When I needed some muscle to remove a big ole wall unit with broken doors, I turned to Yelp and found Junk Done Right. The owner Chris asked for a pic and specs of the unit, then promptly sent me a reasonable estimate; we set up a time via text. JDR confirmed our appointment the day before which I appreciated. Chris and his associate Mike showed up a bit early (great!) and did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a complicated task. I filled out a questionnaire on its web site on a Saturday night and a representative got back to be within an hour and made an appointment for the following Monday. At exactly the correct time, two movers arrived, Mike and another pleasant guy. Mike was very friendly with a cheerful can-do attitude which was very nice and made me feel a bit more relaxed. He gave me an estimate and they proceeded to remove rooms of junk. They were both very polite and respectful.
