I called yesterday and my appointment was set for today. All I can say is what a pleasurable experience I had with Paul and Carlos. They arrived within 10 minutes of their call. This is a terrific company and I won't hesitate to use them again. If anyone ever has to have "stuff" hauled away call Junkahaulics, you won't be disappointed read more

If you've never hired a company like this, the fear is that you're going to get ripped off. Hire this firm and you won't have that fear! Jesse and company were completely professional and honestly tried to keep the costs down. They were a pleasure to work with. If you need junk removed, hire them! read more

I used Junk-A-Haulics to remove two sofas. They responded quickly and the quote was reasonable. I was able to get the sofas removed the following day after I confirmed the quote. The service guys came were very nice. I would use their service again. read more

I am giving this review to applaud the responsiveness of this company. I found their information on yelp and messaged them and receive a response within the hour. Once I responded, again, I received a response within the hour. Excellent customer service and responsiveness and fair pricing. Had I not ended up needing a dumpster, I would have 100% used their service. read more

Used the Junk-A-Haulics for clean out of my mother's home, soon to be sold. 10/10 could not ask for more! The most polite professional men who listened to everything I asked to do and MORE since I have too many stories to tell about the home. Would highly recommend to anyone, lovely lovey! Can't say enough nice words about Steve & John & the rest of their crew! read more

I had the best experience today with Mike of Junk-a-haulics. I requested a quote online & he called me right back to say he was in the area & could come right over to give me an estimate for my 2 big pieces of Early American furniture that nobody wants! He was kind, professional, careful & efficient. I would highly recommend him & would definitely contact him again if the need arises. read more

We live in a development where we can not dispose of large furniture. We've seen similar trucks drive by and when I googled Junk-A-Haulics popped up with 5 stars reviews. And what an awesome name lol They have a great "legit" looking website with automation of reserving and booking. I usually don't like making phone calls but since I've not used a service like this I thought I would call. I left a message and got a return call within 20 min. Got a decent quote....I mean essentially you are paying someone to junk your stuff so no matter how you look at it's expensive ;) 2 guys came earlier than the time specified. Awesome! Professional, friendly and clean! They moved all the furniture from garage and from our third floor without scratching walls. They even swept our garage! I would definitely recommend if you need disposal of large furniture and your town doesn't provide. Junk-A-Haulics are the way to go!! read more

We scheduled a time slot online 2 days in advance (2 to 4 pm). The following day they requested to move the time slot to 12 to 2 which was fine. On the day they were supposed to come they called around 1 pm to say they were running late. Ended up showing up after 4. They did a good job on the stuff we requested they move. Not really a fan of their pricing model (by how much truck space is taken up?). Would probably try another company for future work but they got the job done. read more

I liked working with them as they are reasonably priced and nice people to deal with. Unfortunately the basement where they were removing items from has a rat infestation and they were not safely able to remove everything I had wanted removed. We worked out a lesser price which I think was reasonable because they could not take everything out due to the rats. read more

I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week for 2-4 today. Jake called to say they could come a bit earlier which worked for me as I work from home. They gave me a quick quote which was about 1/2 the price of 1800gotjunk. I had a sofa bed, norditrack, some very old shelves and some old wooden planks. They were extremely efficient, very pleasant and great to work with. I highly recommend this company. read more

I saw the company Junkahaulics online, noted a block of time for 3:30-5:PM the same day and reserved it. The junk removal process was new to me, decided to call as the online system did not provide any type of acknowledgement nor confirmation of the appointment nor pricing. Spoke with a young man who was polite, however, not definitive on responses, explained that the pricing to remove a console TV was predicated upon the size of the console TV and the space on their truck. I did not follow that way of doing business. However, I was cautiously open, was in the process of giving him the measurements, before I could finish, he interjected that he was sorry, he could not price in that manner. That response in and of itself was a flag, lend to the possibility of being surprised on pricing, in my viewpoint. Nevertheless, in light of his response, I had no alternative but to shop around for another company. Some might be comfortable with an open ended cost, not a good match for me. I have not done business with Junkahaulics, however, did call them, my telephone experience is captured. Called a few more companies. Then a BLESSING. Applied online with another company, received prompt email confirmation, then I emailed them back, was given a definitive price. The console TV was picked up within 90 minutes. SIMPLE & CLEAN. Thank you. (Edited on 10 17 2020 upon hearing from the owner of Junkahaulics) read more

