I got more calls leading up to the move to confirm and make sure they were ready to greet the new customer. They called a couple times the day of to confirm arrival time s they would be prepared. In the end, I got delayed and could not get there on the arrival day before the office closed at 7pm (for new customers). So I had to scramble and find another place closer to me but farther from where I wanted it that was open an hour later when I arrived. A bad day for me. Arthur's customer service was so above and beyond what was expected (and had great prices) I'd go back to them in a heartbeat.

When I needed help with my many questions, they were willing to answer them all. In person or on the phone, before COVID 19, customer service was what I expected it to be, courteous, friendly, and above all else respectful. I'm glad I didn't go with my first this time. That certainly wasn't the case here. Izzy went so far as to provide pricing breakdown for various options. I feel someone else in her shoes wouldn't have been so helpful and instead redirected me to their website. She took the time to explain everything and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. Extending our unit was never an issue and whenever we spoke to anyone on the phones they were always willing to answer all questions. The only downside is there's only one trolley! For the amount of units, there should be at least 2 per entryway. So I'd recommend getting one of your own, especially if you have a larger unit. It's a good investment and would be handy for future use. Overall I'd recommend this facility.

When you go on the website, it's even CHEAPER there NOW ($72) ! So you're telling me if i got a storage unit today you're going to change my price next month! Thats a scam! This is their business model......get you in, then increase the rent an absorbent amount! This facility and company is completely unethical, and that is putting it so politely. It frankly is theft.
