I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY…read more I started with this company since 2019. I love how clean the facility and the price they offered, started at promising, and a decent rate plus the military discount they offered at $312.68, after 5 months, they increased my price to $347.87, then 12 months later, another increase to $381,99, another 12 months, $468.36, 7 months later, I got another bill telling me my new payment is going to be $596.21????? Like come on CubeSmart this is just insane on the price jump. I tried to call, but got hanged up on the line after 30 mins of on hold, went to the store trying to speak to the someone, no one was ever there, the sign at the door is always "will be back at this time" but when I return at the time on the time was posted on the door, it either got remove or the posted return time is extended, the main reason I come here was how friendly the sales on the phone and front desk was promising on this rate and I agreed on setting up monthly auto draft, and I was okay with the first two increase but this last one???? This price jump is absolutely mind blow to me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anybody especially when these price jump was not mentioned in any part of the initial phase during consulting. I found out about it after the 1st price jump, since it wasnt that much so I figured "okay", I can deal with that, it is not that bad. But jumping to $600 almost double from it is initial price, this is just absolutely absurd.

This review is only for their rental truck…read more Out of the many rental moving truck companies we have utilized over the years, this one was the easiest to deal with. The person we spoke to was articulate and ensured we received our complete order: boxes, covers, and easy and fast check-in. Moving is hard enough so to encounter a person who is good at his job and made our day easier is a blessing. Tip: They close at 5:00 pm so if you return the truck after hours, just drop the keys into the lock box after you lock up the truck, after returning.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ~ unless you like headaches ;) Had the…read moreabsolute worst time trying to book a unit with them. You have to be very careful when talking to customer service, they will start charging your card without fully understanding what you want and somehow you will be at fault when they charge you the wrong price. I am shocked at how they treat people, didn't sit right with me. After botching my reservation, they still expected me to pay the $29 that was supposed to credit towards the rental. They claimed they could not transfer that to the new lease agreement, because it was already linked to the lease was wrong... makes no sense. I still wanted to work with them, but they refused to add that $29 credit to the new lease.. and out of principle why would I want to work with them. After demanding my money back in and dropping the business relationship, I am so relieved I do not have to communicate with them any further. I don't know if the girl I talked to was new or what, but the company should be understanding of miscommunication and stand by their mistakes. Easy for them to not own up to mistakes when your card has already been charged. I would honestly just avoid this spot, glad I didn't sign a lease with them. Ended up with with a much better company, whose reservation process was easy and cheaper. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy headaches ;)

It was so gross that the staff didn't even want to go in there... I did and it was awful. I moved to another unit but lost the expense rug since it could not be repaired... made matters worse my renters insurance didn't cover it since they looked at it as negligence on the part of CS and so upsetting... CS Managment did do anything either so I was just out on many fronts... To top it all off, as many have already said, they increase their costs too damn often it's insane... sure understand things increase but this is ridiculous... such price increases don't even make sense except just price gouging and feeling like they are holding us hostage in a way! I'm still using them but as others have mentioned, I'm not happy with their price increases either... 42% increases are to damn much!

I feel it is also secure. Cons: They constantly raise their rates usually around 16 to 24%. On the unit I have, they just raised the rates (again). From last February 2024 to this February 2025, my rate has gone up 42%. When I first moved in, they had seven carts to help you move your items. Four have gone missing and have never been replaced. Now when I go there, I sometimes have to wait awhile for a cart, or leave and come back. And last, of the two elevators, one seems to go out of service every so often. I can deal with the elevators and the carts, but the steady increase in rates is too much for me.

I forgot to include a few items when I initially detailed the items that needed to be moved, however, Kosta (and his colleagues Victor and John) were extremely accommodating and willing to move these items for no additional charge.
