Just put your code in (I have to look it up every single time, but still, easy). You can also get in through your app, but I never remember to set that up. -There is usually a push cart right by the building entrance, just where you need it. -Usually very friendly staff roaming the area and very helpful team when I've needed to call in. The not so greats. -The door to the building where my unit is in has been busted for as long as I've been there. -They hiked my rental fee without much warning after only a few months. If you think you got a great deal (which I did), be aware that it won't last long at all. I was able to call and they brought it down to a slightly more reasonable rate, but that pissed me off a bit. -I wish there was better lighting in the buildings or any at all in the spaces! I need to remember to bring my own to keep in my unit, but oh man is it tough to see in there. To recap, it is a convenient and clean space with a friendly staff, but the rental fees will go up. I do recommend, but just be aware that you might need to move to a more affordable facility eventually.

Sad to say that iStorage/NSA Storage are just like all the other private equity owned chain storage facilities who prey on their tenants. Mom received a fair quote and it was scheduled over 2 days this past week. In PA, they were on time, wrapped everything so well, were polite, courteous and helpful. In NJ, they were exactly the same. They took such care with my mom's belongings. They put cardboard down so they didn't track mud and leaves on the rug. They hung blankets on doors so furniture wouldn't get scratched and doors wouldn't get marked up. They work so efficiently and professionally. They were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone having to deal with the stress of moving. They made it far less stressful! Great job Steve, Mark, Jeff and I believe Ryan (sorry if I got that wrong)!
