I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Palmieri Movers! Ryan, Cesar, Nixon, and…read moreJavier were absolutely AMAZING from beginning to end. My daughter and I were completely exhausted from packing and everything that comes with moving, and these guys truly came in and took over. They knew exactly what they were doing, worked incredibly fast, and handled everything with so much care and respect. Ryan was extremely focused and knowledgeable. He was great at putting my furniture back together and honestly had an amazing memory. He remembered where things went and even helped us figure out a great layout in the new place when my daughter and I were too tired to even think anymore. Ryan and Cesar also went above and beyond to help me with one of my cabinets. It was something they really didn't have to spend extra time helping me with, but they did, and I appreciated it so much. That extra effort really showed me how much they cared about making sure I was happy and everything was taken care of. Cesar was such a pleasure to have around. He literally smiled the ENTIRE time! He was so happy, kind, and positive, and I absolutely loved his spirit and energy. No matter what they were carrying or how much work they had to do, Cesar still had a smile on his face. Nixon was hilarious! He was very talkative, friendly, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the move. Since he lives close to the area we moved to, he even gave my daughter and me suggestions for restaurants and places to check out around our new neighborhood, which we really appreciated. It made us feel even more excited about our new area. He kept us laughing and talking, but at the same time, he was TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS! Javier was also incredible. He helped me with packing and worked so hard. At one point, some soil fell out of one of my huge houseplants during the move, and Javier even took the time to sweep it up for me. It may sound like a small thing, but after such a long and exhausting moving day, those little acts of kindness and consideration really stood out to me. And let me tell you, ALL FOUR of these men are MIGHTY! I never want to hear another man complain about lifting something after watching these guys work. My daughter and I were literally amazed at the things they were lifting and how effortlessly they seemed to do it! Not ONCE did any of them complain or even seem tired! That honestly amazed us. They were lifting extremely heavy furniture, going back and forth nonstop, and somehow kept the same great energy from beginning to end. They worked quickly without being careless and never made us feel like they were rushing us. They were strong, fast, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, they took great care of my belongings. None of my furniture was damaged, and everything was handled with care. Moving is exhausting and stressful, but having the right people helping you makes such a huge difference. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Ryan, Cesar, Nixon, and Javier made a very long day so much easier for me and my daughter, and I genuinely appreciate every one of them. If I ever have to move again, Palmieri Movers will be the company I call. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know who is moving. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us and our things! 10/10 experience!

The price was fair and Mitch was very helpful during the whole process. The movers that I had, Esau, Thomas, and Shawn were all incredibly friendly and efficient. In fact, they were the same guys my mother had for her move only 7 months prior! These guys got to my original location early and were careful, as well as intelligent, instead of being the stereotypical yes men that I have seen movers be in the past. For 6 hours of work (the travel time to Brooklyn was the biggest part of the move), everything I packed survived the move. They even put my mother's bed back together prior to them leaving for Brooklyn. That was very nice of them. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for future moves, even if it means coming to Brooklyn to do so.

Five stars for the guys and overall efficiency of the move…read moreThree stars for my dealings with the staff over the phone. I was referred to all jersey by a close friend who had just moved. I called them and two other companies. I got all three estimates and made a decision. I decided to go with all jersey so I called back. I was then told a mistake was made and my moving day was on a peak week making it over $100 more. Now where I come from when a business quotes a price there is no take backs. I didn't add or ask for anything more so that initial price should be honored since the mistake was made on their end. No dice. Was basically told to bad we will just book someone else that day we are and busy and shit. So pissy I went to my second choice. They had booked my day by then. No all jersey had me over a barrel. I ate the extra money. Moving day arrived and the guys showed up on time. They straight killed it. Well oiled machine. Wes was the lead guy and he managed the pack and move like a pro. They we so polite and worked so hard. They were jammin the power 1075 and they just made the day fun. We were all helping and laughing... No part of our moving day sucked. I would use them again in a heart beat.

I felt so bad for all the stuff I had and the heat and they took it like champs and all had smiles on. I could not recommend this company and THIS TEAM more! But this company made my experience so smooth and wonderful. First off, the booking process was seamless. On the day of the move, the three movers and truck came earlier than expected, which was great. They started bringing my things down almost instantly, and even packed up some of my clothes and leftover items with their boxes. Overall, they handled everything, especially the fragile items, with such care and attentiveness. They even offered to reassemble some of the furniture that they had to break down to fit into their truck. They also finished in record time, before the time frame they initially blocked out. It might've been because I was only making a local move, but the whole process was so quick and was finished within a little over an hour. I would definitely use this company and their services again if I ever needed to make another move in and around NJ!

if I could put NEGATIVE STARS I would absolutely do so. I used this company a little over a year…read moreago to not only move but store my things until I could figure out my next move. When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. Your team threw things in boxes and unloaded into a literal heap of a mess in your garage. And then you charge $300-500 a month for nothing. PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A GREEDY MAN WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT. I hope the public does understand your company is a disgrace and I will send ANYONE who asks to see pictures and the bill and messages what I have. Massimo you are the biggest liar ever. My father dropped nothing. And you took no pictures you stood there like an A just silently watching and laughing. Please stop fooling yourself. Please don't print lies they last forever. You put me through absolute MISERY.

Guy and Miguel arrived right on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the job quickly and effortlessly. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical after seeing one negative review, but I'm glad I took the chance and chose this company. My experience was completely positive. I believe that when expectations are clearly communicated from the beginning, it helps everything go smoothly. I would absolutely use them again for any future moving or junk-removal projects. Thank you, Guy and Miguel!

BEWARE! My experience was extremely disappointing…read more I originally contacted this company for a junk removal job. I was initially quoted $500, and after several text exchanges, we agreed on $425. Before scheduling, I specifically asked him to come to my property to provide an accurate estimate. He declined and replied, "I wouldn't want to come unless I could do the work right then and there. If I could do it for $425, could we do the job tomorrow late morning?" Based on that conversation, I agreed. When he arrived, he immediately said the job was much larger than he anticipated and that it would cost an additional $200. I agreed to pay the original $425 that day and discuss the remaining $200 later. He asked if I would be home while the work was being done. I had planned to be there, but I was unexpectedly called into work. I texted him to let him know I wouldn't be home and told him I would send payment once the job was complete. Later, he sent me photos indicating the job had been finished. Trusting those photos, I immediately sent the agreed $425. When I later checked the property, I discovered the trash had not been removed. After I confronted him, he claimed the debris had been "re-dumped" onto my property because I supposedly hadn't paid--even though I had already sent the payment shortly after receiving the completion photos. He then charged me a $250 "re-dump" fee, offered to refund only $175, or said he would complete the job only if I paid the additional $200 he requested plus the $250 re-dump fee. That brought the total from our agreed price of $425 to $875. I feel the pricing changed repeatedly, the work I paid for was not completed as represented, and I was left feeling misled. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to get a written, on-site estimate, keep all communications in writing, and do not pay until you have personally verified that the job has been completed.
