Just so you guys know - if you store things here, it could be stolen. It's not a secure facility and they completely dismiss any concerns about their security practices. Contacting their customer service email does very little as well - it's been a month since I reached out to their customer care address and they haven't provided any substantive response. It's not worth the rent you're paying.

Units on upper floors are only accessible if you have a security code for the elevator. On moving day, they protected everything and removed it from the house, making sure not to damage the house in anyway. They have climate controlled storage. when we found our house in Colorado, They brought all of our items out of the warehouse in New Jersey to us. They did a phenomenal job unpacking.