Shawn and Dennis just left and I never write reviews but they were GREAT!! They were nice people who took the stress out of a nasty hard job and made cleaning out a full garage easy. I used Jeff's company Junkaholics for my major downsizing project, so several times! They are wonderful to work with, on time, friendly and always conducted a walkthrough before and after. Highly recommend them for any needs no matter how big or small. Thank you Jeff and to your team, you took a big stress off my plate when I downsized! read more

Courteous and quick response, The guys were in the area and gave me the courtesy call 30 min. prior. Arrived 10 min late but seriously, who cares. They two guys that arrived were quick in getting everything out of the garage and we loaded up their entire truck. After they loaded everything in the truck, they gave a good sweep so the garage was left clean and tidy. Good service, fair pricing, would definitely use them again!!! read more

Jeff's crew arrived promptly and gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before hand. They were courteous, friendly and dressed in cool JunkaHaulics tee shirts that my husband wants to wear. Anyway, they did their job in a very professional manner, and even did not complain or roll eyes after my husband decided we could not part with the antique secretary the guys had already loaded on the truck. They very nicely moved that piece back into our garage. I would definitely use this company again. 5 Stars read more

The two guys who came to our house, from Junk-A-Haulics, were really nice, courteous, and were very careful removing the junk from our basement. We had a refrigerator, a couch, TVs, and two twin beds covered in cat pee. I highly recommend them. read more

Very professional and prompt. Jessie and Jeremy were very professional on the phone. They came at the time they said they would and removed a heavy baby grand piano for me from the second floor of my house all done in less than an hour. I am a business owner and have been working with Jeff and his fantastic hard-working crew for several years now. They are a team of reliable professionals! I am happy that I discovered this exemplary business! Thank you, Jeff! read more

I recently engaged Junk-a-haulics to help me reclaim my once spacious two car garage. The owner Jeff was very congenial and easy to work with. The truck and crew arrived on time and were ready to roll up their sleeves. They worked quickly, but did not rush the process of sorting thru the keepers vs. the junk. I unfortunately didn't have the time to presort the items that were piled up thru out the garage. The Junk-a-haulic crew was not phased or concerned that the junk was spread out and mixed in with the items that were staying put. They even moved several heavy items out of the way and then put them back in place again after they removed the junk. So in the final analysis, Junk-a-haulics delivers exactly what they promise and make the process of junk removal as pleasant as possible. And all of this is performed at an affordable price. read more

It was painless!! The crew was responsible, respectful, and very careful. Chris from Hackensack

Needed an old fridge removed from basement. Was going to call another service but saw many negative reviews. I Called Junkaholics based on reviews. Gave me an estimate over the phone. I booked an appointment online a week later when we were ready. Received e-mail confirmations and reminders. They called when they were on the way. Great guys! Removed fridge carefully and easily, were careful not to damage floors etc. No games with the quote, paid what we expected. Very Happy with their service. read more

Team was efficient and pleasant, made quick work and gave a reasonable estimate. Would use again and recommend.

Three young strong guys showed up this week and hauled away a full truck of old furniture. Some of it was a very heavy bedroom set that required sharp maneuvering to get down the stairs, and they did it without scratching the walls or bannisters. The guys were pleasant and careful and strong. I had previously used another company that was difficult to work with and tough to predict their pricing. Junk-a-haulics was an overall easy and pleasant transaction. read more

I had the best experience today with Junk-a-Haulics! Rich and Owen were professional, and so hard working! We had so many "things" to just get rid of - Wall unit/table/chair/ottoman upstairs, entire desk downstairs and entire patio set/hammock on the deck, as well as cement and a few chair from the garage. Everything was no problem - and they took care of getting things our safely and packed up the truck in amazing fashion! From point of contact (email thru yelp) thru today is less than a week to communicate/schedule and complete job. They were even early- called an hour out to make sure it was ok, and completed the job before they were even due to arrive. Prices were very competitive and better than competing companies! Fantastic company- I highly recommend them! read more

Junk-A-Haulics stepped up on short notice when another company didn't show up as scheduled. The men arrived on time, actually called me to see if they could arrive earlier...they were on time and very carefully removed a piece of furniture through a tricky doorway. Will keep their number on file for future reference. Recommended with no reservations. read more

They were so fast at responding when I requested a quote for removal. They even were available to come within 48 hours. They literally removed everything for me. They cleaned out my whole garage. I was very happy with the service from Junk-A-Haulics. They brought an extra man to carry my old, massively heavy, 53" projection TV down from the second floor and took it away without a scratch. They also did the same with a wall unit. I am very pleased with Jeff N and his crew! read more
