I was able to o get a quick and good quote with Avi, and there was plenty of communication throughout the process to keep me up to date. The 2 movers who did the job were friendly & treated our stuff with great care. They moved us into a storage facility & did a great job loading everything in. The price was excellent and everything went really well. I would definitely recommend them!

This was my first time hiring movers and J & G Moving exceeded my expectations! The move went so…read moresmoothly that I highly recommend them. I price-compared a ton of NYC moving companies and J & G gave me a competitive moving quote. Additionally, the building I was moving into required a certificate of insurance (COI) and J & G was able to offer it for me for free. A lot of other companies charge for this. Before moving, I communicated with them via email and they always responded promptly and were very clear about what their moving package included. The day of the move, they called and asked if it was okay if they came an hour early. They were very communicative with me during the whole move. The lead guy (forgot his name!) assessed how many things I had and then discussed with the other 2 men on how to efficiently approach the move. The 3 men were over 6' tall and strong, and they were able to finish my whole move in a little more than 1 hr! I did not have anything that was easily breakable but the men treated my things with care. They provided blanket and shrink wrapping for all of my furniture. Everything was loaded up into their truck very quickly. These guys wasted no time. When I arrived at my new apartment building, they had already started unloading my things. I had my boxes labeled with what was inside (i.e., kitchen supplies, shoes, jackets) and they actually placed each box in the corresponding room. Best of all, there were no hidden fees. They ended up not charging me a processing fee that was included in the quote and gave me $40 off my quoted price. The movers were so friendly, communicative and professional, I will definitely be using J & G Moving again! I also wanted to note that on the day of my move, the street I was moving from was blocked due to construction. J & G movers did not complain or make any mention of that until I had stepped outside of my apartment building and noticed it. These guys provide excellent customer service and I was very impressed by them.

If I was in your position I wouldn't waste any more time looking further as this is the best it gets. They helped me so much and the two guys they sent were so nice. I can not say enough good things about them. They came with a multitude of supplies to ensure all my things were taken care of and the speed at which they moved was unmatched. I have a really large television and they managed to get it off the wall with ease. Lastly they have the best insurance and they sent me the COI that my building requested (luxury building)..I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. In all honesty this was the best moving experience I ever had. I wouldn't have used any other company. If you don't contact them at least for an estimate you would be doing a dis-service to yourself.

Everything was completed in about 2 hours. When I spoke with other movers in the area they were quoting more than that, so in the end I was happy with the easy process Doug and his team provided!

Terrible experience with Imove. The first problem arose from…read moretheir hours' late arrival to pack up our property and refusal to credit us in accordance with their advertised inducement. As a result of their late arrival, we ended up in our apt until late on Friday night so they could complete the move-out. Despite (a) 2 in-person visits to our apartment in our effort to get a realistic "guaranteed maximum price" proposal and (b) following such visits, our having disposed of much of our furnishings, etc., which substantially reduced their workload from the date of their proposal, after packing up our property, IMove nonetheless charged a substantial amount more than their "guaranteed" price which we we were compelled to pay in order to get our property stored and delivered. Then, upon delivery of our property to our new home, numerous items were either missing or broken. IMove has refused to accept responsibility for any of the above.

I write this not as review but Thank You note…read more My Mother & brother had house fire that did not cause structual damage but caused us to have to move things out of house more quickly than usual. In only few short days I am able to arrange move from over 600 miles away. Ray, Jason Felix, Ceaser (movers), and Cheryl (at office) made what could have been a very stressful situation into one that I could be confident in and not stress over. I should add that I called over 35 movers in NJ and that ONLY All Jersey Movers were able to do move without having to do virtual tours which we did not have time for and other such nonsense that would take more time than we had to move belongings of Mother and brother. There was only my 78 year old Mother to meet movers and yet she said she felt safe, protected, and respected at all times by Ray, Jason, Felix, and Ceaser and that these movers went beyond and above professional standards. Mother now demands that I give them 10 stars instead of only 5 - but I give them 100 stars because they also called and assured me several times that move was going well and this is much appreciated because I am sick with disease that stress makes worse and also because of how well they treated my mother and how pleased Mother was. I would recommend ALL JERSEY MOVERS to anyone because of how professional and respectful that Ray, Jason, Felix, and Ceaser were to my mother Mrs Farmer during difficult move. I will also recommend because of how Cheryl at office make finnancial arrangements easy and also stress free. So - THANK YOU Ray, Jason, Felix, Ceaser, and Cheryl for all that you have done for my mother Mrs. Farmer. My Mother and brother Thank You and Mother is still over the moon about y'all and still talking about how good move went almost a week later. Job Well Done, Highly Recommended.Thank You.

When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. Your team threw things in boxes and unloaded into a literal heap of a mess in your garage. And then you charge $300-500 a month for nothing. PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A GREEDY MAN WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT.
