The day came and I received a phone call from one of the staff members almost am hour early ! I was extremely happy because most times movers are late . I scheduled for 9-10 but they arrived a little after 8 and got to work . I Had alot of oddly shapes furniture and the house had a barrow flight of stairs that made it almost impossible to even bring the furniture in so I KNOW it was a difficult task to take it down . This is my first time calling service for rubbish removal. The main reason I had to use this kind of service was due to tree debris that had fallen on our backyard causing a huge mess. They were really fast in quoting me a price after I text messaged them a picture of the area. Scheduled for a Sunday clean up. Everything was timely - the quote was the same day we inquired about their services, the removal happened the very next morning that we called to schedule, and the wait window given for them to come was an hour. Three men worked very quickly, cleaned after themselves, were patient, and courteous What more can you ask for. Would recommend. I needed a bunch of broken concrete debris, left over from some DIY demolition, removed. Too much for Dept of Sanitation but also too little to justify renting a dumpster. These guys removed a couch that had tons of coins buried within its crevices, and they returned every single one, even the pennies that hit the sidewalk as they were moving furniture to their truck.
