guys and would definitely hire if I were to move back to NYC or move within NYC. read more

Great experience with Falcon! They gave us a window of 9:30-11:30 which gave us time to prepare last minute packing. Once arrived, all three guys wore masks and were very attentive to taking care of our furniture. I was especially concerned with our baby furniture since it's white and they took time to wrap it and protect it. Very friendly throughout the move too. I am so glad I hired Mindful Moving. They made what I thought would be a super stressful day a lot better than I expected. I first spoke to Dinesh, who explained everything and gave me a reasonable estimate (with detailed email confirmation). On moving day, Jermey, JL, and Jeffrey were wonderful. My couch gave them a heck of a situation that took a while to figure out how to get it out (including removing the door and re-attaching it), and they stayed calm and just kept trying until they got it out. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! ABSOLUTE WORST experience with a company and people in general. They have the absolute worst costumer service skills I've ever witnessed. I called to schedule a move from PA to Texas, they quoted me one price but when they got to me told me I had to pay more. They told me it would take 5-7 business days for me to get my stuff. I got no calls or updates about anything. I called after 7 business days. They told me my stuff was sitting in a warehouse and they were waiting for someone else to move to Texas as well. When I finally got my stuff two weeks late, everything was damaged. There were a lot of boxes missing. I called them to find my missing items. They told me they would have to go down to the warehouse to look for it. I called several times leaving a few days in between for them to "look". Every time I would call, they would ask my name, lot number and what color sticker was put on my belongings. No one knew what was going on. I even talked to the same person several times and each time she would ask me again to tell her the information. One day, I called and the girl hung up on me. I was told to email "Gabby" that she was the supervisor. I emailed her about my missing things as well as Theresa hanging up on me. Never got a response. called a few days later, Gabby said she got the email but didn't know Theresa hung up on. So I guess she didn't actually read the email. I've put a claim in and emailed several times. I never get a str answer and am told I need to keep waiting for them to look for my stuff. I never get any calls back and can never be transferred to anyone in management. All I want is my stuff. I have my personal belongings, some of which can not be replaced in there (baby pictures, family pictures etc). My wedding dress is in there! read more

What can I say Falcon Moving And Storage really really came through for my uncle and I'm very happy they did for many reasons. I lost faith in a lot of companies these days as they promise one thing and deliver something else which I'm sure happens to many folks. BUT....that wasn't the case and they delivered exactly what they said they would. I had booked another company for my uncle of which at the very last day before the move sprung it on me that they "might not be able to deliver our furniture the same day they pick it up and sorry sir it's in the contract" WAIT WHAT!? Well that wasn't the deal I made verbally and I fired the other company Johnny on the spot and my deposit be damned! I had no choice as well I had to be present to make sure I help my uncle receive his furniture and then go back home to Nyc. I don't like dishonesty but that being said Falcon moving came through and saved the day and booked my uncle the day before the move! The move we had wasn't exactly easy, first off the pick up location was a 4th floor walk up and my uncle was moving from New York City to Pennsylvania so not a walk in the park. These guys are my hero's from Bill who handles the booking (great guy and straight up, price was what they said, delivery was what they said, nothing damaged, and hard working and friendly guys Eddie and Jeremy were really the best of guys man just really knew their job and made it even fun for us. So what's left? Nothing really Falcon came through for us and my impression was, that was simply the way the do business. Hats off to you guys read more
