Can not recommend this place…read more I ended up needing another 2 storage units in the area because my original storage place ran out of units. Ended up at this facility. First spend at least 45min. in the office trying to handle the paperwork with a distressed representative. Afterwards I was explicitly told to ensure to cancel the unit certain days ahead. When time came to cancel the unit I called as advised and was told to just drop by the day off. When I cleaned out one unit and went to the office to cancel, the same distressed employee (no handling another customer at the same time) had me sign a paper and told me I was done, no further action required. When it came time to pay for the unit, I logged online to pay and noticed that the wrong unit was cancelled. I called and was told: "Oh yea, good thing you called, because we were going to break the lock tomorrow and get the stuff out." When I then raised my concern with this process, I was told the representative would call me back to let me know how to proceed. That I might get a month free. Once the gentlemen called back, I was asked to come in and pay the full price as they had to issue another lease. At the end of the day, I was so frustrated with the whole thing, I paid and just hung up. No apologies were extended to this day. Unbelievable. One day later and they would have had my items auctioned off. Incredible. I can recommend the All Seasons Self-Storage. Very friendly and personable. Great people and excellent service. NO issues at all. They know me by name ;) http://www.allseasonsselfstorage4nj.com/

I do not recommend this location to anyone in a hurry. This week has been very busy for me, I am…read moremoving. I made a couple appointments but had to cancel them due to the fact that my belongings are not in my car but a family members van. I have to wait for them to allow me to use their car. I called yesterday after running up and down doing required documents for my transition to a new place and location. I called and told them that I will have to come in tomorrow and the guy said he will be there at nine. I wasn't sure that I can make it but I said I will try. Well today comes and I did not have the availability to be there at that time. I waited til I could have access to the car and rushed down the highway at 4:10 to reach the place. The place I am coming from is 30 minutes North from the location. So I tried to reach before closing at 5. I called the service and after being transferred twice I spoke to the manager that was there. I told him my name and that I will be there asap and apologized for being so late, which was 10 minutes away. He immediately told me in an extremely condescending raised voice that I should have called and I would have been there earlier. Both me and my mover was shocked. I had him hang up as I was driving. I did not drive all the way there to have to interact with a sassy staff.I do not feel safe leaving my belongings to a place that shows hostility to me over the phone. I haven't even signed my name to a contract and I do not have to deal with this, I am already stressed out by moving! My former roommate who is touring Asia this summer was going to choose to store her things in the same company and location but a larger storage, so we can drive together and it was a good price. I told her don't, we rather pay more to get better kinder customer service. Looking at the other reviews I was not the only one who had to hangup due to the rude staff out of frustration. This is a reoccurring thing with this location and needs to be looked into.

We have been a longtime customer of Genmove with multiple office moves & couple of personal moves…read more They have always delivered as per expectations at very reasonable cost. When I decided to move across the country coast to coast, I couldn't think of any other option. It started off in October when we sold our house & had to get rid of half of our house. Genmove did the Junk Removal service to get rid of our headache. As we ended up selling our house early, Genmove picked up our stuff & kept it in storage for 2 months. On getting possession of our new house, we informed Genmove & they expedited the shipment & we got it in 5 days! We just received our stuff. Johnny & his crew were excellent & moved the items safely & set them up perfectly. They were very careful & worked really hard. Thanks to Guy & Genmove team in executing our move flawlessly. Highly Recommended.

She made the entire planning process easy and found me the best-priced moving date. All I had to do was send photos of my apartment--she accurately documented my inventory, provided a competitive quote, and, most importantly, the quote was honored with no surprises. On moving day, Ika and Soso arrived right on time. They worked quickly while taking great care of my belongings, and they were both friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with throughout the move. The entire move was completed just under the estimated time, and the final price matched the quote exactly. Reliable and transparent - highly recommend.

I never even walked into the place, signed any documents, nothing. I called to inquire about it and the business lines are forwarded to the cell phone of Mike Josefik. He answered the call and told me I'd have to call corporate in another state for a refund. The number he gave me was a telemarketing number. I called him back and he starts to screen my calls and wont answer. I've left him messages and showed up at the storage and it's closed. I've even called from my job and once he hears my voice he hangs up and wont answer again. I tried searching for a corporate office and I'm coming up with a blank. Don't rent from them, they are scams!

I have reached out to this business…read moreto try and handles this amicably, but the manager literally cussed me and told me to shut up. This business is the worst I wouldn't recommend them to a homeless man needing to stay somewhere. Not only did she tell me to shut my G* d D*** mouth she hung up on me and told me I was stupid for not understanding what she was trying to say. So, I own a moving company and realized that I had been being charge for storages I was no longer utilizing in the amount of roughly 5k. I spoke with management and not once did we receive information about closing out the storage. I told her that if we did, we would have informed the facility (All this after receiving a call from one of the associates working at Linden self-storage back in July and we informed him we were moving out he never said that there was anything to do and thanks for letting him know) .But after telling the manager she says I don't care you are not getting any money back and basically tell me that she is the manager, and she doesn't care what anyone has to say she will run the business the way she wants, she didn't even send proof of the emails. Normally I'm not appalled enough to write a review, but this company needs to be shut down and closed if that the way they do business. All I want is my money returned to me for storages I haven't used in over 5 months I don't even want an apology and LINDEN SELF STORAGE you all Are a F rated business period because your employee!!!!!
