I wish there was a "0" star rating for this place. They don't even deserve that. When I first moved my things into this storage facility, "Maria" and "Matt" were the ones running the place. Maria & Matt were two of the NICEST people I had to do business with at any storage facility. They were always accommodating, helpful & FRIENDLY, and Matt even went beyond the call of duty once & used his van to load some of my things in & he drove me to my destination. Now, there's a manager there named "Bill" - one of the most SICKENING & NASTIEST STIFF-ASSED person you could have to deal with. I HATE him. His attitude is disgusting. He is not nice at all & he definitely does NOT give you any breaks - by that I mean, if you happen to not have one of those stupid forms on file to pay by credit card & your bill is very late, if you're trying to avoid the penalty fees, he won't take the payment. I can give alot of scenarios that I had with this PRICK but I'm not taking up that much space to type all that out. Bill is just SICKENING. Period. I hate him & I wish I didn't have to deal with his bytchazz, I wish they'd hire another manager, he's just not a pleasure to deal with AT ALL. They also HOUND YOU TO THE TOOTH about that bill. If you are THREE DAYS LATE with paying your bill you get phone calls, emails, post office mail, they'll even CALL YOUR FAMILY - and it'll continue until the bill gets paid. I haven't had my things removed out of this storage facility yet because I'm not settled yet but I plan on getting my things out VERY SOON & be DONE with this storage facility. If you complain about him they won't do anything so dont waste your time. But I tell you what - NEVER AGAIN. If I ever have to use storage I will never deal with THIS facility, JUST BECAUSE OF BILL & I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

If you need local storage this is the place! Anita and her wingman Alex are the best. They were helpful and professional. The price is decent with lots of discounts available. Be sure to check out the various deals because sometimes a bit larger unit actually costs you less with a deal. We used their free moving van which holds A LOT and yes it really was free - we only paid for gas (your initial deposit on the truck is credited back to you after your use). The place itself is immaculate and HUGE. Very easy to move in with two elevators and lots of available flat carts. No hard sell here and it really couldn't have been easier. No idea what other Treasure Island locations are like firsthand but Treasure Island Woodbridge is a winner! read more

Treasure island in Woodbridge,staff, especially Maria always their to help anyone they can,your storage is very safe with them. they are very professional,intelligent,and they will work with you all the time,all you have to do is just be up-front with them and will assist you handle your bill,storage and any problems that you will have. I had been shopping at ShopRite for years, and never realized that there was a storage facility on the upper level! This place is great. A couple miles from home, in a shopping center I spend (way to much) time in. It's clean, well maintained, and the staff is very knowledgeable. I shopped around, and while you may find some lower priced options out there, you really get what you pay for. None of the places I went to when I was looking for space made me feel as secure as this facility. Clean, safe, and convenient! What more could you ask for? read more

The manager of this facility is like a warden in a prison. He has no customer skills at all and does not care if a customer stays or leaves that facility. I rented there for over 4 years and never had a problem with the previous management. Beware. If you pay by phone that manager will ask you for your credit card information to be put down on a form including the security code. I don't usually write reviews, HOWEVER....Anita at Treasure Island Woodbridge has customer service that is out of this world. She gave me a tour, answered all my questions, has gone out of her way to accommodate my many of requests and probably the highest deed of all was how she treated my children. She helped entertain them while I tended to my business, including offering snacks, paper and crayons. This is hard to come by and I so appreciate her! read more

I recently moved my belongings into the site. The staff were patient, courteous, and helpful, both before and during the move. The site is convenient to highways, and they have an excellent freight elevator with room for a semi. The site is clean, well lit, and temperature controlled. Overall, an excellent choice. read more
