The Junk Crew did an awesome job. I put a request out through yelp for junk removal services needed. I received some replies but The Junk Crew stood out as they were very responsive, they had the best price and they were also able to pull off the job way sooner than anyone else (within a couple days of my request). No other company came close. When the team arrived they were very kind and professional. They got the work done extremely fast, especially when considering one of the items I had was a brutally heavy, huge old school TV that had to go down a few flights of stairs. They also stuck to the price quote that they gave me through our text communications. Awesome, friendly service. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. A+ read more

This crew recently drove a long way to me, on a likely razor thin profit margin. And well, there was a misunderstanding with one item being taken that wasn't actually junk. I was super pissed when I realized what happened! I truly expected the owner to tell me to kick rocks, and he very well might have had total justification in doing so. But they didn't, I was immediately contacted by the owner himself, who was totally professional and courteous. I was paid the list price for the mistakenly taken item within 5 minutes. it's refreshing to see that there are still people out here who do the right thing. I would highly recommend this crew. read more

This is probably the best junk removal team you can find in the whole Bergen area. We have properties around Bergen so I am not a stranger when it's time to call for junk removal, but Eddie and his team really outdid my expectations. They worked ceaselessly under 91 degrees outside to clear a garage filled solid with construction waste, and all of that for a super reasonable price. I couldn't believe everything would fit in his truck, but he made sure to methodically flatten out the lighter stuff on the bottom and worked his way up until everything fit in. If you have any trashed that needs to be picked up, call them; you won't regret it. read more

Awesome experience. Came very quickly after booking (within a few hours). Reliable - let me know when he would be there with a heads up text. I had used a few cheaper companies in the past for cleanups and it was always half-assed and never done properly. These guys charged what they deserved because they did a great job. They took EVERYTHING that I asked. Swept up some glass shards that had spilled, cleaned up a little paint that spilled...just simply great service, and then asked for LESS at the end than he had quoted me at first. Great guys, great service. Thank you!!! read more

The Junk Crew are miracle workers. Had a hoarding situation in an attic apartment, and the Crew came and saved the day. They kept me informed as to what all was going on, and kept to their price quote, so there were no surprises. The team worked steadily, and was respectful of the furnishings. They even cleaned up afterwards. Plus, everyone in the Crew was pleasant, not a grumbler in the bunch, which is saying something as they hauled away stuff down four flights of stairs. I recommend the Junk Crew to anyone needing their type of services. read more

The Junk Crew was referred to me by my contractor. The 2 men who came were polite, professional, taking care to move items carefully without damaging the surrounding walls or anything else. They removed a treadmill, 3 book cases, 2 audio/video racks, construction waste from tiling and more to name a few. Point to the items that need to be removed, and they will do the rest. Their price was reasonable and I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Junk Crew! read more

For a small team, they did a great job! They responded to messages quickly, gave straight answers, and did what they promised. They arrived almost to the minute they said they would and did the job quickly and very well, and for the best price I found. I've used a few junk haulers and was always disappointed. I finally found one I can go back to for all future junk haul projects. read more

Responded within minutes even if I sent for quote requests at night (only time I remember to do so). As soon as we agreed on a rate, they were there the next day, in and out in 15minutes. Now we can enjoy our backyard and garage without worrying about our toddler falling into debris with nails out. A clutter-free home can't be beat. Call them, get them! read more
