I got a plumber to fix the pipe then needed someone to clear out the contents of the first floor and do remediation asap. Horrible! I sent photos before of the bed frame that I needed removed. They said no problem. The contract I signed was for at least TWO people to come and remove. The CONTRACT said this. They sent over one gentleman. A young guy who was patient and professional but by no accord of the actual company. Oh - and they equipped him with ONLY two hand tools. I couldn't decide whether to laugh, roll my eyes, or get upset. This was such a joke. One guy to do this entire job with two hand tools. Fortunately we had some power tools on hand which I provided to him. It was still quite the effort to get the thing pulled apart. He WITHOUT QUESTION needed a second person to do this job. The guy didn't complain but you could tell that should not have taken on this job alone. It took at least double the time as he wasn't given appropriate tools and didn't have someone else to help. When I complained to the company and said firstly, how dare you put this one guy through such a job. Secondly, the contract explicitly stated that there would be two guys sent. And thirdly, how could you send him with only hand tools?! Their response was that "well he got the job done". HAH!! That's not how you respond to a paying customer!! Not even an apology for putting the worker through what they did. It's also as if they don't realize the legal reasoning behind a LEGALLY BINDING contract ("two people"). I hope this poor guy who did the job found a better company to work for. I would NEVER work with this company again. They are such a joke. Stay away. read more

I was in a crunch to get a loved ones apartment emptied and Mateusz came through. They were able to give an estimate based on pictures. The assistant who contacted me was super professional. Once their the team was polite, professional and they moved swiftly to remove all the items from the 2 bedroom apartment within 90 minutes. Frank did a good job of cleaning out our house in Brooklyn.He couldnt come to see the actual items we had to take out.Big mistakeWe are Srs and couldnt be there but we have a friend Carmen there toguide and advise. We sent a list and a lot of photos. big mistake.My comment is the truck(a garden trailer hitched to a pick up truck) he sent which was supposed to be the bigger one which was way too small for the job. it caused alot of anxiety and as a result a large piece of furniture was left behind.Frank was kind enough to put the large piece of furniture in the garage.Thankfully our friend Carmen will throw out other smaller items which Frank could not take.The fact that he is in Lodi,NJ didnt help the situation.
