Said they get everything ready & then load cuz in NYC difficult blocking street w/dump truck. Never told me before. Do not book this service, they are unprofessional and unreliable - If you don't mind being cancelled last minute, go ahead. I booked an appointment with Omar two weeks ahead of time and confirmed my date and time multiple times with him. On the day of the move, he called me a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and told me he forgot to put my appointment in the calendar. After rescheduling a later time on the day, he was late by an hour again with the excuse that he had the wrong address on his map- a complete lie.
