The positives! -Very clean spaces. I have never had a…read moreproblem with unit or the building that it is in. -Easy and secure entrance. Just put your code in (I have to look it up every single time, but still, easy). You can also get in through your app, but I never remember to set that up. -There is usually a push cart right by the building entrance, just where you need it. -Usually very friendly staff roaming the area and very helpful team when I've needed to call in. The not so greats. -The door to the building where my unit is in has been busted for as long as I've been there. -They hiked my rental fee without much warning after only a few months. If you think you got a great deal (which I did), be aware that it won't last long at all. I was able to call and they brought it down to a slightly more reasonable rate, but that pissed me off a bit. -I wish there was better lighting in the buildings or any at all in the spaces! I need to remember to bring my own to keep in my unit, but oh man is it tough to see in there. To recap, it is a convenient and clean space with a friendly staff, but the rental fees will go up. I do recommend, but just be aware that you might need to move to a more affordable facility eventually.

This storage facility is in a great country setting with all new buildings. It has been open about…read morea year now and is run by a down to earth family. In the past I used another local storage facility that was close to the Pequest river and whenever it got flooded so did some of the units and the manager was hardly even around if you needed something. The fees here are reasonable and compared to others in the county it is by far better. Being a new business owner myself I needed a facility that I could access whenever I need it, being in the car & residential tinting business and there are cameras throughout. Surrounded by residential homes and corn fields it's a very safe location.

Very inconvenienced when the elevator was broken down for at least half of 2025 and the only way to access my unit was to walk through a maze of hallways. If I had to move out of my unit during that time would have been a MAJOR deal with having to move oversized furniture through those narrow hallways.
