Chris and his associate Mike showed up a bit early (great!) and did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a complicated task. It took a lot of maneuvering to get the old unit disassembled and removed, but the guys worked diligently and got it done. From the initial phone call with Chris, to the cleanup at the end after the removal the very next day, it was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Chris, friendly and professional, made the process so easy at a very reasonable cost. I intended to get several estimates to remove a large amount of heavy garden bricks and an old treadmill, but due to the excellent customer service provided by Chris and cost, I looked no further. I received an email confirming the appointment the day I spoke with Chris. The day of the removal I was contacted by Mike, who let me know when he and his team would arrive. Due to traffic, they were delayed, but made up for it in how quickly they removed the bricks and treadmill. When Mike arrived, he introduced his team (I'm sorry I do not remember their names), who were all very nice, friendly and polite. Once the initial paperwork was signed and I was given a very cool thank you gift, the team got to work. No sooner did they start, they were finished. We called this company on short notice after an updated delivery date for new furniture delivery. They were available next day and took our couch, some smaller tables, plus our upright piano. I filled out a questionnaire on its web site on a Saturday night and a representative got back to be within an hour and made an appointment for the following Monday. At exactly the correct time, two movers arrived, Mike and another pleasant guy. Mike was very friendly with a cheerful can-do attitude which was very nice and made me feel a bit more relaxed. He gave me an estimate and they proceeded to remove rooms of junk. They were both very polite and respectful. When they finished in the prescribed time, because I have trouble walking and going up stairs I didn't check the middle room. It appeared that Mike and I had a bit of a miscommunication about the stuff that was supposed to be taken in that particular room and I found the room still full of junk. Alarmed , I called Mike and he was very nice and polite and it turned out he misheard what I said and since I didn't check the room he didn't know. However, he promised to come by shortly and he did . Since there was quite a bunch of stuff still left he relayed to me that the price he quoted originally didn't include all that extra stuff. I protested and he very respectfully said he would call his boss and see what could be done to rectify the mutual mistake and satisfy me.
