LOCATION - Very easy to locate, lots of parking, nice neighborhood CLEANLINESS - Extremely clean and well maintained SECURITY & ACCESS AVAILABILITY- Cameras and a secure code operated elevator with 24 hr access to the elevators. Units on upper floors are only accessible if you have a security code for the elevator. When I decided to move across the country coast to coast, I couldn't think of any other option. It started off in October when we sold our house & had to get rid of half of our house. Genmove did the Junk Removal service to get rid of our headache. As we ended up selling our house early, Genmove picked up our stuff & kept it in storage for 2 months. On getting possession of our new house, we informed Genmove & they expedited the shipment & we got it in 5 days! We just received our stuff. They came to our townhouse a day before the move and efficiently packed everything. On moving day, they protected everything and removed it from the house, making sure not to damage the house in anyway. They have climate controlled storage. when we found our house in Colorado, They brought all of our items out of the warehouse in New Jersey to us. They did a phenomenal job unpacking. When my husband left a poor review, they said they would pay to have it removed. He accepted without thinking. We had hardly unpacked all the boxes. We knew all the kitchen stuff was missing. But after opening everything, the truth became clear. I am still heartbroken about what is missing. But there is nothing I can do now except warn others! Don't do it, go somewhere else. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care.
