Travis and his team are the best! They were a critical part of helping my sister and I empty out my mom's house of 40 years. We worked with Travis over a period of 6 months to haul out items big and small from bags upon bags of trash, to mattresses, bed frames, china cabinets, and even a piano. I live out of state and was handling the downsizing of my mom's house as we prepared to sell it in spurts. This review is not about the company it's about their representatives the crew that came to clean out my basement. They left a trail of dirt up my basement stairs through my house to my front door. Very very unclean definitely could have been much cleaner in the work they did. The worst part is when I said something to the one that look like he was in charge about the mess his response was it's okay. i joseph Schaffer today had an appointment to remove basement items, van Go showed up to do job later than i expected by 45 minutes. the foreman of job saw all items and quoted by amount the truck gets filled it starts at 250.00 and goes up from there. At the end of the truck being filled he, the foreman of job said 600.00 plus tax We asked if cash is given can you kill the tax, he agreed and stated 600.00 , My girlfriend Maria found a 10 % coupon which we forgot to give him. We gave the foreman the 660.00 instead of 600.00 and no coupon....We just got off the phone with the owner Travis who was very NASTY, in his way of saying we don't accept this theory of saving off for cash.... he also stated why didn't you give him the coupon when the driver was here,Coupons from every company in this world similar to bed bath is always given back upon proof anytime. The estimate was fair and not only did they stick with it but they didn't try to gouge me when I added a bunch more stuff at the last minute (I got into the spirit of tossing so I figured I'd clear out some of the garage while I was at it. My husband is a repurposer, everything has a future use. So you can imagine the piles of debris that had been hanging around our yard since we dormered 2 years ago. Piles of new and old bricks, stones, wood, molding, railroad ties, piping, siding, you name it. I had an unexpected play date in my yard and those items were suddenly glaring at me. My inner neat freak tormented me, I needed those items out and fast. Plus, we were hosting an outdoor get together a few days later, so the urgency was real.
