Warning About Fraudulent Moving Service. their named "A&S junk. Removal my. Name is Eddie" used number 507-366-9656 347 874-8847 I went to share my terrible experience with a so -- called "moving service" to warn others. I hired movers through a person named Eddie, but the two worker he sent, Ricky and Sam(Eddie said his cousin), were completely unqualified and had no moving experience whatsoever. They arrived over 40minutes late, immediately asked for water, took a break before even starting, and then wasted time smoking, going to a deli, talking private phone call, and disappearing for long periods. Despite my belongings being ready for transport at 8am, they took over five hours just for simple studio apartment for 2 miles move. I paid 500$ and tip 50$ in cash. yet still failed to complete the job. my roommate and I had to finish moving the remaining items our selves. This "Eddie" was taxed me extra 150$, when I'm leaving old place to get train. he said that my box has over 34. (noway) This number is not correct, , I bought just 30 small "11inch" boxes at homedepot. less 30boxes. They have already some stuffs in their Van, so they couldn't stuffed in Van, that their mess. I have pictures. Upon returning to my old apartment, I discovered that they had left behind 4 boxes and table top dresser on the sidewalk. Worse my antique bed frames completely broken, making unusable, so I had to throw it away. They transported my upright fridge lying down and put on my mattress topper directly and stuck on front door of fridge, which is completely unacceptable, and most of my 25 boxes were damaged and broken and crapped with my mirrors and couch shattered inside. My secretary desk was deeply front wood board scratched and have to be discarded, and my tabletop lighting was broken beyond repair. In December,i moved same amount of belongings with 10 feet tracks. (movind company Quoted for $400) with out any issues. However, this time, the Eddie's company turned out to be a junk removal service, not a licensed moving company. I was misled and scammed into hiring unlicensed and unprofessional movers. Now I am taking legal action and reporting them to government authorities. And telling to person working at Government, Paralegals, Attorney. Emailed to city office, and they responding and working on this happened. This terrible Company must be refund my money and compensate me for the damage to my property. On top of that, they made discriminatory remarks about my English skills, further providing their unethical and illegal behavior. This scam company must be stopped. Do not trust unlicensed movers, and always verify their credentials before hiring. I swear that everything I started wrote here true. If these individuals harass me, interfere with my legal actions, or if I suffer any injury or go missing, they should be the first suspect. read more

With one call these guys were ready to help; they showed up within the day and were very communicative about their arrival time. Friendly and professional, I showed them what had to be removed and they got right to work. They did all the disassembling and transporting and cleaned up once done. They gave us a good estimate before the job and it was much less than many other services that lug away things you no longer want. Should we need things hauled away again, I will definitely call Aliza's &stars junk removal. read more

These guys were great! They were very professional from the start with accurate detailed pricing & schedule. Very communicative right up to the day before the move. Everything is NYC is more complicated moving from building to building & they helped us along the way. We had to change our start time the afternoon before our move bc the new building management would not give us our keys until noon! Panicked but they were flexible & moved crews around to accommodate our schedule Matt & his team of Ray & Jose were awesome. Professional, friendly & nice guys. They worked fast & careful with our things. This moving company offers great value & our crew made the move day easier! Use them! read more

I had a junk removal project that I needed to be cleared expeditiously. It was comprised of commercial debris, computer equipment, and disassembled furniture. I placed a request for a quote for this project. Mr. Edward Earl, the proprietor of Junk buster's, contacted me. He provided me with a reasonable quote and timetable for the next day. The next day, Mr. Earl got me through his pending arrival at my home. As he stated, he arrived at exactly 10:00 am with his associate. They were able to load and remove the debris within an 1/2 hour. They were professional and worked diligently--the area where the waste was spotless, as though nothing was ever there. Mr. Earl stated within the flat rate he quoted. I have several projects in the near future that I will be contacting Mr. Earl about. I would highly recommend him and his business for any project. It was refreshing to find an individual who was not only professional but took care and pride in his work. read more
