My basement flood due to a sump pump that crapped out and it resulted in 25-30 contractor bags of wet batt insulation. I called VanGo about 3pm on a Thursday afternoon and they offered to come the next day Friday. They gave me a 2 hr window from 12-2pm and said they would call when they were on the way with an ETA. They called at 12:30 and said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. They showed up on time in two what looked to be new dump trucks with the 2 owners, (very nice polite guys) and 5-6 workman. They were done in about 20 minutes and the price was very fair. They take cash check or credit card. Highly recommended. read more

These guys were awesome! We had to clear out a house with 60 years' worth of stuff, and they handled it like pros. Showed up on time, super respectful, and really thorough. Four truckloads later and just about 3.5 hours, the place was completely cleared out. Couldn't have asked for a better experience--and the price was very fair read more

These guys are great! On very short notice they got me out of a jam removing a washer and dryer after Home Depot delivery screwed up and didn't haul away. Thanks to Cosmo, who understood and responded to my situation and quoted a very reasonable price. They will without a doubt be first call for my junk removal needs in the future. read more

Had called to pick up 2 04 mustang seats, Service was quick they showed up on time, they were careful with the vehicles around the drive way. Quite honestly for $200 that's more than what I expected. Will be using these guys later down the line when I do a tear down job for my shed. read more

VanGo removed my above ground pool today. They were here on time and were in and out in an hour. I can't imagine how much longer it would have taken us if we attempted it on our own. And the price was great! read more

The team at VanGo was amazing to work with!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. We were on a time crunch to clean out a relatives home who had passed. They were respectful of the home and quick in the turn around time. Their price was great too and worth every penny! Thanks again!! read more

Travis and his team are the best! They were a critical part of helping my sister and I empty out my mom's house of 40 years. We worked with Travis over a period of 6 months to haul out items big and small from bags upon bags of trash, to mattresses, bed frames, china cabinets, and even a piano. I live out of state and was handling the downsizing of my mom's house as we prepared to sell it in spurts. I even coordinated with Travis to pick up items we'd leave outside or around back for the crew to take if we made more progress on the house than we expected. They were always communicative, on time, polite, and happy to haul. I always felt relieved knowing they were coming to help. They have very reasonable prices. read more

The owners and staff of VanGo were extremely helpful with my mom's home clean out. As soon as the home was sold, we were in a rush to clean it out. I was able to discuss my plan to clean out her house and they were able to execute exactly what I wanted. They worked with me and gave me the best price possible. They were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I couldn't recommend their services more. I have used many junk removal companies in the past, and these guys were the best. I wish I took pictures to show the amazing job they did, but they have plenty of their own photos on their social media pages and website that show the amazing work they do. Thank you VanGo! The best of the best! read more

This review is not about the company it's about their representatives the crew that came to clean out my basement. They left a trail of dirt up my basement stairs through my house to my front door. Very very unclean definitely could have been much cleaner in the work they did. The worst part is when I said something to the one that look like he was in charge about the mess his response was it's okay. I would love to know what he meant by it's okay, it's okay that they leave a mess on my floor? read more

Very pleased with promptness, responsiveness, punctuality. Communication was excellent. Fast, clean, and efficient.Happy customer.

The crew at Van Go arrived exactly on time . They are ready to work and work they do. No nonsense, the workers just get down to what they need to do. They evaluated the removal items and gave me a quote. The quote did slightly go up after they started. I was worried about wood floors and painted walls but no damage. The heavy bulky furniture needed to be carried up a flight of stairs and they made it look effortless. Accommodating appointments with a short turn around time. If you have junk removal, this is the team to call. read more

i joseph Schaffer today had an appointment to remove basement items, van Go showed up to do job later than i expected by 45 minutes. the foreman of job saw all items and quoted by amount the truck gets filled it starts at 250.00 and goes up from there. At the end of the truck being filled he, the foreman of job said 600.00 plus tax We asked if cash is given can you kill the tax, he agreed and stated 600.00 , My girlfriend Maria found a 10 % coupon which we forgot to give him. We gave the foreman the 660.00 instead of 600.00 and no coupon....We just got off the phone with the owner Travis who was very NASTY, in his way of saying we don't accept this theory of saving off for cash.... he also stated why didn't you give him the coupon when the driver was here,Coupons from every company in this world similar to bed bath is always given back upon proof anytime. So, in the finality Travis is a poor businessman in his dealings, and can't be trusted with his or his foreman, Beware of VanGo at all times of your dealings read more

Just awesome! Extremely communicative, quick, very fair priced (I sent quotes out to many others) and friendly. They came and picked up the stuff in the yard and sent pictures after to make sure I was happy. We would use them again; try them you won't regret it! read more

Cosmo, Travis, and crew were absolutely incredible! Very responsive, came quickly for quote and even early on day of removal! Also by far the fairest quote out of 4 junk removal companies I called. Saved us a LOT of time and money. All the men were polite, quick, friendly with my young sons, and respectful of property. DEFINITELY calling them again for services...HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

We used VanGo today to remove lots of old furniture from our mom's house. We had booked a different company for Saturday who just did not show up or respond to calls, so I called VanGo. Travis answered right away and made it super easy to schedule an appointment and also made me feel reassured that he wouldn't leave us in the lurch like the other company - and he didn't. He and the team did a fantastic and speedy job and we look forward to using their services again soon and you should too! read more

VanGo an awesome job of getting rid of the deck in my backyard. They were extremely quick and professional and their pricing was affordable. Would definitely recommend and would use them again. Thanks for your great work! read more

They are the absolute Best! in addition to a couch, kitchen table, etc. we had the inside of a piano that we inherited with our house 44 years ago. It was so big and so heavy we did not know how we would ever be able to get rid of it for the new owners of our house. Travis and his crew had it out the door and in his truck in about 10-15 minutes. We highly recommend them- look no further. read more

Don't look any further! Called for an estimate, got a fair price and Travis and his crew arrived in less than an hour. They took all my construction debris and left no mess. Trucks are new and the staff is professional. I live in Nassau County. read more

Great company to deal with from beginning to end. Highly recommend. Courteous and professional!

I had to do some emergency basement clearing around Christmas and they were able to squeeze me in with very little notice. The estimate was fair and not only did they stick with it but they didn't try to gouge me when I added a bunch more stuff at the last minute (I got into the spirit of tossing so I figured I'd clear out some of the garage while I was at it. Both guys were both a pleasure to deal with and very careful not to damage the floors and walls while carrying the heavier pieces out of the house. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when I finally attack the rest of my basement. read more

My husband is a repurposer, everything has a future use. So you can imagine the piles of debris that had been hanging around our yard since we dormered 2 years ago. Piles of new and old bricks, stones, wood, molding, railroad ties, piping, siding, you name it. I had an unexpected play date in my yard and those items were suddenly glaring at me. My inner neat freak tormented me, I needed those items out and fast. Plus, we were hosting an outdoor get together a few days later, so the urgency was real. I contacted VanGo and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They must have heard the desperation in my voice and managed to squeeze me in that same day. Their deal is that they show up with a truck, provide a free estimate on the spot and then immediately remove your items upon agreement. It's a win-win. The friendly professionals called me upon arriving at my house and as I was still en route, they stayed on the phone with me while assessing my items and providing a reasonable estimate. They were already hard at work by the time I got home a few minutes later. I'd say it took no longer than 30 minutes for them to declutter my yard and bring me peace of mind. I don't know who is more indebted to you VanGo, me or my husband . . . happy wife, happy life! read more
