Chris and his associate Mike showed up a bit early (great!) and did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a complicated task. It took a lot of maneuvering to get the old unit disassembled and removed, but the guys worked diligently and got it done. Since I hadn't been able to clean behind the old unit for over 20 years you can well imagine the huge dust bunnies left behind! Mike was nice enough to sweep that up without my asking, excellent service all around.
