wonderful place!! i was their customer for over 3 years,…read moreand i did 3 move ins--acutally more! i sold 2 properties and i had to shift from one unit to another several times. although they don t help move, the european wife and husband owner could not have been more helpful.. the place is clean with a bathroom. i came from nyc and i enjoyed driving a little further for the lower rates.. it is located very close to fine indian restuarants, and also next to a beautiful nature preserve. parks are not far away, if you d like to go for a walk. i cannot re cod more highly!! thank you guys!!

I got more calls leading up to the move to confirm and make sure they were ready to greet the new customer. They called a couple times the day of to confirm arrival time s they would be prepared. In the end, I got delayed and could not get there on the arrival day before the office closed at 7pm (for new customers). So I had to scramble and find another place closer to me but farther from where I wanted it that was open an hour later when I arrived. A bad day for me. Arthur's customer service was so above and beyond what was expected (and had great prices) I'd go back to them in a heartbeat.

For some odd reason she had a nasty attitude with me the other day about the "times" I use the facility . I wonder if she does this to others... For someone who has been loyal to Extra Space , pays their bills on time it was disappointing to see such low behavior from an employee . I almost never have to deal with staff as I do everything online and I am going to keep it that way ! It was almost borderline harassment what she was telling me & her nasty tone was very belittling. Will be leaving a complain with corporate. She "tried" the right one .

INDOOR UNIT CLIMATE CONTROL - very important to me because I had stored furniture in the unit. LOCATION - Very easy to locate, lots of parking, nice neighborhood CLEANLINESS - Extremely clean and well maintained SECURITY & ACCESS AVAILABILITY- Cameras and a secure code operated elevator with 24 hr access to the elevators. Units on upper floors are only accessible if you have a security code for the elevator. SUPPLIES - Free Flatbed dolly carts to move your stuff and lots of packing supplies for purchase MANAGEMENT - Cesar Flores is very friendly and always there to help. He is knowledgeable and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
