I then noticed that their bill clearly stated that I could pay both units together and didn't have to pay until the later date. When I showed up to pay on that day, I was told that I had a late fee for Unit #1 since I missed the first date. Even though I showed them their bill they told me I should know better. They put a lock on my unit so that I was forced to pay the late fee if I wanted access to my stuff. HORRIBLE customer service.

The buildings look connected but are not connected on the inside. The keypad machine is in an awkward place and you have to have your phone to retrieve the long code. It sits on the opposite side of the wall where you press the button to go up. There is so many things that can be improved at this facility. If I weren't in an urgent situation I would have went elsewhere.

Just put your code in (I have to look it up every single time, but still, easy). You can also get in through your app, but I never remember to set that up. -There is usually a push cart right by the building entrance, just where you need it. -Usually very friendly staff roaming the area and very helpful team when I've needed to call in. The not so greats. -The door to the building where my unit is in has been busted for as long as I've been there. -They hiked my rental fee without much warning after only a few months. If you think you got a great deal (which I did), be aware that it won't last long at all. I was able to call and they brought it down to a slightly more reasonable rate, but that pissed me off a bit. -I wish there was better lighting in the buildings or any at all in the spaces! I need to remember to bring my own to keep in my unit, but oh man is it tough to see in there. To recap, it is a convenient and clean space with a friendly staff, but the rental fees will go up. I do recommend, but just be aware that you might need to move to a more affordable facility eventually.

And in 2019 they raised it to $300 per month. Needless to say I emptied out my unit and will never use them again. They are currently advertising my unit for $149 per month. But that's only for the first month and then they will Jack it up every month after.
