I needed to mail something fragile and the staff here helped me figure out what to buy and how to pack it and it arrived safely. The location is completely convenient right off of Easton Avenue. There is a new touchpad entry system and security gate installed and lots of lights and security cameras so that makes me feel safe coming here by myself even at night. The entire facility is kept clean and well-maintained. It's climate controlled. I have never seen any bugs or mice or mold or leaks or any type of problem that I have heard of people having in other storage type units. If you need a short-term or long-term place to store your stuff, I 100% recommend here.

I went back later in the day and it was the same. AND there is no corporate phone #. So not only can't I get somebody on the phone, I can't email them. It's not a super clean place, but it's a storage room, so what do you expect? That being said, one thing I found that to me was a bit dangerous, is you have to make sure where you put your head, because the ceiling above your storage space is extremely hard, and you could get a really big bruise, because of the low ceiling if you hit your head there. The positives! -Very clean spaces. I have never had a…read moreproblem with unit or the building that it is in. -Easy and secure entrance. Just put your code in (I have to look it up every single time, but still, easy). You can also get in through your app, but I never remember to set that up. -There is usually a push cart right by the building entrance, just where you need it. -Usually very friendly staff roaming the area and very helpful team when I've needed to call in. The not so greats. -The door to the building where my unit is in has been busted for as long as I've been there. -They hiked my rental fee without much warning after only a few months. If you think you got a great deal (which I did), be aware that it won't last long at all. I was able to call and they brought it down to a slightly more reasonable rate, but that pissed me off a bit. -I wish there was better lighting in the buildings or any at all in the spaces! I need to remember to bring my own to keep in my unit, but oh man is it tough to see in there. To recap, it is a convenient and clean space with a friendly staff, but the rental fees will go up. I do recommend, but just be aware that you might need to move to a more affordable facility eventually.
