INDOOR UNIT CLIMATE CONTROL - very important to me because I had stored furniture in the unit. LOCATION - Very easy to locate, lots of parking, nice neighborhood CLEANLINESS - Extremely clean and well maintained SECURITY & ACCESS AVAILABILITY- Cameras and a secure code operated elevator with 24 hr access to the elevators. Units on upper floors are only accessible if you have a security code for the elevator. SUPPLIES - Free Flatbed dolly carts to move your stuff and lots of packing supplies for purchase MANAGEMENT - Cesar Flores is very friendly and always there to help. He is knowledgeable and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Can not recommend this place…read more I ended up needing another 2 storage units in the area because my original storage place ran out of units. Ended up at this facility. First spend at least 45min. in the office trying to handle the paperwork with a distressed representative. Afterwards I was explicitly told to ensure to cancel the unit certain days ahead. When time came to cancel the unit I called as advised and was told to just drop by the day off. When I cleaned out one unit and went to the office to cancel, the same distressed employee (no handling another customer at the same time) had me sign a paper and told me I was done, no further action required. When it came time to pay for the unit, I logged online to pay and noticed that the wrong unit was cancelled. I called and was told: "Oh yea, good thing you called, because we were going to break the lock tomorrow and get the stuff out." When I then raised my concern with this process, I was told the representative would call me back to let me know how to proceed. That I might get a month free. Once the gentlemen called back, I was asked to come in and pay the full price as they had to issue another lease. At the end of the day, I was so frustrated with the whole thing, I paid and just hung up. No apologies were extended to this day. Unbelievable. One day later and they would have had my items auctioned off. Incredible. I can recommend the All Seasons Self-Storage. Very friendly and personable. Great people and excellent service. I made a couple appointments but had to cancel them due to the fact that my belongings are not in my car but a family members van. I have to wait for them to allow me to use their car. I called yesterday after running up and down doing required documents for my transition to a new place and location. I called and told them that I will have to come in tomorrow and the guy said he will be there at nine. I wasn't sure that I can make it but I said I will try. Well today comes and I did not have the availability to be there at that time. I waited til I could have access to the car and rushed down the highway at 4:10 to reach the place. The place I am coming from is 30 minutes North from the location. So I tried to reach before closing at 5. I called the service and after being transferred twice I spoke to the manager that was there. I told him my name and that I will be there asap and apologized for being so late, which was 10 minutes away. He immediately told me in an extremely condescending raised voice that I should have called and I would have been there earlier. Both me and my mover was shocked. I had him hang up as I was driving. I did not drive all the way there to have to interact with a sassy staff.I do not feel safe leaving my belongings to a place that shows hostility to me over the phone. I haven't even signed my name to a contract and I do not have to deal with this, I am already stressed out by moving! My former roommate who is touring Asia this summer was going to choose to store her things in the same company and location but a larger storage, so we can drive together and it was a good price. I told her don't, we rather pay more to get better kinder customer service. Looking at the other reviews I was not the only one who had to hangup due to the rude staff out of frustration. When I decided to move across the country coast to coast, I couldn't think of any other option. It started off in October when we sold our house & had to get rid of half of our house. Genmove did the Junk Removal service to get rid of our headache. As we ended up selling our house early, Genmove picked up our stuff & kept it in storage for 2 months. On getting possession of our new house, we informed Genmove & they expedited the shipment & we got it in 5 days! We just received our stuff. On moving day, they protected everything and removed it from the house, making sure not to damage the house in anyway. They have climate controlled storage. when we found our house in Colorado, They brought all of our items out of the warehouse in New Jersey to us. They did a phenomenal job unpacking. Upon arriving at my new location, one backed up the truck while the other two didn't bother spotting him - the driver backed into my brick pillar breaking bricks and the light. They literally brought out some sort of epoxy and said they could fix it! I called the police who wrote up a crash report. I accepted the company's offer to take money off the cost of the move because I had no confidence that their insurance company would promptly pay - I feared I wouldn't end up with anything but a lot more frustration. 3. At the end of the move, I realized they had forgotten to move an elliptical machine that was in the basement - when I brought it to their attention, they said nothing and just left. 4. At my old house they left the garage doors open and lights on - my wife didn't want to have to drive back to the house but was worried they might have done something like this - totally irresponsible! 5. Without asking my permission, they borrowed my hand dolly. After they left, I found it in the backyard with a wheel broken off. (I sent the company a picture of it.) This is absolutely not acceptable. 6. They left packing material all over the house - when I asked about them taking it with them they said that isn't something they do. 7. They did not remove their shoes or put on "booties" even though it was raining out and caused significant scuff marks on my hard wood floor - which I also took a picture of. On June 23rd, I wrote an email to the customer service agent and a manager with whom I had been speaking. No reply. I followed-up with another email on June 24th and received a phone call saying that they would address my issues by the following day. It has now been over a month and I still have heard nothing. All of this is beyond outrageous! As a small business owner, I completely understand when "stuff happens" but when it does you do everything you can to "make it right" - not ignore the customer! He answered the call and told me I'd have to call corporate in another state for a refund. The number he gave me was a telemarketing number. I called him back and he starts to screen my calls and wont answer. I've left him messages and showed up at the storage and it's closed. I've even called from my job and once he hears my voice he hangs up and wont answer again. I tried searching for a corporate office and I'm coming up with a blank.
