When I needed some muscle to remove a big ole wall unit with broken doors, I turned to Yelp and found Junk Done Right. Chris and his associate Mike showed up a bit early (great!) and did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a complicated task. I filled out a questionnaire on its web site on a Saturday night and a representative got back to be within an hour and made an appointment for the following Monday. At exactly the correct time, two movers arrived, Mike and another pleasant guy. Mike was very friendly with a cheerful can-do attitude which was very nice and made me feel a bit more relaxed. He gave me an estimate and they proceeded to remove rooms of junk. They were both very polite and respectful. When they finished in the prescribed time, because I have trouble walking and going up stairs I didn't check the middle room. It appeared that Mike and I had a bit of a miscommunication about the stuff that was supposed to be taken in that particular room and I found the room still full of junk. Alarmed , I called Mike and he was very nice and polite and it turned out he misheard what I said and since I didn't check the room he didn't know.
