    If your goal is finding the best possible price for your move, look no further. All Jersey has got the price for you. However, this is a cautionary tale of "you get what you pay for". Should you choose to use this company MAKE SURE YOU GET THE INSURANCE PACKAGE, you WILL need it! The company presents very well. The staff is friendly and they have that family owned personal touch. The way they handle their paperwork is a bit antiquated (they still use carbon copies on certain documents) and communication isn't always the clearest, we had to have 2 walk through estimates and once the guys showed up there were still some discrepancies as to what they were supposed to move. Moving is a difficult business and I fully understand that. We had a fairly large move going from a 5 bed 5 bath to a 2 bed 2 bath so that was a lot of stuff. Things were bound to happen. So when they scratched the freshly painted walls of our new home I didn't make a stink about it. The problem is that the issues just keep coming. The day after our move the lead driver called us and stated that "the check had been lost" and wanted me to write a new check for the company. I informed him that it was a bank check and that since "he" lost it I'd need to speak to someone at the office before I did anything. Later that day a neighbor came to our door and presented us with the check which she found blowing around the neighborhood. She knew we had just moved in and since it was made out to a moving company thought it might be us. I called All Jersey to let them know that the driver had lost the check (not his tip mind you) but that I was in possession of it. I also let them know that we had heard a crunching sound when the truck pulled out the night before but didn't realize until the light of day that the sound was the truck running over the charging base of a vacuum cleaner of ours. They also left a pretty significant gouge in my dining room table. They were far more interested in not offending the drivers and trying to get me to explain to them "how they could have run over the part" instead of asking HOW THEIR DRIVERS LOST THE CHECK. They made some blanket statement about having someone come out and take care of the issues and then focused on getting me to send them the check asap. I really should have paused on settling the check until they committed to fixing the issues. It took almost a month of constant calls and nudges, endless excuses from the owner not being in to the fact that their mail isn't sent directly to the office. Some designated person picks it up and if that person is out then no mail comes to the office apparently for days. Its bizarre, don't know how they run the business. Long story short they decided to appease me by sending me a check and letting me know that since I chose the base level insurance that they would not be paying me much and decided on what they thought was a fair sum for me to get get the repairs done. I wasn't happy with any part of how it was all handled but had decided to let it go until today. I have finally had a chance to start going through my files and I just opened the most important file box that I have with all of the information for some rental properties that I have and it looks like they dumped it our and then through it all back in by hand. Everything is mixed up. It will take me most of the day just to re-organize this information. This was really unnecessary and a total waste of my time. I cannot recommend this company unless you are going to stand over the moving men and observe everything that they do from packing to loading and unloading the truck. They also misplaced a number of screws necessary to reassemble one of my beds. Too many screw ups for a job that I paid for. In summary, if price is all that matters to you then - go for it. But if you want a safe a quality move or at least to be handled in a professional manner if something goes wrong, you may want to source a different company.

    Like some of the other people said: I'd give them a negative if I could. This is the worst experience we have had with moving company. We moved from one house to the other within the same development. Driving time would be 3 to 5 minutes. Since the distance is so short, we moved all the fragile stuff ourself before the moving day. We packed everything in boxes. No loosen objects so it would be easier and faster for the movers. They had 6-7 guys, one supervisor (?) came early that morning and it took them 5 to 6 hours to load all the stuff to the truck, which is fine even though it was a bit longer than what we expected, and what they estimated. The brand new $12,000+ wood flooring on the second floor of the house that we moved to was just done the day before we moved in. I told them to be more careful and not scratch the floor. All the movers that I've hired before would simply put a clothe/sheet all over the entire house even though the floor is old. Professional movers would try their best not to damage it. But these guys kept on dragging my furniture around instead of lifting them up. Kept on talking to each other, joking around, which is also fine if you're doing your job good. But they weren't, they wasted so much time fooling around. We paid extra for moving our baby grand piano. Now we have so many dents under the piano because they were not gentle moving and adjusting the placement. The whole moving procedure lasted until 9:30pm at night. We felt bad that the workers had to work so late so I and my mother-in-law both tipped them, twice for some workers! After they left, we found that our brand new tiger wood flooring was scratched badly, not one spot, not two but everywhere!!! Scratches are in almost every room. Our master bedroom is the worst. They are so visible and everywhere. One of the post for my $8,000+ king size bed was broken too!!! We were so upset BUT we understood that was accident so we didn't act or talk angry to them. We called Robert and told him about it. He said he would report to the company and let us know what the solution would be. Later I was given their insurance company number to file my claim. Again after we talked to the staff there, sent her all the pictures of the damaged floor and furniture. She replied she would proceed the claim and get back to us as soon as she could. Weeks pasted we heard nothing from them. Every time we called we were told to leave a message but this person just disappear from the world. When we demanded to talk to a manager or other staff, they would insist SHE should be the one which took care of our case. Months pasted and we almost forgot about it (that's probably what they wanted). They used every kind of excuse they could ever think of so they didn't have to pay. My husband was kinda giving up the idea to get the claim. I was all pissed off, it's NOT only about the money. This is just NOT right and totally unfair. I told All Jersey and the insurance company that if they don't finish the claim then I would just post all the pictures on Facebook and share my experience with everyone that I know. Quickly, we got a $500 check within that week. To be honest, the $500 means nothing compared to what we lost if you look at all the pictures. $500 can't even pay for the post of my king size bed. We can't put them on because we can't replace it. They are just sitting in our basement now. Not to mention our brand new floor. We can't restore it and have to live with it as long as we stay in this house. Poor moving service, poor follow-up customer service too. I believe some other people might have good experience with them. But i would never refer them to anyone i know.

    if I could put NEGATIVE STARS I would absolutely do so. I used this company a little over a year…read moreago to not only move but store my things until I could figure out my next move. When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. Your team threw things in boxes and unloaded into a literal heap of a mess in your garage. And then you charge $300-500 a month for nothing. PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A GREEDY MAN WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT. I hope the public does understand your company is a disgrace and I will send ANYONE who asks to see pictures and the bill and messages what I have. Massimo you are the biggest liar ever. My father dropped nothing. And you took no pictures you stood there like an A just silently watching and laughing. Please stop fooling yourself. Please don't print lies they last forever. You put me through absolute MISERY.

    I simply stated on my review which I can't comment on that everyone needs to throughly inspect…read moreevery piece of furniture prior to signing paperwork. There is no need to be rude and I did mention the workers were polite. I didn't realize how thankful I should be over $50 that cost me so much more. I also stated I didn't inspect every single item which I should have done prior to signing anything! Maybe you could re read my review before replying hastily.
